We at the Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Inc. are committed to serving you with the utmost regard for your family. This General Price List reflects our commitment to provide consumer information to those we are privileged to serve.
We know that part of your decision making will involve financial planning. We understand your circumstances and can help make this time easier for you. Whether we help claim benefits available to you, or if we help you select a service within your family’s means to pay, be assured that we will be caring and responsive to your family’s individual needs.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our consumers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a change for our services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically asked for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
You may choose only the items you desire. If you are charged with any items you did not specifically request, we will explain the reason for the charges of the Funeral Purchase Agreement.
Please note that there may be charges for items such as cemetery fees, flowers, and newspaper notices.

I. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
A. MINIMUM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR & STAFF This fee of our basic services will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.) *$1,775.00 • Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to initial call. • Arrangement conference. • Coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory, and / or other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased. • Clerical assistance in the completion of various forms associated with a funeral. • Securing and recording the death certificate and disposition permit.
B. ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR & STAFF
Coordinating and direction of funeral ceremony or memorial service at a church or other facility $600.00
Coordinating and direction of graveside service, place of final disposition or immediate burial $300.00
Additional charge for evening service, rosary or vigil coordination at church, temple or other such facility $400.00
Additional charge for legal holiday and / or Sunday services $400.00
Coordination equipment, staff and set up for home visitation $400.00
C. PREPARATION AND CARE
Embalming * $1,095.00 (Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. Felix H. Morales Inc., reserves the right to require embalming if there will be public viewing of the body).

Bathing and handling of unembalmed deceased $200.00

Refrigeration (per day) $200.00 (It is the policy of Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Inc., to require refrigeration of an unembalmed body after 24 hours).

III. SPECIAL SERVICES
A. FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME This charge includes transfer of remains to funeral home, minimum services of funeral director and staff, embalming, a combination tray and transfer of remains to common carrier (local). $3,645.00
B. RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME This charge includes transfer of remains from common carrier (local) and minimum services of funeral director and staff. $1,975.00
C. DIRECT CREMATIONS This charge includes transfer of remains to funeral home, minimum services of funeral director and staff, crematory fee, and transfer of remains to crematory. $2,950.00
(If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials. (With or without an outside covering.) The containers we provide are: corrugated cardboard or unfinished wood.)
• Direct cremation with alternative container $3,200.00

D. IMMEDIATE BURIAL An immediate burial includes transfer of remains to funeral home, minimum services of funeral director and staff, coordination and direction of immediate burial, and transportation to cemetery in a funeral coach. $3,250.00

Special Note: State or local laws does not require that you buy a container to surround the casket in the grave. However many cemeteries require that you have such a container, so that the grave will not sink in. Either a grave liner or a burial vault will meet these requirements.
Exclusion of Warranty: The only warranties, expressed or implied grant in connection with the goods sold with funeral services are the expressed written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturers thereof. No other warranties and no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are extended by the funeral home.
