These prices are effective as of June 1, 2006 and are subject to change without notice.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff $2,796.00
This fee for our service will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangement you select. (This fee is already included in our charge for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding and receiving of remains.) This fee includes the following:
Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to your initial call, arrangement conference with the family and clergy, coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory, florist and/or other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased, clerical assistance in the completion of various forms and permits associated with a funeral, also covers overhead, including facility maintenance, equipment and inventory costs, insurance and administration expenses, and government compliance.
Embalming $328.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement, which does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
Other Preparations
This service includes usual cosmetology, dressing and casketing of the body or $88.00 washing, disinfecting and casketing of the remains if no embalming.

Direct Cremation

Our charge for a direct cremation without any ceremony includes removal of and temporary shelter of remains, transportation to crematory and necessary services of staff and authorizations. Embalming, if desired and crematory charges are not included in this price.
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an unfinished wood box or an alternative container. Alternative containers can be made of materials like heavy cardboard or composition materials (with or without outside covering), or pouches of canvas.

Embalming, if desired, and cemetery charges are not included in this price.

Forwarding Remains To Another Funeral Home $2,288.00
(Ship-Out Service) This charge applies when casket is bought at our funeral home and shipped to another funeral home for final services and burial. This charge includes transfer of remains to funeral home, embalming, cosmetology, dressing and casketing of remains, limited use of stateroom (up to 4 hours), services of funeral director and staff, and necessary authorizations. It does not include an air tray, any transportation other than initial transfer to funeral home nor any of the staff or use of the facilities for any ceremonies prior to forwarding the body. (This charge applies to shipment within the continental U.S. only)
Receiving Of Remains From Another Funeral Home $3,388.00
(Ship-In Service) This charge includes shelter of remains; use of stateroom for viewing, use of chapel for services, transportation of remains to cemetery (within 35 mile radius) and required services of the funeral director and staff.
