A todos, muchas gracias. i ii RESUMO Esta investigación indutiva encadrada no campo da etnografía dixital sérvese fundamentalmente da técnica da observación participante virtual para estudar a interacción desenvolvida ao longo dun ano polos integrantes de Zamboanga de Antes. Este grupo de Facebook conta hoxe en día con máis de 15.000 membros e ten como obxectivo a revitalización do chabacano zamboangueño, unha das tres variedades do crioulo hispano-filipino. En primeiro lugar, preséntase unha análise de variables a fin de estudar os factores que poden favorecer a resposta nos fíos e, polo tanto, a práctica desta lingua no ámbito online. Logo, a análise de redes sociais permite examinar a topoloxía da interacción, identificar os membros máis centrais e detectar posibles subgrupos. Ademais, o estudo é completado por unha análise do contido e das ideoloxías presentes nos textos espontáneos e actuais de entradas e comentarios. En definitiva, pretendemos describir as estratexias de estimulación das conciencias metalingüística e sociolingüística que poden propiciar a revitalización lingüística e o fortalecemento da identidade nunha rede social online. iii RESUMEN Esta investigación inductiva y enmarcada en el campo de la etnografía digital se sirve fundamentalmente de la técnica de la observación participante virtual para estudiar la interacción desarrollada a lo largo de un año por los integrantes de Zamboanga de Antes. Este grupo de Facebook cuenta en la actualidad con algo más de 15 000 miembros y tiene como objetivo la revitalización del chabacano zamboangueño, una de las tres variedades del criollo hispano-filipino. En primer lugar se presenta un análisis de variables con el fin de estudiar los factores que pueden propiciar la participación en los hilos y por tanto la práctica de esta lengua en el ámbito online. A continuación, el análisis de redes sociales nos permite examinar la topología de la interacción, identificar a los miembros más centrales y detectar posibles subgrupos. Además, el estudio se completa con un análisis del contenido y de las ideologías presentes en los textos espontáneos y actuales de entradas y comentarios. En suma, pretendemos describir las estrategias de estimulación de las conciencias metalingüística y sociolingüística que pueden favorecer la revitalización lingüística y el fortalecimiento de la identidad en una red social online. iv ABSTRACT This inductive study belongs to the field of digital ethnography and makes use of virtual participant observation to focus on the interaction developed over a year by the users of Zamboanga de Antes. This Facebook group has more than 15,000 members nowadays, and aims at revitalizing Zamboangueño Chabacano, one of the three varieties of Philippine Creole Spanish. The first part of the study offers a variable analysis with the purpose of finding out which are the main factors that can favor participation in the threads and therefore the practice of this language online. Next, social network analysis is used to present the interaction topology, identify the most central members and discover possible subgroups. In addition, the study is completed with a content and ideological analysis of the contemporary and spontaneous texts found in posts and comments. In short, we aim at describing the way metalinguistic and sociolinguistic awareness is stimulated in order to promote linguistic revitalization and identity strengthening on an online social network. v vi PRÓLOGO El grupo de Facebook Zamboanga de Antes (en adelante ZdA), objeto de estudio de este trabajo de investigación, es una de las muchas comunidades online que han surgido en distintas partes del mundo a lo largo de los últimos años para impulsar la revitalización de lenguas minoritarias o en situación vulnerable. El objetivo primordial de ZdA es promover el uso, tanto online como offline, del chabacano zamboangueño (en adelante CZ), una de las tres variedades del chabacano o criollo hispano-filipino. Esta comunidad, que surgió en 2011 por iniciativa de un grupo de activistas lingüísticos no profesionales, contaba en mayo de 2016 con 15 326 miembros, un dato que adquiere relevancia si pensamos que el CZ es la primera lengua de unas 500 000 personas. Este estudio de etnografía digital se emprende desde el convencimiento de que las redes sociales online (en adelante RSO1) brindan nuevos cauces en los que desarrollar iniciativas de revitalización y documentación lingüísticas de las que se pueden beneficiar tanto los hablantes como los investigadores. De hecho, es importante señalar que siguen escaseando los textos escritos en zamboangueño, por lo que los hilos en ZdA ofrecen un nuevo e importante ámbito de uso en el que practicar la lectura y la escritura en este idioma. Por otro lado, este trabajo supone una innovación en el ámbito de los estudios sociolingüísticos sobre lenguas criollas, ya que no conocemos ningún estudio anterior que haya abordado en profundidad el análisis de comunidades online. Además, no podemos obviar que, mediante este trabajo, podemos contribuir también a cambiar la imagen de las lenguas criollas como propias de sociedades marginales y no aptas para la vida contemporánea. El documento Language Vitality and Endangerment de Unesco (2003) incide en la importancia de fomentar la implicación de las comunidades de hablantes en las iniciativas de revitalización lingüística. Así, por ejemplo, en el caso que nos ocupa son los propios hablantes los que pusieron en marcha y mantienen esta RSO y es precisamente esta agentividad la que pretendemos analizar y entender. En este estudio el investigador opta por mantenerse al margen y solo participa de modo circunstancial para influir lo menos posible en las dinámicas del grupo. A lo largo de este trabajo se realizan análisis cuantitativos, cualitativos y relacionales para poder presentar una descripción lo más completa posible de la interacción y la estructura de la red, el perfil sociodemográfico de sus miembros o los 1 Social Networking Sites (SNS) en inglés. vii factores principales que pueden contribuir a estimular la actividad en los hilos. Nos interesa de modo especial identificar las actitudes e ideologías lingüísticas que emergen en los textos y cómo se desarrolla el fortalecimiento de la identidad. Queremos entender qué significa el zamboangueño para sus hablantes y cómo se crea su imaginario colectivo.     Vocabulario del valle del Tera (I) CLemente vara gaLLego Luis CarLos nuevo Cuervo* Después de recopilar –trabajo de campo- las palabras proporcionadas por sus paisa- nos (en Abraveses, Micereces, Sitrama, Santa Marta, Santa Croya… de Tera) Clemente Vara Gallego emprendió la minuciosa tarea de consultar diccionarios generales y par- ticulares para verificar otros ámbitos geográficos de uso. Con ello descartó muchas de las voces que aunque un tanto “extrañas” aún podemos encontrar en el Diccionario de la Lengua Española de la Real Academia Española. E igualmente dejó algunas de estas voces que aunque se consideren estándar por figurar en el diccionario, se usan por sus paisanos. Voces dotadas de especial sabor etnográfico o sentimental. De todas las demás, las que no se encuentran en el diccionario general, consultó su aparición en otros diccionarios o recopilaciones léxicas más particulares, fundamental- mente de ámbito leonés. Y serán estas coincidencias las que vendrán a enriquecer una vez más el increíble patrimonio lingüístico de las tierras sobre las que se extendió el antiguo Reino de León. Aunque no se trate de un especialista en la materia, al menos en lo que respecta a tí- tulación específica, un agudo instinto filológico –dialectológico- llevó al autor a empren- der una tarea clasificatoria de utilidad para la lexicografía hispana. Palabra por palabra Clemente procedió a verificar su grado de coincidencia en cuanto significante y signi- ficado con lo ofrecido por varias publicaciones lexicográficas del oeste y este de León principalmente. De este modo, adjuntó a su propia anotación la versión aportada en los vocabularios publicados: con el fin de demostrar la total coincidencia o el alto grado de coincidencia de la definición léxica.
