Sit comfortably, with your head upright and shoulders relaxed. Breathe in slowly and focus on your breathing.
As you breathe in, imagine yourself breathing in light. The Light of the AYN SOF, the Infinite, pervades all creation. Breathe out and picture the light of your soul connecting with the Light of the AYN SOF.
Slowly turn your head to the right. Visualize yourself completely in white, in a white space, a white room. This is the place of Chesed – Divine Kindness. This is the energy of the Archangel Michael. Here is the element of water. Hear the flowing of warm, clear water. The presence of Divine Kindness – Chesed – surrounds you and fills you. Experience Michael.
Now gently move your head towards the left. Imagine yourself completely in red, in a red space, a red room. This is the place of Gevurah – Divine Strength. This is the energy of the Archangel Gabriel. Here is the element of fire. Blazing, hot fire. Allow it to fill you with strength, Divine strength. Feel the energy. Acknowledge Gabriel with you at your side.
Now gently move your head straight ahead. See yourself dressed in garments of yellow. Everything around you is surrounded by bright golden light. This is the place of Tiferet – Divine Compassion. This is the energy of the Archangel Uriel. Here is the element of wind, air. Feel the wind caressing you. A place of openness, total mercy. Light of Loving Compassion. Acknowledge Uriel with you at your side.
Now gently move your head slightly backwards. Imagine yourself clothed in garments of green and purple. Everything around you is colored in green and purple. Imagine Archangel Rafael at your side. Rafael is the angel of Healing. Now see the room transform in color to orange, the color of Yesod – Divine Alignment and Connection. Connection of the higher energies to the lower. Unity, the Foundation of the worlds. Here is the element of earth, a sense of deep connection. Alignment to Divine healing. Acknowledge Rafael at your side.
Now gently center yourself, surrounded by the angels, Michael to the right, Gabriel to the left, Uriel to the front and Raphael to the back. You are in a sacred space.
See yourself now encircled by a fire of four colors – white, red, yellow and orange. You are the wick to the flame of four colors, the four energies. Above your head rests the Shechina, the Feminine Divine Presence. This is symbolized by the dark blue surrounding the flame. Become aware of God surrounding you.
Now slowly inhale and on the exhale say, “To my right is Michael, to my left is Gabriel, in front of me is Uriel, behind me is Rafael. Over my head is the Divine Presence of God.”
Now bask in the Divine Presence of the Shechina above you and the angels surrounding you.
When you are ready to return to physical awareness, say “Blessed be the Name of the Glory of His Kingdom for all eternity.”
