CIVIL ENGINEER: The rough grading has been substantially completed in accordance with the approved plans. The site has been graded to approximate rough grade elevations and temporary erosions and sedimentation control have been installed. Verification of work includes grading to the pad elevation (within 0.04’), and to the horizontal limits of the building pad as shown.
