Pablo M. Rendón Lizarazu Los valores simbólicos o significativos que la gente construyó en el valle de Tiwanaku hace más de 2000 años atrás han sido poco estudiados. Este período de tiempo denominado Formativo Tardío fue un momento importante para la construcción de valores significativos que fueron asignados a espacios y rasgos del entorno natural, siendo apropiados por el hombre y convertidos en un texto que comunica intereses y valores subjetivos de antaño. En ese sentido, la presente investigación es un aporte al conocimiento de las complejidades textuales del pasado en la cuenca del lago Titicaca. La cual ha sido interpretada como parte de modelos desarrollistas económicos, políticos, tecnológicos y religiosos; que sin duda han aportado y aclarecido nuestra perspectiva sobre el comportamiento humano de ese entonces; sin embargo, el espacio, las cercanías, el acto de ver un lugar, y otros tipos de de arbitrariedades visuales han faltado en las interpretaciones conductuales.
