Al Dahra is a prominent leader in the agribusiness; specializing in the cultivation, production and trading of animal feed and essential human food commodities such as rice, flour, fruits and vegetables.

Since its inception, Al Dahra has witnessed unmatched growth fueled by an active foreign investment strategy, establishing various acquisitions and joint ventures with specialized feed and food producers worldwide. Animal Feed Division

With about 2 million metric tons annual capacity and more than 40 product categories and grades, the animal feed division predominantly caters for the needs of dairy companies, cattle growing and rearing companies and livestock maintenance companies. In addition, the division closely collaborates with feed farmers, local feed growers’ cooperatives and agriculture and livestock ministries. Al Dahra animal feed division has established operations across all continents and has a leading market position in Asia and the MENA region.

Human Food Division

Within the human food division, grains production and trading constitutes a large share of the business with an annual production capacity of 400 thousand tons of rice and 500 thousand tons of flour. In addition, the group has made multiple investments in the cultivation, farming and distribution of various crops, notably potatoes, corn, wheat, apples, oranges and other citrus fruits, dates and olives. The division promotes its produce through various marketing channels and has a wide customer base consisting mainly of retailers, wholesalers and distributors. Al Dahra Agriculture operations in Spain started in 2009 in the area of Ebro Valley.

Al Dahra Fagavi was formed following the acquisition and integration of various players in the forage processing industry in Spain, including the Gaset Group. As a result, Al Dahra Fagavi is considered today as the largest forage producer in Spain and the leader in the forage industry in Europe. The Head Office is located in , in the province of .

Al Dahra Fagavi is specialized in the production, international marketing and distribution of multiple forage varieties in the form of bales. Its annual production capacity currently exceeds 370,000 metric tons. Across various parts of Spain, about 21,000 acres of land are currently cultivated and ensures a healthy cultivation portfolio equally split amongst long-term land leasing contracts and local farmer supply contracts.

Al Dahra Fagavi owns and operates five production factories located in Ivars, , Bellvís, and Bujaraloz, and one distribution center located in Vila-sana. In 2007, Al Dahra Agriculture began the investment of cultivating Alfalfa and other grass in Pakistan. Al Dahra Pakistan was established with the purpose of cultivating alfalfa and different grasses for the forage and dairy industry. A significant share of the production is dedicated to the supply of the United Arab Emirates whilst the remaining share is traded on the international market.

Al Dahra Pakistan forage contract farming projects are spread across a highly fertile land portfolio of about 8,480 acres. Al Dahra’s contract farming projects in Pakistan are geared to offer high yield and high quality end products.

Al Dahra Agriculture Pakistan has invested in baling and packaging machinery and in building a logistical upport platform. Future plans include the expansion of cultivation acreage and add new forage pressing and baling plants.

Al Dahra Agriculture established in 2009 a Joint-Venture with ACX Pacific Northwest, is a leader in the forage export business. Al Dahra ACX Global is the leading North American exporter of forage, roughage, and feed products with more than 35 years of industry-leading experience. Al Dahra ACX Global has maintained the top exporter status for decades by trading with international markets. As such, Al Dahra ACX Global was awarded the United States Presidential “E” Award for exports and is listed amongst the top 20 exporters in the United States.

Al Dahra ACX Global provides a wide spectrum of product categories and quality range to meet individual customer needs. Hay products are also available in double-compress full bales, half-cut bales, and 430Kg MACX-bale sleeve. All products are containerized and loaded to maximum weight capacity according to customer specification and exported through the West Coast and East Coast ports of the United States.

Al Dahra ACX Global processing facilities are strategically located in prime hay-growing regions of the Western United States with close proximity to major sea ports. Al Dahra ACX Global operates three production facilities. The company also applies stringent quality control standards and inspections across all production processes through the ACX Triple Check Quality Control system.

To complement its strong presence, Al Dahra ACX Global has started its own cultivation on owned and controlled land in Southern California and Eastern Arizona through Al Dahra Farms USA and continues to invest in growing its farming lands portfolio.

Al Dahra ACX Global Hong Kong is the International Market Development (IMD) office of Al Dahra ACX Global, Inc. Established in 2013, the Hong Kong office is the catalyst for developing new markets, and for marketing and selling the entire forage and feed product offering, including products of Al Dahra ACX Global in the United States, Al Dahra Fagavi in Spain, Al Dahra Bio Agri in Italy and Al Dahra South Africa.

The product line includes Forage and Roughage products such as Suncured Alfalfa (USA and South Africa), Timothy Hay (USA), Sundangrass (USA), Other Grass Hay (USA), Dehydrated Alfalfa (Spain, Italy and EU), Dehydrated Pellets (Spain and EU) and Straw Products (USA and EU). Al Dahra Bio Agri applies a careful qualification methodology when selecting its preferred suppliers for various traded commodities. Its marketing routes are mainly focused on the Middle East region, namely the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait. Al Dahra Bio Agri has also a leading market position in Mediterranean countries like Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Greece and Malta. Furthermore, the company puts great emphasis on developing its business in the Far East (Japan, Korea and Vietnam) and North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia and Libya).

Al Dahra Bio Agri offers a wide range of bale products with different packaging options suitable for container transport.

Al Dahra Bio Agri is a pioneer in developing a wide range of innovative forage products that can be adapted to customer requirements and product specifications. ANIMAL FEED DIVISION Sourcing and Trading Saudi Arabia

Al Dahra Saudi Arabia was established in 2012 as a business entity in Riyadh, involved with the supply of animal feed and basic human food commodities to the Saudi market.

Prior to the Joint Venture and for many years, Al Dahra has been operating in the Saudi market and has partnered with various local dairy farms and feed mills for the supply of forage and roughage products. Al Dahra has also developed a strong local distribution network that ensures continuity of supply to its customer base across the Kingdom.

Al Dahra Agriculture UAE is a subsidiary of Al Dahra Holding, headquartered in Abu Dhabi. In 2007, it was awarded a five years fixed contract for the supply of alfalfa and other fodder and hay varieties to Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA), mandated to execute the Abu Dhabi government vision to preserve national water resources and ensure long-term food and feed security. The supply contract has been renewed in 2015 for a new five years UAE period. Similarly, Al Dahra Agriculture UAE has entered into a fixed contract over the past few years with the Abu Dhabi Farmers Service Centre (ADFSC) for the supply of feed pellets.

Al Dahra Agriculture UAE has built a demonstrated track record over the years in terms of supplying high quality feed continuously and consistently. In 2014, it delivered about 1.1 million metric tons of forage and 58,000 metric tons of high fiber pellets to the United Arab Emirates with 70 percent supply through Mina Khalifa and 30 percent supply through Jebel Ali and Oman ports. Furthermore, it operates and manages on behalf of ADFCA 19 forage distribution sites across the Emirate and the Western Region in addition to managing about 53 warehouses across various locations with the capacity to store about 210,000 metric tons of forage.

Al Dahra Agriculture UAE has established a joint venture with Agility Logistics Abu Dhabi.

PAKISTAN

Brukfield Rice is a joint venture of Al Dahra Agriculture.

Brukfield Rice is one of Pakistan’s finest rice producers and exporters, offering a diverse assortment of Basmati and Non-Basmati rice varieties. Brukfield and Al Dahra mission is to provide all of its customers with traditional Pakistani Rice products that meet the highest European quality standards and satisfy customers individual needs.

Moreover, Brukfield Rice handles the marketing of its own brand name and private label “Lahorei” in the GCC and worldwide. Lahorei is registered, exported and sold in over 45 geographically diverse countries.

Brukfield owns and operates a total of three rice milling plants; two of them are located in Punjab, and one in Karashi. UAE

Al Dahra Holding has signed a joint venture with Kohinoor Food Ltd, owner of one of the largest rice mills in India, in October 2013. It is called “Al Dahra Kohinoor LLC.

Al Dahra has developed a rice processing and trading platform in India, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. It has acquired a stake in Kohinoor Foods Ltd, owner of one of the largest rice mills in India with an annual rice production capacity of 200,000 metric tons and operations that encompass 8 grading lines, 16 color sortex machines and 20 finished rice silos with a storage capacity of 10,000 metric tons each.

In the United Arab Emirates, Al Dahra has established a joint venture with Kohinoor Foods Ltd and an independent partner Mukesh Kochhar. The primary purpose of the new joint venture “Al Dahra Kohinoor LLC” is to build an integrated rice milling, storage and distribution plant in the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD). The rice factory will be the largest and only factory of its kind in the Gulf region and will have the capacity to produce 60,000 metric tons of rice annually with a total trading capacity of 100,000 tons. Production is scalable up to 120,000 tons per annum in subsequent phases of operational expansion. The plant will be equipped with the latest milling technologies, offering various bulk packing and consumer packing options to suit individual customer needs.

Expected to be operational by the end of 2015, the plant will predominantly cater for the needs of the UAE market whilst also supplying rice to the Gulf, Africa and Europe.

Al Dahra also operates two strategically located rice mills in Pakistan with an annual exportable rice production capacity of 155,000 metric tons.

Through its diverse investments, Al Dahra is involved in all stages of rice processing, starting from the procurement of high quality paddy to the sophisticated and mechanical process of cleaning, drying, husking, milling, polishing, color-sorting, parboiling and steaming and it produces a variety of rice products with a particular focus on the production of high quality Basmati rice, known for its long grain characteristics and distinctive flavor. Greece

FLOUR AND WHEAT

Al Dahra has acquired a stake in Loulis Mills, a Greece-based flour milling pioneer with more than two hundred and thirty years of experience and history in the flour milling business.

Loulis owns two modern harbor-side flour milling facilities at Volos and Piraeus and is considered as one of the largest players in Europe and the Balkan area. It has an annual wheat milling and flour production capacity of approximately 400,000 metric tons along with a total grain storage capacity of 80,000 tons. The cooperation between Loulis and Al Dahra has opened new frontiers and generated significant growth opportunities to both parties.

UAE GRAINS

The joint initiative partners, Al Dahra and Loulis Mills, have recently established “Etihad Mills”, an entity in charge of operating and managing a strategic grains hub for trading Grains such as wheat, corn and rice, including other. Etihad Mills operates 20 silos in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates with a total grains storage capacity of roughly 275,000 tons.

This new initiative will build domestic and regional capabilities in grains trading and will ensure a consistent flow of grains into the region.

Etihad Mills business model is based on the import of grains from North America, South America, Europe and Australia for storage and distribution across various GCC counties, the Indian Subcontinent, East Asia and Africa. HUMAN FOOD DIVISION

UK

POTATOES AND CARROTS

Al Dahra has formed a joint venture with Albert Bartlett, a UK-based company specialized in the farming and trading of potatoes. The purpose of the joint venture “Al Dahra Bartlett” is to cultivate potatoes in available farming land in Egypt for trading and distribution in the Middle East, Africa and Europe and to build a specialized potato grading, packing and storing unit. As part of the joint venture, Albert Bartlett will provide expert knowledge in terms of seed selection, farming and harvesting practices in addition to grading, packing and storing.

The head office in the UK includes a state-of-the-art production site in Airdrie with modern and environmentally friendly facilities, equipped with 26 lines of machinery that pack potatoes 365 days of the year, and high echnology systems that ensure economical water and energy use.

As part of its wide product offering, Albert Barlett offers Rooster, Britain’s favourite branded potato in addition to other branded varieties including Apache, Russet, Purple Majesty, Jersey Royals and Supreme Salad. HUMAN FOOD DIVISION

Namibia

DATES

Al Dahra has established operations in Namibia with the aim of cultivating lands for the production of dates. The plantation, spreading over 500 acres of land, comprises 24,400 trees of different Palm tree varieties including Barhee, Majdool, Khalas, Lulu, Shrasi and Khenezi, most of which are considered as popular varieties in the GCC area. In addition and in order to complement its operations in Namibia, Al Dahra has planted around 4,000 date palm trees in Al Ain region in the United Arab Emirates.

In February 2011, Al Dahra received the Khalifa International Date Palm Award for its project in Namibia. The award was granted by a presidential decree from the office of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

GRAPES

Al Dahra has established operations in Namibia with the aim of cultivating lands for the production of grapes.

The plantation, spreading over 50 acres of land, comprises more than 35,000 grape trees for the production of various table grape varieties. The grapes produce is mainly used for distribution and marketing into the GCC, the Middle East and Africa. HUMAN FOOD DIVISION HUMAN FOOD DIVISION

UAE

AL AIN DAIRY FARMS Al Dahra operates and manages dairy farms in Al Ain region, in Abu Dhabi, comprising about 1,600 cows with a daily production of 36,000 liters of fresh milk. As such, Al Dahra is considered as the main supplier of milk to the largest dairy companies in Abu Dhabi. It is further planning on expanding its operation through the establishment of a new milking parlor with the capacity to milk about 2,000 cows simultaneously.

The company is in the process of developing a cheese manufacturing plant in three phases. The first phase which has been initiated consists of the production of high quality fresh local cheese. As part of the second phase, the operation will be expanded to increase the production capacity and incorporate vacuum packed local cheese products. During the third and last phase, Al Dahra plans to produce a vast range of European cheese varieties in collaboration with some of the most renowned cheese producers based in Italy and Cyprus.

Egypt

FRUITS

As mentioned earlier, Al Dahra owns and manages four large agricultural projects in Egypt and cultivates a wide variety of crops, spreading over 20,000 acres of land. In particular, Al Dahra Egypt cultivates and produces about 15,000 of citrus fruits annually. Whilst the main focus is on the cultivation of oranges, the company also cultivates other citrus fruits varieties such as lemons, grapefruit, mandarin, easy and peelers.

Al Dahra Egypt channels its production through various export markets in Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Al Dahra is planning to increase its citrus production capacity over the coming few years. HUMAN FOODD DIVISION

Serbia

APPLES

Al Dahra has acquired a majority stake in Rudnap Agrar, a subsidiary of the Rudnap Group based in Serbia, with the purpose of farming and distributing various crops. Al Dahra Rudnap currently operates an apple orchard comprising of 500,000 apple trees, spread over 130 hectares of land in Serbia with an annual production capacity of 10,000 metric tons.

The apple orchard bears five different varieties of apples depending on the season. Apples production is primarily dedicated for local consumption in Serbia and export to neighbouring countries like Romania, Montenegro, and other European markets.

Al Dahra Rudnap is currently growing its apple orchard farming and production capacity by building and cultivating six new apple orchard farms in Serbia, spread over an area of 2,400 acres and producing different apple varieties. The new apple orchards are expected to gradually commence operations by the end of the year 2015.

Al Dahra Rudnap will also build four new cold storage facilities in the new orchards with the capacity to accommodate 10,000 tons each. These new facilities will complement the cold storage facility at the existing orchard with the capacity to store 4,240 tons. HUMAN FOOD DIVISION HUMAN FOOD DIVISION

Morocco

Al Dahra has acquired Oliva, a company involved in the olives farming business in Morocco. The strategic entry into this new product line will open the door for Al Dahra in the near future to tap into the olive oil production industry and gain greater knowledge and expertise in the field of olives farming and olive oil production.

Al Dahra Morocco farms about 1,000 acres of land with a plantation comprising 840,000 olive trees, expected to generate about 5,200 tons of olives annually by the year 2016. Likewise, it is expected that the annual olive oil production capacity will reach 1,600 tons per annum.

The planned production of extra virgin olive oil will be targeted for bulk trading and retail in various markets like in the GCC, the Middle East, Europe and North Africa.

Saudi Arabia

As previously mentioned, Al Dahra Saudi Arabia was established in 2012 in order to offer a range of animal feed and human food products.

In terms of human food, Al Dahra is currently expanding its product offering in the Saudi market to include rice, wheat, flour, and a variety of different fruits and vegetables, leveraging its various farming and production entities worldwide. Al Dahra Saudi International is also building partnerships with various governmental bodies and commercial customers for the supply of basic food commodities.

Over the coming years, Al Dahra Saudi International will become a key distribution hub for the Gulf and the wider Middle East region, allowing the group to channel and market its product range in a constantly growing market. CONTACTS Animal Feed Business
