The Surrogacy Plan Plus is available to individuals and couples who want to build a family using a gestational carrrier. In this process, eggs from an egg donor are retrieved and combined with sperm to create embryos. One or two embryos are then transferred into the uterus of the gestational carrier to achieve a pregnancy.

How the Surrogacy Plan Plus Works The Surrogacy Plan Plus includes: cycle medication for the oocyte donor and gestational carrier, anesthesia for the retrieval of oocytes, oocyte donor cycle monitoring completed at RMACT, oocyte retrieval, embryology laboratory charges, A simpler approach cryopreservation of embryos, cycle monitoring for the last ultrasound and blood tests to treatment that prior to embryo transfer, embryo transfer into the gestational carrier, and the first year of embryo and specimen storage. If the donor cycle is cancelled prior to retrieval, helps you control the Surrogacy Plan Plus covers the cancellation cost, as well as the cost to rescreen costs with the the same or alternate donor. In the event the initial IVF cycle does not yield viable embryos, the Surrogacy Plan Plus includes the cost of one additional IVF cycle. If your best chance gestational carrier cycle is cancelled before transfer, the Surrogacy Plan Plus covers for success the cancellation cost, as well as the cost to rescreen the same or alternate gestational carrier. In the event the initial frozen embryo transfer is unsuccessful, the Surrogacy Plan Plus covers the cost of unlimited frozen embryo transfers (using embryos devel- oped from the fresh donor IVF cycle). The plan concludes once there is a live birth or after all frozen embryos have been transferred. In the event treatment does not result in a live birth, you will be refunded 100% cost of the Surrogacy Plan Plus ($44,000.00).

What is NOT included in The Surrogacy Plan Plus • Costs associated with compensation or legal fees for the gestational carrier or egg donor • Cycle monitoring or screening for the egg donor or gestational carrier (other than what is specified above) • Psychological evaluations • Medical treatment associated with an unsuccessful cycle (treatment for miscarriage, ectopic or biochemical pregnancy) • Oocyte cryopreservation • TESA/MESA if required • Intended Parent Medical Screening • Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGTA) or Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) • Pregnancy related treatment and pregnancy medications • Storage of embryos and sperm starting the second year
