The Event Date: Saturday, September 11, 2021 Time: 7:00 am Registration 8:00 am Golf Ball Drop & Rules 8:30 am Shotgun Start Place: Puakea Golf Course Cost: $175 per player (includes Green Fee, 3 mulligans, Par 3 & Specialty Holes, lunch) Limited to 144 paid players

Early Bird Registration: Register and pay by July 23, 2021 and you will be eligible for $60 Early Bird Drawing (2 individual winners)

All others: Deadline for all other registrations due by August 13, 2021

The Format Format: Three-Man Team - Scramble (2 putt maximum)

Handicaps: Men’s maximum = 28 / Women’s maximum = 36 17% of combined handicaps will be used to determine the team’s handicap

Proceeds will go to the Wilcox Hospital’s Emergency Department and Trauma Center renovation project via the Kapiolani Children’s Miracle Network.
