In 1989 he was appointed Deputy Project Manager at Saudi Services Group. Following four years of experience there he joined Çimes Elektronik Sanayi. At Çimes, Mr. Doğruöz served as the Company Manager, the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager respectively. Joining Çimsa Çimento as the company’s Investment Manager in 2006, Mutlu Dogruöz was appointed as Assistant General Manager responsible for investments on 01.06.2007. Since 01.06.2012 he has been appointed as the General Manager of Afyon Çimento Sanayi T.A.Ş.

12- PERSONNEL ACTIVITIES AND COLLECTIVE LABOR AGREEMENT APPLICATIONS

12.1 Collective Labor Agreement applications:

Collective Labor Agreement applied in our work place ended on December 31, 2012.
