NEWS | EVENTS 3 27th International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce 3-6 September SOLUTIONS FOR LAND FORCES We have been present at the largest event of the national defense industry – MSPO trade fair in Kielce for eleven years. We present there our wide offer for both the aviation sector and special vehicles dedicated to military applications and for the soldiers themselves. Strictly for land forces, we presented EnerSys Ltd. lead-acid batteries, from the military ARMASAFE plus series – in particular three models 12FV120, 12FV75 and 12FV55. All of them use TPPL (Thin Place Pure Lead), AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) and VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) technologies. The offer of Enersys batteries was supplemented by the demonstrator of Battery Monitoring System – BMS, DataCell II type, from the same manufacturer. We promoted the above mentioned solutions together with Enersys Sales Manager – Mr. Neil Chilton, who shared with us his observations concerning technical side of products. Teoretická část práce představuje klíčové pojmy zbrojního průmyslu za účelem pochopení podstaty zkoumané problematiky. Na základě analýzy dosavadní zbrojně-průmyslové spolupráce na úrovni organizací V4, NATO a EU a posléze komparace zemí V4 dle definovaných indikátorů ve stanoveném časovém horizontu 2006–2016 jsou přiblíženy oblasti možné spolupráce v letech nadcházejících. Klíčová slova: Armáda, Česká republika, Maďarsko, obranný průmysl, Polsko, Slovensko, V4, zbrojní průmysl ABSTRACT Diploma thesis deals with arms industry of Visegrad Group with the main emphasis on the years 2006–2016. The goal of this work is complex processing of this theme and outline of possible future perspectives of cooperation. Theoretical part presents key concepts of arms industry for the purpose of understanding substance of researching issues. On the basis of analysis of existing arms industrial cooperation on the Visegrad Group, NATO and EU level and subsequent comparison of Visegrad Group countries on the basis of defined indicators in time horizon 2006–2016, areas of possible cooperation in the upcoming years are clarified.

In particular, the Freeze Frame error reading in the Injection and EBS control units was developed. 3) MAN: the development of the error deletion function directly from the voice “Installed systems’ search”. 4) MITSUBISHI: the development of the complete Euro 5 injection system along with the regeneration adjustments of the particulate filter and the service reset for the vehicle Canter. 5) IVECO: the development of the diagnosis of all the new systems of the new model Daily ‘12, among which we would like to highlight: ABS, EDC 17 INJECTION (injector classification, particulate filter regeneration), AIRBAG, BODY, A/C, SUSPENSIONS (level calibration, lowering/lifting test), INSTRUMENTATION (in particular: service reset).

PRZYKŁAD EWOLUCJI PRZESTRZENNEJ POLSKIEGO MIASTA PRZEMYSŁOWEGO Zarys treści: Artykuł stanowi rekonstrukcję rozwoju urbanistyczngo i ewolucji funkcjonalno− przestrzennej struktury Stalowej Woli – jednego z największych miast monozakładowych wPolsce. Analizowany okres obejmuje przedwojenne lata budowy miasta oraz proces jego powojennego rozwoju. Autor zwraca uwagę na relacje miasto – przemysł i wynikające stąd uwarunkowania rozwoju ośrodka, określa również cechy charakteryzujące ten proces wminionym okresie gospodarki planowej oraz w warunkach gospodarki wolnorynkowej. Słowa kluczowe: Stalowa Wola, miasto monozakładowe, ewolucja urbanistyczna, struktura funkcjonalno−przestrzenna. Przełom polityczny i gospodarczy, który dokonał się w Polsce z początkiem lat 90, spowodował zasadniczą przemianę dotychczasowych procesów ewolucji miast. Dotyczy toprzede wszystkim tych ośrodków, których powojenny rozwój związany był najmocniej zprowadzoną wówczas polityką gospodarczą, a więc miast przemysłowych. Spośród nich wyłania się grupa ośrodków wybitnie uzależnionych od zlokalizowanego tam przemysłu, aokreślanych mianem miast monozakładowych (Kraśnik, Mielec, Świdnik, Stalowa Wola etc.) (Domański 1998). Okres transformacji gospodarczej stał się dla większości zlokalizowanych tam wielkich zakładów przemysłowych źródłem głębokiego kryzysu ekonomicznego, który przeniósł się także na „dobudowane” do nich miasta i znalazł swoje odbicie
