Please note – Although we are a Commercial Restaurant, our commitment to Home style cooking is so much that we CLOSE the restaurant on Tuesday (at Lunch hour ) and DEDICATE our Resources to Home style preparation

We DO NOT serve / prepare Tiffin on any other day

Attention lies in details – Please read carefully albeit detailed we hope we have covered all FAQ’S POSSIBLY (Please scroll below) • Our Tiffin model is based on a ONCE a week platform – not daily and it happens only on a TUESDAY • Food is NOT COMMERCIALLY prepared – TOTALLY HOME STYLE Our food preparation is simple, home style cooking with fresh, healthy and nutritious ingredients. We use Vegetable oil only • Are our preparations 100 % less oily ? Answer is NO !! • Our endeavor is to use MINIMAL OIL and at prep time ,we do take care and also while portioning as a quality check however some food preparations by virtue of their ingredients /composition release oil(s) LATER. • We also WELCOME your inputs as a Team Effort to introduce /change menu items to the best skills and knowledge of our Production team. • Our menus are simple, home style NOT FANCY, NOT FUSION, No Frills - Thrills • Our style of preparation is North Indian primarily ( Punjabi Style) • Spice level – Mild – Medium – We cannot customize spices as food is prepared in bulk • Food is FRESHLY prepared, packed and ready for pick up | delivery after 530 pm • Delivery is between 6pm - 1030 pm subject to weather/traffic/route mapping • If we are unable to deliver on Tuesday we move it to Wednesday (prior information) • Allergies – PLEASE CLARIFY in ADVANCE – Your safety is important • Delivery charges as applicable • Consider a Monthly Package? • Why Monthly? – BETTER SAVINGS !!! $$$$$ A Month comprises of any 4 weeks for us- You can start ANY Tuesday – Take a break in-between ( max of 2 weeks ) if you wish and we will pro rate it. – NO extra CHARGE – please keep a tab also • All packages consist of a mix of Curries + Rice+ Chappatis + Dessert + Pickle + chutney-Please see our featured Menu , which changes every week ( posted online or on fb) • Quantity of curries will vary DEPENDING on the package you select • If you wish to customize, the package price will /may change • You can modify quantity of rice vs chappatis /rotis • For every 1 container of rice you say “not wanted’ we replace with 4 chappatis and vice versa • We recommend if you are a first time consumer – Please OPT for a small package ( A size) or a half package – See /Judge for yourself our QUALITY & QUANTITY and thereafter decide if weekly or monthly suits you best • Food is packed in disposable containers and boxed in Recyclable cardboard boxes • Payment options | Mode ( Credit Card / Cash – certain conditions apply) • Weekly ( Pay as you go pay every week – No discount ) or Monthly ( You get better pricing ( 10% – 15 % discount ) however full payment is requested in advance )

EVERY WEEK: Menu items are not repeated in subsequent weeks as far as possible Some dishes are standard as is a staple reflection Is the meat HALAL? Yes, all our meat is HALAL certified. – (We serve Chicken (Boneless – White meat primarily - only in our Non Vegetarian Option)

How does the weekly schedule/calendar work? Our regular Tiffin week runs from Tuesday (the start of the Tiffin week) until Monday (the end of the Tiffin week). New Menu starts EVERY TUESDAY!!

How does the system work? We offer you meals (Tiffin) for seven days (your choice of veg or non-veg): Freshly Prepared and Freshly cooked and packed for 7 days! You may pick up the food or Request for delivery (charged separately) from us on Tuesday evening (between 530 – 830 pm), and enjoy it at your convenience over the course of the week.

Delivery can ALSO be moved to a WEDNESDAY by us owing to various reasons but this shall be COMMUNICATED in advance. How will I know if the quantity is sufficient?We give you all the food packed each in 12 oz containers. The quantity has been tested by many consumers and found to be a very comfortable amount.

Can i substitute more Rice for Rotis or Vice versa? Yes – Please communicate the same to your order taker (Email - [email protected])

Can I get more curry instead of dessert or pickle or chutney? NO We can substitute dessert for GARDEN SALAD

Can I get Biryani instead of Pulao Rice? No But can be ordered and charged as per our a la carte price if possible

Can I replace Pulao Rice with Plain Steam rice? Yes – No extra charge

What if I have specific food allergies/requirements? Please call 416 368 8048 or Email and discuss options that are suitable and do-able for you. ( [email protected]). We cannot guarantee !!

At what time can you come and collect your Tiffin? Please come at any time between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

To order your meals: (The cut-off time is Sunday by 6 pm) . Email is THE OPTION : [email protected]

You can pay us in full (in advance) or at the time of pick up or delivery and return (For pick up) on Tuesday between 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. to collect your meals. Alternatively, you are welcome to pre-pay by credit card, over the phone.

Are delivery options available? Yes!! WE CAN DELIVER – WE DO DELIVER!!

Deliveries are scheduled between 630 pm - 1030 pm subject to route mapping| weather| traffic conditions | clients responding in time to receive orders. Please call 416 368 8048 | E-mail – [email protected]

Kindly note the following: 1. You are responsible to store | heat the food at the correct temperature. 2. Our responsibility is complete when you/your representative accepts the food from us or is delivered to you as per your instructions in your absence 3. 6. All food must be picked up from the restaurant between the scheduled hours unless delivery has been arranged beforehand. 7. Prices | Offers | Incentives are subject to change. 8. The menu is set at the discretion of the management (with special arrangements – IF POSSIBLE – WHEREVER POSSIBLE - for allergies and special requirements). 9. The menus vary every week and are subject to change. 10. We post the menu for the entire MONTH by the last week of the running month AND IF YOU ARE ON OUR LIST WE SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH THE ATTACHMENT OF THE MENU. 11.
