No. S 23 [No. AGC. 150913112 Vol. II WATER SUPPLY ORDINANCE, 1961 (Ordinance No. 16 of 1961) WATERSUPPLY (PRIVATISED WATER SUPPLY AREA) (SANDAKANAND TAWAU)ORDER, 1993 In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 5A of the Water Supply Ordinance, 1961, the Yang diPertua Negeri has made the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Water Supply (Privatised Water Supply cibtion ,d Area) (Sandalcan and Tawau) Order, 1993 and shall be deemed to have come into Commence- force on 16th he,1993. ment. 2. The areas described in the Schedule hereto shall be declared to be a Declaration privatised water supply area (hereinafter referred to as "the declared areav')for $$::Yy the purpose of section 5A of the Water Supply Ordinance, 1961, (hereinafter , called "the Ordinance"). 3. SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2)

Areas Declared As Privatised Water Supply Area in Sandakan. (a) Hill Top Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); (b) Sibuga Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); (c) Kinabatangan Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); and (d) Third Floor, Jabatan Air Building Jalan Sibuga. Areas Declared As Privatised Water Supply Area in Tawau. (a) Jalan Utara Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); (b) Jalan Kuhara Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); and (c) Cinta Mata Water Treatment Plant (Raw Water and Treated Water Facilities); (New Facilities to be Constructed).
