Letters to Reverend Esther 108 PREFACE

Grace Road Church's Reverend Esther Shin has been interpreting the Scripture with the Scripture. She was the only one to state that the mysteries of the kingdom of God can only be revealed by interpreting the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation as one whole. She has been revealing the Truth, which had been hidden from before time began, from the year 2008.

Reverend Esther has been shedding light on the lies that differ from the Bible, which have been rampant even 2000 years after Jesus Christ died on the cross, resurrected and ascended to heaven. She is the one who has taken action to carry out the perfect biblical reformation (Hebrews 9:10).

Reverend Esther Shin has clearly revealed the will of God that the 21st century is the Universal Seventh Day, the Day of the Son of Man and the Day of Judgment recorded in the Bible; therefore, all believers in the present generation must purify their souls, prepare the way for Jesus Christ’s Second Coming and prepare for the coming great famine.

Members of Grace Road Church have come to realise God's will through Reverend Esther Shin; they have volunteered to migrate to the beautiful land of Fiji and they have been preparing for the coming great famine. Unlike the babblers who merely say that they believe in God and in Jesus Christ, all of the Grace Road Church members are resolved to live as true Christians who see, hear, believe and truly act in accordance with the Bible.

4 This book is dedicated to Reverend Esther Shin and to the members of Grace Road Church who have been slandered and accused of heresy by those who turn a blind eye to the Truth and who pull strings to falsely condemn innocent churches of heresy.

Apostle Paul had plainly testifi ed to the Truth by explaining that Jesus was the Christ. However, he was charged as a ringleader of the Nazarene Sect by the Jews, the scribes and the Pharisees at that time (who are the Christians of today), and was killed by them in the end. Likewise, the prophets in the Old Testament and the apostles in the New Testament had all been persecuted for defending the Truth.

However, the Christians of today say that they believe in Jesus Christ by mouth, yet one cannot fi nd the type of suff ering that Jesus went through back then, in which he was being persecuted by the Jews to the point of death on the cross. All they wish for is to be blessed, to be successful, and to attain physical happiness in Jesus' name.

A true Christian must endure hardships that come with following the Truth. Reverend Esther Shin and a few of the members of Grace Road Church were detained on 24 July 2018 for truly believing and acting in accordance with only the words written in the Bible. This book is thus armed with the word of God to defend and plead the innocence of Reverend Esther Shin, who is the true servant of God, and the members of Grace Road Church.

e, the members of Grace Road Church, would like to Wsolemnly share the truth before God and men about Reverend Esther, the true servant of the Lord, who has been proclaiming the voice of the Spirit of Truth since May 2008. Reverend Esther, who was arrested without warrant on 24 July 2018 in Incheon International Airport, and we at Grace Road Church have seen, heard, believed and acted according to the Bible. We have only carried out the word of God without sinning, yet the world’s court is trying to charge her with the following:

Breach of Laws on Punishment of Violent Acts (Group Injury), Special Violence, Violence, Aggravated Confinement, Fraud, Commercial Violation, Child Welfare Law Violation (Child Abandonment, Neglect) Solicitation, Child Welfare Law (Child Abuse)

All of us at Grace Road Church could not hold back our astonishment with the prosecution’s charges. We were left speechless by the fact that these people—who at one point we thought were family and ate at the same table, who laughed with us, who said for us to accomplish the word of God through

8 our sweat, who said that we can now live without sinning while living as a family—secretively left the church and are now reviling and accusing Reverend Esther with complete lies, even as far as suing her and putting her in prison. What is more astonishing is that all of these events were the fulfi llment of what God has written in the Bible. First, we would like to explain who Reverend Esther of Grace Road Church is and how she has been carrying out the ministry by proving from the word of God that though the plaintiff, the police, and the prosecutor's statements may seem right, they are actually completely wrong.

Reverend Esther of Grace Road Church, who had been the wife of one man and is less than sixty years old, is thereby even physically in line with the words of 1 Timothy 5:3~5, 9~10 and 16. She is truly the older woman and the widow indeed written of in the Bible from before time began.

3 Give proper recognition to those widows who are really in need. 4 But if a widow has children or grandchildren, these should learn first of all to put their religion into practice by caring for their own family and so repaying their parents and grandparents, for this is pleasing to God. 5 Now she who is a widow indeed and who has been left alone, has fixed her hope on God and continues in entreaties and prayers night and day. 1 Timothy 5:3~5 9 No widow may be put on the list of widows unless she is over sixty, has been faithful to her husband, 10 and is well known for her good deeds, such as bringing up children, showing hospitality,

Defend the Case of the Widow Indeed 9 washing the feet of the Lord’s people, helping those in trouble and devoting herself to all kinds of good deeds. 1 Timothy 5:9~10 16 If any woman who is a believer has dependent widows, she must assist them and the church must not be burdened, so that it may assist those who are widows indeed. 1 Timothy 5:16

Furthermore, she is the true servant of the Lord who spiritually eats and also feeds others the spiritual food at the proper time. 45 “Who then is the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household to give them their food at the proper time? Matthew 24:45 42 And the Lord said, “Who then is the faithful and sensible steward, whom his master will put in charge of his servants, to give them their rations at the proper time? Luke 12:42

In accordance with the Scripture, “You will know them by their fruits,” the fruits of Reverend Esther’s eleven years of ministry at Grace Road Church are the 600 church members (400 in Fiji and 200 in Korea). 20 So then, you will know them by their fruits. Matthew 7:20 1 So David departed from there and escaped to the cave of Adullam; and when his brothers and all his father’s household heard of it, they went down there to him. 1 Samuel 22:1 9 So David went, he and the six hundred men who were with him, and came to the brook Besor, where those left behind remained. 10 But David pursued, he and four hundred men, for two hundred who were too exhausted to cross the brook Besor remained behind. 1 Samuel 30:9~10

We, the 400 members who have been allured by the word of

10 God, have left behind our former portion of life and voluntarily immigrated to Fiji in order to not sin and fulfi ll the word of God on earth in accordance to the written word of God. 2 Everyone who was in distress, and everyone who was in debt, and everyone who was discontented gathered to him; and he became captain over them. Now there were about four hundred men with him. 1 Samuel 22:2 14 “Therefore, behold, I will allure her, Bring her into the wilderness. And speak kindly to her. 15 “Then I will give her her vineyards from there, And the valley of Achor as a door of hope. And she will sing there as in the days of her youth, As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt. 16 “It will come about in that day,” declares the LORD “That you will call Me Ishi [my husband] And will no longer call Me Baali [my master]. Hosea 2:14~16 1 Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 2 “Son of man, you live in the midst of the rebellious house, who have eyes to see but do not see, ears to hear but do not hear; for they are a rebellious house. 3 Therefore, son of man, prepare for yourself baggage for exile and go into exile by day in their sight; even go into exile from your place to another place in their sight. Perhaps they will understand though they are a rebellious house. 4 Bring your baggage out by day in their sight, as baggage for exile. Then you will go out at evening in their sight, as those going into exile. 5 Dig a hole through the wall in their sight and go out through it. 6 Load the baggage on your shoulder in their sight and carry it out in the dark. You shall cover your face so that you cannot see the land, for I have set you as a sign to the house of Israel.” 7 I did so, as I had been commanded. By day I brought out my baggage like the baggage of an exile. Then in the evening I dug through the wall with my hands; I went out in the dark and carried the baggage on my shoulder in their sight. 8

Defend the Case of the Widow Indeed 11 In the morning the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 9 “Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, ‘What are you doing?’ 10 Say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “This burden concerns the prince in Jerusalem as well as all the house of Israel who are in it.”’ 11 Say, ‘I am a sign to you. As I have done, so it will be done to them; they will go into exile, into captivity.’ 12 The prince who is among them will load his baggage on his shoulder in the dark and go out. They will dig a hole through the wall to bring it out. He will cover his face so that he cannot see the land with his eyes. 13 I will also spread My net over him, and he will be caught in My snare. And I will bring him to Babylon in the land of the Chaldeans; yet he will not see it, though he will die there. 14 I will scatter to every wind all who are around him, his helpers and all his troops; and I will draw out a sword after them. 15 So they will know that I am the LORD when I scatter them among the nations and spread them among the countries. 16 But I will spare a few of them from the sword, the famine and the pestilence that they may tell all their abominations among the nations where they go, and may know that I am the LORD.” Ezekiel 12:1~16

This was possible only because Reverend Esther enabled us to see, hear, believe and understand biblically by discerning the spiritual thoughts with spiritual words and revealing the mysteries of the kingdom of God that were hidden before time began. 13 which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. 1 Corinthians 2:13 25 “These things I have spoken to you in figurative language; an hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figurative language, but will tell you plainly of the Father. John 16:25 8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city

12 which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. Revelation 11:8

Reverend Esther has seen the entire Bible, both the Old and New Testament, as a whole. Moreover, she has proven for anyone with a rational mind to understand that the 21st century now is the Universal Seventh Day (4,000 years of Old Testament {4 days} + 2,000 years of New Testament {2 days} = 6,000 years {6 days}), the day in which God has commanded us to cleanse our souls. 8 But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day. 2 Peter 3:8 2 By the seventh day God completed His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. 3 Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made. Genesis 2:2~3 19 Then the clean person shall sprinkle on the unclean on the third day and on the seventh day; and on the seventh day he shall purify him from uncleanness, and he shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and shall be clean by evening. Numbers 19:19 12 Then Samson said to them, “Let me now propound a riddle to you; if you will indeed tell it to me within the seven days of the feast, and find it out, then I will give you thirty linen wraps and thirty changes of clothes. Judges 14:12

For this is the “one day” in which all of the prophets and apostles longed to see and yet could not: the Day of the LORD, the Day of the Son of Man, the Day of Judgment. This “one day” has now come upon this generation in the 21st century.

Isaiah 13:6 9 Behold, the day of the LORD is coming, Cruel, with fury and burning anger, To make the land a desolation; And He will exterminate its sinners from it. Isaiah 13:9 12 For the LORD of hosts will have a day of reckoning Against everyone who is proud and lofty And against everyone who is lifted up, That he may be abased. Isaiah 2:12 15 Alas for the day! For the day of the LORD is near, And it will come as destruction from the Almighty. Joel 1:15 22 And He said to the disciples, “The days will come when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. Luke 17:22 2 “And you, son of man, thus says the Lord GOD to the land of Israel, ‘An end! The end is coming on the four corners of the land. Ezekiel 7:2 13 “I kept looking in the night visions, And behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a Son of Man was coming, And He came up to the Ancient of Days And was presented before Him. Daniel 7:13 1 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. 2 Timothy 3:1 8 Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, O LORD, We have waited for You eagerly; Your name, even Your memory, is the desire of our souls. 9 At night my soul longs for You, Indeed, my spirit within me seeks You diligently; For when the earth experiences Your judgments The inhabitants of the world learn righteousness. Isaiah 26:8~9

For the past 130 years since Christianity entered Korea,

14 there have been countless lies diff ering from the Bible that were spoken without knowing the Truth as the Truth. That is, the laying on of hands by pastors after seeing the Bible literally, the physical fasting, the baptism that only amounts to physical regulation, the communion that Jesus Christ never spoke of, worship that has become idolatry, the prayer in tongues “lalala tatata” which is the voice of demons, the interpretation of tongues that masks the voice of demons as the voice of God, the prophecy that is degraded to that of fortune telling, and so forth. Reverend Esther has been calling for a return to the Truth from the untruths and for the perfect biblical reformation. 10 since they relate only to food and drink and various washings, regulations for the body imposed until a time of reformation. Hebrews 9:10 1 Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of instruction about washings and laying on of hands, and the resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment. Hebrews 6:1~2

We must carry out the perfect biblical reformation, because the Scripture has shut up everyone under sin until the time appointed by God. 22 But the Scripture has shut up everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. Galatians 3:22 32 For God has shut up all in disobedience so that He may show mercy to all. Romans 11:32 10 as it is written, “THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS, NOT EVEN ONE; Romans 3:10

Defend the Case of the Widow Indeed 15 19 Now we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be closed and all the world may become accountable to God; Romans 3:19 19 We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. 1 John 5:19 1 Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of instruction about washings and laying on of hands, and the resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment. Hebrews 6:1~2

Therefore, when the perfect comes, all of the partial prophesying, speaking in tongues, and the partial knowledge must come to an end and be done away with. 8 Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part; 10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will be done away. 11 When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things. 1 Corinthians 13:8~11

Reverend Esther, until she read the Bible 30 times, also did not understand the Truth written in the Bible as the Truth, which was why she could not make the souls of her church members be born anew of water and the Spirit. Th us, when she realized the painful truth that she was actually an enemy of God, she started to hold pastor seminars to initially call for the pastors to truly turn away from sin. She has held these seminars for the past three years since 2008. However, the pastors who listened and understood were only a small minority.

16 32 Teach me what I do not see; If I have done iniquity, I will not do it again’? Job 34:32 47 if they take thought in the land where they have been taken captive, and repent and make supplication to You in the land of those who have taken them captive, saying, ‘We have sinned and have committed iniquity, we have acted wickedly’; 1 Kings 8:47 2 “Son of man, you live in the midst of the rebellious house, who have eyes to see but do not see, ears to hear but do not hear; for they are a rebellious house. Ezekiel 12:2 5 we have sinned, committed iniquity, acted wickedly and rebelled, even turning aside from Your commandments and ordinances. Daniel 9:5 9 To the Lord our God belong compassion and forgiveness, for we have rebelled against Him; Daniel 9:9 2 “I have spread out My hands all day long to a rebellious people, Who walk in the way which is not good, following their own thoughts, Isaiah 65:2 40 And with many other words he solemnly testified and kept on exhorting them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation!” Acts 2:40 13 “Your words have been arrogant against Me,” says the LORD. “Yet you say, ‘What have we spoken against You?’ Malachi 3:13

Th at is why she had no choice but to confess that the word, “When the Son of Man comes, will He find faith?” was the scathing reality, 19 And the rest of the trees of his forest will be so small in number That a child could write them down. Isaiah 10:19 10 as it is written, “THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS, NOT EVEN ONE; Romans 3:10

and she realized that now is truly the age to lament. 8 Wail like a virgin girded with sackcloth For the bridegroom of her youth. Joel 1:8 6 Wail, for the day of the LORD is near! It will come as destruction from the Almighty. Isaiah 13:6 5 “Indeed, who will have pity on you, O Jerusalem, Or who will mourn for you, Or who will turn aside to ask about your welfare? Jeremiah 15:5

For nearly 2,000 years, why was not one martyr resurrected since Jesus Christ’s resurrection and ascension to heaven? Moreover, why has not the word, “Everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die” been fulfi lled even to this date? 25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, 26 and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25~26 9 When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained; Revelation 6:9

When is the day God avenges the blood of the martyrs? Our Reverend has clearly revealed all these truths by interpreting the Bible with the Bible. 8 For the LORD has a day of vengeance, A year of recompense for the cause of Zion. Isaiah 34:8

18 2 To proclaim the favorable year of the LORD And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, Isaiah 61:2 10 and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, will You refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 And there was given to each of them a white robe; and they were told that they should rest for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brethren who were to be killed even as they had been, would be completed also. Revelation 6:10~11

So now is the time for all of God’s chosen people to wake up from their deep spiritual slumber, 1 “To the angel of the church in Sardis write: He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars, says this: ‘I know your deeds, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. Revelation 3:1 14 For this reason it says, “Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you.” Ephesians 5:14 23 But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, being shut up to the faith which was later to be revealed. Galatians 3:23 and be born anew of water and the Spirit. 5 Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. John 3:5 13 In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, Ephesians 1:13 27 Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food

Defend the Case of the Widow Indeed 19 which endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal.” John 6:27 22 who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge. 2 Corinthians 1:22 16 Then He opens the ears of men, And seals their instruction, Job 33:16 18 In the exercise of His will He brought us forth by the word of truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits among His creatures. James 1:18 23 for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God. 1 Peter 1:23

Furthermore, it is time to biblically discern the identity of the wicked; that is, Satan, devil and demons, and resist them. 33 But turning around and seeing His disciples, He rebuked Peter and said, “Get behind Me, Satan; for you are not setting your mind on God’s interests, but man’s.” Mark 8:33 17 “They sacrificed to demons who were not God, To gods whom they have not known, New gods who came lately, Whom your fathers did not dread. Deuteronomy 32:17 12 Those beside the road are those who have heard; then the devil comes and takes away the word from their heart, so that they will not believe and be saved. Luke 8:12 70 Jesus answered them, “Did I Myself not choose you, the twelve, and yet one of you is a devil?” John 6:70 44 You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him.

20 Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies. John 8:44 2 by means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron, 1 Timothy 4:2 8 the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8 14 Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, Hebrews 2:14 7 Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4:7 9 And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. Revelation 12:9 9 Behold, I will cause those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie—I will make them come and bow down at your feet, and make them know that I have loved you. Revelation 3:9 16 When evening came, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed; and He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were ill. Matthew 8:16

Reverend Esther was able to plainly reveal the mysteries of the kingdom of God on a completely different level that no pastor or no religious leader has ever known since creation. Th is was possible because the Reverend of Grace Road Church is the ‘Another Helper’ that is, Reverend Esther is the one who

Defend the Case of the Widow Indeed 21 came as a vessel of the Spirit of Truth, which Jesus Christ had promised to send by asking the Father. 13 But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. John 16:13 16 I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever; 17 that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you. John 14:16~17

Reverend Esther has perfectly testified about Jesus Christ with the whole Bible from the Old Testament and the New Testament, by saying that Jesus is the Christ for the past seven years from 2008 to 2015. 22 But Saul kept increasing in strength and confounding the Jews who lived at Damascus by proving that this Jesus is the Christ. Acts 9:22 42 And every day, in the temple and from house to house, they kept right on teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ. Acts 5:42 36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ—this Jesus whom you crucified.” Acts 2:36 5 But when Silas and Timothy came down from Macedonia, Paul began devoting himself completely to the word, solemnly testifying to the Jews that Jesus was the Christ. Acts 18:5 28 for he powerfully refuted the Jews in public, demonstrating by the Scriptures that Jesus was the Christ. Acts 18:28

22 22 His parents said this because they were afraid of the Jews; for the Jews had already agreed that if anyone confessed Him to be Christ, he was to be put out of the synagogue. John 9:22 26 “When the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, that is the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify about Me, John 15:26 15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 1 John 4:15 1 Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and whoever loves the Father loves the child born of Him. 1 John 5:1

She has also been revealing who Jesus Christ truly is, and why it is recorded that if all the things which Jesus did were written in detail, the world would not have enough room to contain all the books that would be written. 25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they were written in detail, I suppose that even the world itself would not contain the books that would be written. I will also have compassion on her who had not obtained compassion, And I will say to those who were not My people, ‘You are My people!’ And they will say, ‘You are my God!’” Hosea 2:23 15 For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. 24 Even if this upsets people who read this, it cannot be helped. Even if they reprove saying, “Are you the only ones who are better?” it cannot be helped. Because, whether you believe it or not, all of us at Grace Road Church know and believe that our Reverend Esther, whom we dearly love eternally, is the vessel of the Spirit of Truth, in accordance with the word in John 14, 15 and 16, where the word became fl esh and came to the earth. 23 And He did so to make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory, 24 even us, whom He also called, not from among Jews only, but also from among Gentiles. John 16:8~11 13 But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. John 16:13

Just like the word above, Reverend Esther has been clearly revealing the mysteries of the kingdom of God and disclosing to us what is to come, and is no longer speaking in figurative language (parable, riddle), for the eleventh year now and she will continue to disclose these mysteries now and forevermore. 25 “These things I have spoken to you in figurative language; an hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figurative language, but will tell you plainly of the Father. John 16:25 10 And He said, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest it is in parables, so that SEEING THEY MAY NOT SEE, AND HEARING THEY MAY NOT UNDERSTAND. Luke 8:10 28 “It will come about after this That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and daughters will prophesy, Your old men will dream dreams, Your young men will see visions. Joel 2:28 3 “I declared the former things long ago And they went forth from My mouth, and I proclaimed them. Suddenly I acted, and they came to pass. Isaiah 48:3 22 Let them bring forth and declare to us what is going to take

This is because Reverend Esther is a true servant of God; God has not hidden the secrets of His kingdom from her. 17 The LORD said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do, Genesis 18:17 7 Surely the Lord GOD does nothing Unless He reveals His secret counsel To His servants the prophets. She has also shown that the word of God is coming true. 22 When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing does not come about or come true, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him. Just as God said, “To one who knows the right thing to

Reverend Esther has put the word of God into practice, so that we can form a holy community and let go of the lust of the fl esh, the lust of the eyes, and the boastings of the fl esh and be able to live without sinning. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. 1 John 2:16 14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh in regard to its lusts. Romans 13:14 6 and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete. 2 Corinthians 10:6 21 and be subject to one another in the fear of Christ. Ephesians 5:21

She cares for everyone day and night, in order to establish us as holy ones, spotless and blameless before God. 14 Therefore, beloved, since you look for these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, spotless and blameless, 2 Peter 3:14

Furthermore, Reverend Esther has let us know of the new name that God will give, and she has proven that the very people in that Word have appeared in history now, 17 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, to him I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and a new name written on the stone which no one knows but he who receives it.’ Revelation 2:17

she has been perfectly carrying out the biblical reformation to bring everyone in the world back to God. And there will be a time of distress such as never occurred since there was a nation until that time; and at that time your people, everyone who is found written in the book, will be rescued. Daniel 12:1 4 “You are as beautiful as Tirzah, my darling, As lovely as Jerusalem, As awesome as an army with banners. Song of Songs 6:4 10 ‘Who is this that grows like the dawn, As beautiful as the full moon, As pure as the sun, As awesome as an army with banners?’ Song of Songs 6:10

Reverend Esther has disclosed the hidden Truth within the Bible that the reason humans have to die is due to their sins, 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23 and that although it is appointed for men to die once, 27 And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment, Hebrews 9:27 there is the way of eternal life where one can live forever without physically dying. 3 This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. John 17:3 2 even as You gave Him authority over all flesh, that to all whom You have given Him, He may give eternal life. John 17:2 22 But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life. Romans 6:22

She has also let us know that the deep love of God desires for even the wicked men to turn from their sins and live forever without physically dying. 23 Do I have any pleasure in the death of the wicked,” declares the Lord GOD, “rather than that he should turn from his ways and live? Ezekiel 18:23 11 Say to them, ‘As I live!’ declares the Lord GOD, ‘I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Yes, for our sake it was written, because the plowman ought to plow in hope, and the thresher to thresh in hope of sharing the crops. 1 Corinthians 9:10 11 But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation; Hebrews 9:11

Reverend Esther is the one who carries out God’s will. Psalm 68:15 5 Now the upper chambers were smaller because the galleries took more space away from them than from the lower and middle ones in the building. Ezekiel 42:5 1 Six days later Jesus took with Him Peter and James and John his brother, and led them up on a high mountain by themselves. 2 And He was transfigured before them; and His face shone like the sun, and His garments became as white as light. Matthew 17:1~2 those who have truly met the Father God, those who walk with the spirit of God, those who have been born anew of water and the Spirit, and those who have become holy with no spot or blemish are the sons of God who will live and glorify God forever without physically dying. She has declared from the Word that they have already appeared in history. 14 For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. Romans 8:14 19 For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. Romans 8:19 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:26 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ

Th is work that began through Grace Road Church is a new work, a hidden thing that has never been fulfi lled since creation as an unprecedented event. 9 “Behold, the former things have come to pass, Now I declare new things; Before they spring forth I proclaim them to you.” Isaiah 42:9 19 “Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19 6 “You have heard; look at all this. And you, will you not declare it? I proclaim to you new things from this time, Even hidden things which you have not known. Isaiah 48:6 22 “How long will you go here and there, O faithless daughter? For the LORD has created a new thing in the earth—A woman will encompass a man.” Jeremiah 31:22 30 But if the LORD brings about an entirely new thing and the ground opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that is theirs, and they descend alive into Sheol, then you will understand that these men have spurned the LORD.” Numbers 16:30

Now in this age when the word of God recorded in the Bible is fulfi lled as reality (truth), the eyes of the blind will be opened, the ears of the deaf will be unstopped, the dead are raised up, and the poor will truly have the eternal gospel spread to them.

Just as God said, “You have little power, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name,” she cares for the physically “weak” and “the least” Grace Road Church members to keep their faith. 8 ‘I know your deeds. Behold, I have put before you an open door which no one can shut, because you have a little power, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name. 9 Behold, I will cause those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie—I will make them come and bow down at your feet, and make them know that I have loved you. She also girds us with the Truth, so that we will keep the word of perseverance no matter what persecution and hardship comes, and will be kept from the hour of testing. 10 Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. 11 I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one will take your crown. She is the watchman who protects us perfectly in spirit and in fl esh so that we will become a pillar in the temple of God. 12 He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will not go out from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God, and My new name. 13 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’ Revelation 3:12~13

All of us at Grace Road Church, who vowed not to sin any longer through faith in the word of our true Father God and faith in Jesus Christ, plead for the widow indeed Reverend Esther! Even now she does her best to care for us in everything she does, even though she has been confined in a detention centre for no reason for more than six months. 17 The first to plead his case seems right, Until another comes and examines him. Proverbs 18:17 17 Learn to do good; Seek justice, Reprove the ruthless, Defend the orphan, Plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:17 23 Your rulers are rebels And companions of thieves; Everyone loves a bribe And chases after rewards. They do not defend the orphan, Nor does the widow’s plea come before them. Isaiah 1:23

God is the true God who speaks and executes His words, and He uses people in all His works. The “Another Helper”

Defend the Case of the Widow Indeed 53 and “the sprinkled blood that speaks better”, whom God has prophesied about in the whole Bible from Genesis to Revelation, is Reverend Esther of Grace Road Church. She is the messenger of the covenant who was prophesied of in Malachi. 24 and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks better than the blood of Abel. Hebrews 12:24 1 “Behold, I am going to send My messenger, and he will clear the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; and the messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight, behold, He is coming,” says the LORD of hosts. 2 “But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like fullers’ soap. 3 He will sit as a smelter and purifier of silver, and He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, so that they may present to the LORD offerings in righteousness. 4 Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasing to the LORD as in the days of old and as in former years. 5 “Then I will draw near to you for judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers and against the adulterers and against those who swear falsely, and against those who oppress the wage earner in his wages, the widow and the orphan, and those who turn aside the alien and do not fear Me,” says the LORD of hosts. 6 “For I, the LORD, do not change; therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed. Malachi 3:1~6

There is more of God’s testimony about Reverend Esther of Grace Road Church than this. However, she is bearing all kinds of shame and reproach of being called a cult or a pseudo- religion, even though she had revealed the Truth as the Truth for the eleventh year now. Who crucifi ed Jesus Christ? Who killed Apostle Paul and the apostles who were martyred? Th ey were all

54 the Jews, the Pharisees, and the scribes, who are the Gentiles in the church and the enemies of God and of Jesus Christ. They use the name of God and Jesus Christ, and they are reading the Bible, yet they do not understand. They blaspheme the Truth, and they worship money as their God. 12 But man in his pomp will not endure; He is like the beasts that perish. Psalm 49:12 20 Man in his pomp, yet without understanding, Is like the beasts that perish. Psalm 49:20 10 But these men revile the things which they do not understand; and the things which they know by instinct, like unreasoning animals, by these things they are destroyed. Jude 1:10

The apostles, who were the disciples of Jesus at that time, called Jesus Christ “Rabbi” (teacher), yet Apostle Paul solemnly testifi ed from the Old Testament that “Jesus” was “the Christ”. When the apostles did not understand, Paul testifi ed from the Old Testament that Jesus, whom the apostles called “Rabbi” (teacher), is “the Son of God” and that he had come to fulfi ll the word of God on earth. However, the Pharisees, the scribes, and the chief priests at that time called Paul “a real pest” and “a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes,” and they imprisoned him, persecuted him, and even ended up killing him. 5 For we have found this man a real pest and a fellow who stirs up dissension among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes. Acts 24:5

However, ever since Christianity was offi cially accepted until now, not a single person called Apostle Paul “a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes.” Rather, he is so admired to the degree that many adopt the name “Paul” in their desire to be like him.

I. Defend the Case of the Widow Indeed 55 It is the same case with Reverend Esther. Th e mysteries of the kingdom of God are not revealed just by reading the Bible by the letter. Thus, Reverend Esther has been proclaiming for eleven years that the Bible must be interpreted with the Bible, and she has been sounding the alarm to the unrighteous church leaders of this age to return to the Truth. She is carrying out the biblical reformation with many tears and lamentations; yet, she has been slandered and accused of being a cult or a pseudo-religion, and has even been sued. However, no matter how much mockery, threats and persecutions may come, we of Grace Road Church believe that God will accomplish everything exactly as He had planned without error before time began. Th erefore, we all plead for our Reverend Esther who has been accused of being a cult and even detained when she has only revealed the hidden mysteries of God and acted according to the written word of God. We call for all Christians who truly believe in God to join in pleading for the case of the widow indeed as is written in the Bible.

Defend the Members of Grace Road Church II. Defend the Members of Grace Road Church Who Saw, Heard, Believed and Acted by the Bible

ll members of Grace Road Church have seen, heard, Abelieved, understood and acted according to the Bible. However, the fact of that matter is ignored while gossip, slandering, reviling and false accusations are rampant.

The behind-the-scenes context of this matter begins with In-Gyu Lee, a lay person and self-proclaimed church heresy “expert” who runs an online blog called ‘Ask Any Questions.’ In 2011, he began his false accusations of Grace Road Church being a cult through the use of extortion; he had been hoping to gain fi nancially from our church in return for him not writing false articles about us being a cult. His lies and false accusations against us spread like the old yeast as he was joined by Hyung- Taek Park, a pastor without a single church and a self-proclaimed “expert” in heresies, and his associates. The General Assembly of the Korean Presbyterian Church, who claims to be Christian and yet are a synagogue of Satan, encouraged them. Th e former Grace Road Church members, who are now reviling us after leaving our church, and the investigators of Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency foreign aff airs division stated that they have their own agenda with which they have been investigating us for the past eleven months now. The prosecution worked

58 to detain and indict Reverend Esther, who has been clearly accounted for and has been carrying out a perfectly normal ministry for eleven years. Th en the popular Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) television program ‘Unanswered Questions’ production team connected with the police to be allowed sole entry into Incheon International Airport, right up to the “Arrivals” entrance of the airplane that landed there. Th ey fi lmed Reverend Esther coming out from the airplane at an hour that no one knew. Without having contacted anyone they carried out a lengthy interview with her for a total of fi ve hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. She had been held in a cell and was refused contact with anyone. Th is happened under the permission of the police and the cruel tyranny of the media.

To the media agencies which disregarded the truth, maliciously and provokingly edited all forms of media to turn Grace Road Church into a laughing stock to be mocked at by the whole world, to all self-proclaimed Christians and to all media agencies in the nation and around the world who joined in on brutally trampling on the gospel of God and disrupting the spreading of the gospel:

The fact that Grace Road Church and our Reverend Esther have only seen, heard, believed, understood, and acted according to the words written in the Bible that no nation, church, organisation, or leader has ever carried out before, will surely be made known to the whole world!

II. Defend the Members of Grace Road Church 59 1. Grace Road Church’s threshing floor is completely biblical.

We, the members of Grace Road Church, despise sin, desire to be truly and entirely sanctifi ed, and will become perfect only by the word of God. We deeply engrave the word of God into our hearts to enter eternal life as if to the point of “cutting off our hands and feet or gouging out our eye if it causes us to sin.” We despise sin, and above all things, we fear sinning against God the most. 8 “If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; it is better for you to enter life crippled or lame, than to have two hands or two feet and be cast into the eternal fire. 9 If your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it from you. It is better for you to enter life with one eye, than to have two eyes and be cast into the fiery hell. Matthew 18:8~9 20 Brethren, do not be children in your thinking; yet in evil be infants, but in your thinking be mature. 1 Corinthians 14:20

The threshing floor that was carried out biblically is not violence at all—not even remotely. Th e threshing fl oor is recorded in no less than 44 places in the Bible. The threshing floor that Grace Road Church has done according to His word is His way of gathering the children of God (the people of God) together. 12 “But they do not know the thoughts of the LORD, And they do not understand His purpose; For He has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor. Micah 4:12

60 12 In that day the LORD will start His threshing from the flowing stream of the Euphrates to the brook of Egypt, and you will be gathered up one by one, O sons of Israel. Isaiah 27:12

It is God’s way of smiting His enemies on the cheek; 7 Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God! For You have smitten all my enemies on the cheek; You have shattered the teeth of the wicked. Psalm 3:7 it is a discipline befi tting the true sons of God, the Father of all spirits. 4 You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your striving against sin; 5 and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, “MY SON, DO NOT REGARD LIGHTLY THE DISCIPLINE OF THE LORD, NOR FAINT WHEN YOU ARE REPROVED BY HIM; 6 FOR THOSE WHOM THE LORD LOVES HE DISCIPLINES, AND HE SCOURGES EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVES.” 7 It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live? Hebrews 12:4~9

It corrects the sons of God and servants of the LORD through love; 13 Do not hold back discipline from the child, Although you strike him with the rod, he will not die. 14 You shall strike him with the rod And rescue his soul from Sheol. Proverbs 23:13~14 17 Correct your son, and he will give you comfort; He will also delight your soul. Proverbs 29:17

and smiting on one’s own thigh in turning from one’s sins. 19 ‘For after I turned back, I repented; And after I was instructed, I smote on my thigh; I was ashamed and also humiliated Because I bore the reproach of my youth.’ Jeremiah 31:19

Furthermore, it is reproving the sin of one’s fellow brother, 17 ‘You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart; you may surely reprove your neighbor, but shall not incur sin because of him. Leviticus 19:17

a rebuking of those who continue to sin in the presence of all. 20 Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning. 1 Timothy 5:20 11 But when Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned. Galatians 2:11

It is seeking God’s wisdom, 15 The rod and reproof give wisdom, But a child who gets his own way brings shame to his mother. Proverbs 29:15

and it is God’s way of cleansing to separate the wheat from the chaff . 12 His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear His threshing floor; and He will gather His wheat into

It is God’s way of destroying the works of the devil; 8 the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8 it is one of the ways to be born anew of water and the Spirit. 3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3 5 Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. John 3:5 18 In the exercise of His will He brought us forth by the word of truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits among His creatures. James 1:18 19 My children, with whom I am again in labor until Christ is formed in you— Galatians 4:19 15 But women will be through the bearing of children if they c o n t i n u e i n f a i t h a n d l o v e a n d s a n c t i t y w i t h s e l f - r e s t r a i n t . 1 Timothy 2:15

It is God Himself giving delivery. 9 “Shall I bring to the point of birth and not give delivery?” says the LORD. “Or shall I who gives delivery shut the womb?” says your God. Isaiah 66:9

Furthermore, the cleared threshing fl oor is acceptable to God,

so our souls must be sanctifi ed and have nothing to do with sin. 4 Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness. 1 John 3:4 8 the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil. 9 No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 10 By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother. 1 John 3:8~10

2. Shaving one’s hair is one of the biblical ways to examine and purify oneself.

Just as Apostle Paul cut his hair in Cenchrea when he understood the voice of God, we also have voluntarily cut our hair of our own free will as we repented of our sins on the day to cleanse our body. 18 Paul, having remained many days longer, took leave of the brethren and put out to sea for Syria, and with him were Priscilla and Aquila. In Cenchrea he had his hair cut, for he was keeping a vow. Acts 18:18 33 then he shall shave himself, but he shall not shave the scale; and the priest shall isolate the person with the scale seven more days. Leviticus 13:33

64 40 “Now if a man loses the hair of his head, he is bald; he is clean. 41 If his head becomes bald at the front and sides, he is bald on the forehead; he is clean. Leviticus 13:40~41 9 ‘But if a man dies very suddenly beside him and he defiles his dedicated head of hair, then he shall shave his head on the day when he becomes clean; he shall shave it on the seventh day. Numbers 6:9 18 The Nazirite shall then shave his dedicated head of hair at the doorway of the tent of meeting, and take the dedicated hair of his head and put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of peace offerings. 19 The priest shall take the ram’s shoulder when it has been boiled, and one unleavened cake out of the basket and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them on the hands of the Nazirite after he has shaved his dedicated hair. Numbers 6:18~19 12 For evils beyond number have surrounded me; My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to see; They are more numerous than the hairs of my head, And my heart has failed me. Psalm 40:12

Th rough Reverend Esther, we of Grace Road Church have understood the mystery about Jesus Christ and have circumcised our hearts. 16 So circumcise your heart, and stiffen your neck no longer. Deuteronomy 10:16 29 But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God. Romans 2:29

We could not bear to keep even the deeply hidden sins that only we ourselves knew of but voluntarily confessed our sins. We have done this to truly repent of our sins to God and to turn away from our sins.

Defend the Members of Grace Road Church 65 12 For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Hebrews 4:12 5 I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I did not hide; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the LORD”; And You forgave the guilt of my sin. Psalm 32:5 13 ‘Only acknowledge your iniquity, That you have transgressed against the LORD your God And have scattered your favors to the strangers under every green tree, And you have not obeyed My voice,’ declares the LORD. Jeremiah 3:13 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

3. Forming a holy community is a fulfillment of the following Scriptures, which is pleasing to God.

After Jesus Christ ascended to heaven, a community was formed centering around the apostles. In Israel of the Middle East with the Dome of the Rock (the golden dome), about thirty Kibbutz, (modelled after the community centred around the apostles in the First Coming) are in operation up until now. Yet, they are losing their roots as they accepted privatization of property. However, Grace Road Church is forming a more perfect and holy community than the community made by the apostles in the First Coming. Everyone is the owner, and we gladly and willingly work, for it is the work of the kingdom of God, that is, the work of his own household. No one can do as he wishes with

66 the common property, and everything is used only for the work of the kingdom of God. 43 Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles 44 And all those who had believed were together and had all things in common; 45 and they began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. 46 Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, Acts 2:43~46 32 And the congregation of those who believed were of one heart and soul; and not one of them claimed that anything belonging to him was his own, but all things were common property to them. 33 And with great power the apostles were giving testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and abundant grace was upon them all. 34 For there was not a needy person among them, for all who were owners of land or houses would sell them and bring the proceeds of the sales 35 and lay them at the apostles’ feet, and they would be distributed to each as any had need. 36 Now Joseph, a Levite of Cyprian birth, who was also called Barnabas by the apostles (which translated means Son of Encouragement), 37 and who owned a tract of land, sold it and brought the money and laid it at the apostles’ feet. Acts 4:32~37

In the First Coming, the community merely brought everything before the apostles’ feet and shared them. However, Grace Road Church is making an eternal inheritance in the land that God has given to be self-suffi cient. 8 I will give to you and to your descendants after you, the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.” Genesis 17:8 15 For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the

Moreover, we are preparing for the great famine that will come upon the whole world. 6 Who drink wine from sacrificial bowls While they anoint themselves with the finest of oils, Yet they have not grieved over the ruin of Joseph. Amos 6:6 16 When I send against them the deadly arrows of famine which were for the destruction of those whom I will send to destroy you, then I will also intensify the famine upon you and break the staff of bread. Ezekiel 5:16 15 Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the prophets who are prophesying in My name, although it was not I who sent them—yet they keep saying, ‘There will be no sword or famine in this land’—by sword and famine those prophets shall meet their end! Jeremiah 14:15 20 even though Noah, Daniel and Job were in its midst, as I live,” declares the Lord GOD, “they could not deliver either their son or their daughter. They would deliver only themselves by their righteousness.” Ezekiel 14:20

The people who truly believe in the Word became brothers dwelling together in unity to please God. 1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brothers to dwell together in unity! 2 It is like the precious oil upon the head, Coming down upon the beard, Even Aaron’s beard, Coming down upon the edge of his robes. 3 It is like the dew of Hermon Coming down upon the mountains of Zion; For there the LORD

68 commanded the blessing—life forever. Psalm 133:1~3

We are fulfilling the word, “Command that these stones become bread,” which had not been fulfi lled for 2,000 years. 4 And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men, but is choice and precious in the sight of God, 1 Peter 2:4 8 Therefore bear fruits in keeping with repentance, and do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham for our father,’ for I say to you that from these stones God is able to raise up children to Abraham. Luke 3:8 14 Surely Your servants find pleasure in her stones And feel pity for her dust. Psalm 102:14 40 But Jesus answered, “I tell you, if these become silent, the stones will cry out!” Luke 19:40 3 And the tempter came and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.” Matthew 4:3 3 And the devil said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread.” Luke 4:3 16 If the first piece of dough is holy, the lump is also; and if the root is holy, the branches are too. Romans 11:16

A true pastor has to make people clearly understand the word of God. Reverend Esther has interpreted the Bible with the Bible, and she has guided all who believed to see, hear, believe, understand and act by the Bible, in order for them to be born anew of water and the Spirit. Faith without works is dead; no matter how many Christians are in this generation, we are sure that no other church walks perfectly by the Bible as Grace Road Church does.

II. Defend the Members of Grace Road Church 69 4. How Grace Road Church Sees the Detainment

Everyone who claims to be a victim has attended Grace Road Church for three to nine years. In accordance with the words in Matthew 13, Mark 4, and Luke 8, they are the people who received the word with joy at fi rst but later fell away. 3 And He spoke many things to them in parables, saying, “Behold, the sower went out to sow; 4 and as he sowed, some seeds fell beside the road, and the birds came and ate them up. 5 Others fell on the rocky places, where they did not have much soil; and immediately they sprang up, because they had no depth of soil. 6 But when the sun had risen, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. 7 Others fell among the thorns, and the thorns came up and choked them out. 8 And others fell on the good soil and yielded a crop, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty. Matthew 13:3~8 19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one on whom seed was sown beside the road. 20 The one on whom seed was sown on the rocky places, this is the man who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; 21 yet he has no firm root in himself, but is only temporary, and when affliction or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he falls away. 22 And the one on whom seed was sown among the thorns, this is the man who hears the word, and the worry of the world and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. Matthew 13:19~22 27 The slaves of the landowner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28 And he said to them, ‘An enemy has done this!’ The

70 slaves said to him, ‘Do you want us, then, to go and gather them up?’ 29 But he said, ‘No; for while you are gathering up the tares, you may uproot the wheat with them. 30 Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn.”’” Matthew 13:27~30

Th e people who went out from us and claim to be victims are fulfi lling the word of God as common vessels. Th e separation of the righteous from the wicked and the wheat from the chaff has come true, as recorded in Matthew 13.

19 They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be shown that they all are not of us. 1 John 2:19 47 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet cast into the sea, and gathering fish of every kind; 48 and when it was filled, they drew it up on the beach; and they sat down and gathered the good fish into containers, but the bad they threw away. 49 So it will be at the end of the age; the angels will come forth and take out the wicked from among the righteous, 50 and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13:47~50

Even the demons believed and shuddered. 19 You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder. James 2:19

Th ey themselves are natural men, 14 But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. 1 Corinthians 2:14

and they are proving themselves to be the ones who do not accept the things of the Spirit of God, but rather act as busybodies. 19 These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit. Jude 1:19 18 I said to myself concerning the sons of men, “God has surely tested them in order for them to see that they are but beasts.” Ecclesiastes 3:18 10 For even when we were with you, we used to give you this order: if anyone is not willing to work, then he is not to eat, either. 11 For we hear that some among you are leading an undisciplined life, doing no work at all, but acting like busybodies. 2 Thessalonians 3:10~11

But in order to enter the kingdom of God, the sons of God must endure many tribulations and suff erings. 22 strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying, “Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God.” Acts 14:22 14 For you, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, for you also endured the same sufferings at the hands of your own countrymen, even as they did from the Jews, 1 Thessalonians 2:14 5 This is a plain indication of God’s righteous judgment so that you will be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which indeed you are suffering. 2 Thessalonians 1:5 13 No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13

72 Although we of Grace Road Church have been persecuted because of the reviling of those who went out from us, each and every one of us took up our own cross for the sake of the eternal gospel and the establishment of the kingdom of God and did not look back. 29 But as at that time he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, so it is now also. Galatians 4:29 12 Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. 2 Timothy 3:12 12 and we toil, working with our own hands; when we are reviled, we bless; when we are persecuted, we endure; 1 Corinthians 4:12 11 But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler—not even to eat with such a one. 1 Corinthians 5:11 11 Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:11 29 Jesus said, “Truly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or farms, for My sake and for the gospel’s sake, 30 but that he will receive a hundred times as much now in the present age, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and farms, along with persecutions; and in the age to come, eternal life. 31 But many who are first will be last, and the last, first.” Mark 10:29~31 26 “If anyone comes to Me, and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be My disciple. Luke 14:26 23 And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wishes to come

Luke 9:23 12 And the cows took the straight way in the direction of Beth- shemesh; they went along the highway, lowing as they went, and did not turn aside to the right or to the left. And the lords of the Philistines followed them to the border of Beth-shemesh. 1 Samuel 6:12 62 But Jesus said to him, “No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.” Luke 9:62

Instead of going by the traditions of our former portion of life, we work hard night and day, 6 Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from every brother who leads an unruly life and not according to the tradition which you received from us. 7 For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example, because we did not act in an undisciplined manner among you, 8 nor did we eat anyone’s bread without paying for it, but with labor and hardship we kept working night and day so that we would not be a burden to any of you; 2 Thessalonians 3:6~8

and we do not regard those who revile us as enemies. 13 But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary of doing good. 14 If anyone does not obey our instruction in this letter, take special note of that person and do not associate with him, so that he will be put to shame. 15 Yet do not regard him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother. 2 Thessalonians 3:13~15

All the members of Grace Road Church have determined to live not for ourselves, but only for our Lord. 15 and He died for all, so that they who live might no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on

74 their behalf. 2 Corinthians 5:15 7 For not one of us lives for himself, and not one dies for himself; 8 for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. Romans 14:7~8

Although Grace Road Church is being persecuted by fellow Koreans and Christians, this is a discipline from God. Th is is God’s deep love to keep us from the hour of testing when the Seven-Year Great Tribulation comes. 14 For you, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea, for you also endured the same sufferings at the hands of your own countrymen, even as they did from the Jews, 1 Thessalonians 2:14 32 But when we are judged, we are disciplined by the Lord s o t h a t w e w i l l n o t b e c o n d e m n e d a l o n g w i t h t h e w o r l d . 1 Corinthians 11:32 17 For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God? 1 Peter 4:17 29 How much severer punishment do you think he will deserve who has trampled under foot the Son of God, and has regarded as unclean the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace? Hebrews 10:29 17 I said to myself, “God will judge both the righteous man and the wicked man,” for a time for every matter and for every deed is there. Ecclesiastes 3:17 10 Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Revelation 3:10

Defend the Members of Grace Road Church 75 2 and that we will be rescued from perverse and evil men; for not all have faith. 2 Thessalonians 3:2 19 For the report of your obedience has reached to all; therefore I am rejoicing over you, but I want you to be wise in what is good and innocent in what is evil. Romans 16:19

Thus, this detainment is God’s plan to spread the faith of everyone in Grace Road Church to the whole world. 8 First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, because your faith is being proclaimed throughout the whole world. Romans 1:8 1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 23 But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, being shut up to the faith which was later to be revealed. Galatians 3:23

Th e sons of God are all under obligation to spread only the eternal gospel of God, preparing provisions for the Seven-Year Great Tribulation, and laying the eternal foundation for ‘the world to come.’ Th is sinless world will come when ‘this world’— where the wicked men (Satan, devil, demons) ruled, enjoyed, and subdued—passes away. 14 I am under obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish. Romans 1:14 12 So then, brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh— Romans 8:12 9 For you recall, brethren, our labor and hardship, how working night and day so as not to be a burden to any of you, we proclaimed to you the gospel of God. 1 Thessalonians 2:9 11 and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life and attend

76 to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you, 12 so that you will behave properly toward outsiders and not be in any need. 1 Thessalonians 4:11~12 47 During the seven years of plenty the land brought forth abundantly. 48 So he gathered all the food of these seven years which occurred in the land of Egypt and placed the food in the cities; he placed in every city the food from its own surrounding fields. 49 Thus Joseph stored up grain in great abundance like the sand of the sea, until he stopped measuring it, for it was beyond measure. This is called the “threshing floor.” She has never once “threshed” secretly in hiding; and this is an open fact known to everyone in Grace Road Church. Furthermore, when discipline is required, all that is involved is two to four slaps at most, if at all. Is there anyone who sues a parent for reproving his or her child? The only pastor we have seen who has truly cried and grieved with the love of God for the souls and pointed out the wrongdoings that needed to be corrected was Reverend Esther of Grace Road Church. If anyone does not like this type of discipline, all they need to do is leave the church themselves.

econdly, Reverend Esther has not once visited any of the Schurch members’ houses or businesses. Everyone at Grace Road Church has come to the church of his or her own volition

Th e word being proclaimed through Reverend Esther is true and because of this voice of God people came to Grace Road Church, not only from Korea, but also from the U.S.A., China, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, U.K., Switzerland, Vietnam and Thailand. We are not only Korean nationals, but we also have American, Canadian, Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese nationality. Furthermore, our branch churches were formed through the voluntary efforts of our church members, both in Korea (Jeonju, Gwangju, Busan, Daejeon, Daegu, Cheonan, Ulsan, Jeju Island), and overseas (U.S., Australia, China, Japan, Vietnam etc.). Th ose who call themselves victims also voluntarily came to church.

Th e members who were allured by the word of God voluntarily gave off erings, all of which was used for the work of God. Reverend Esther personally does not own any house or car. She has treated everyone equally, whether they are rich or poor. She has even saved up her budget and bought flight tickets for many who could not aff ord the fare, in case they were discouraged over their lack of money. Yet, can they, who call the off erings a “fraud,”— off erings in which they themselves gave of their own volition— be called Christians? An off ering is made to God according to one’s faith.

ourthly, what is most absurd is the fact that everyone Fwho claimed to be a victim had come to Grace Road Church on their own accord, received the word with joy, voluntarily gave off erings, and volunteered to go to Fiji to do the work of God. How should we understand these people who have

What about their former lives when they were receiving the word for three to nine years? Who did they actually live for in that time? Even if they had a change of heart, would it be rational to claim to be victims and blame the church and the pastor for the decisions they made themselves? We are saddened by the fact that the people who were once those whom we thought were our family are now shamelessly and senselessly coming out to the media, blaming someone else for their own decisions and claiming to be victims.

e ask everyone who reads this article to objectively and Wrationally discern the key points of this detainment without any bias or prejudice. Reverend Esther of Grace Road Church has revealed the mysteries of the kingdom of God that have not been revealed since Christianity entered Korea 130 years ago; actually, this has not been revealed since the First Coming until now. She has done the work of the kingdom of God that no leader, no church, and no nation could have known or done before. All of our church broadcasts are open to the public through our YouTube channel, numbering about 1,700 broadcasts in total. However, the police who did not know the truth but rather investigated us with their own agenda for eleven months, visited Fiji four times, and raided the headquarters in Navua, Fiji, where members of Grace Road Church reside. They were accompanied by the Fiji police, yet they found nothing. Everyone jointly shares all property, and no one owns any land as his or her own personal property (of course, our Reverend has no property). Both the Korean and Fijian national police force found no wrong, so they are now trying to fi nd anything to pick on to extend the detainment period.

82 Is such a procedure legal and lawful, even by the laws of the world? Are Reverend Esther and we, the members of Grace Road Church who see, hear, believe and act by the Bible, even a cult? We ask everyone with a rational mind to judge with fairness. If it is unclear to you, lodge a formal request to the church leaders and the pastors of the general assembly for a public debate. We are confident at all times that we can answer all questions in a public forum with the written word of God.

However, while our beloved Reverend and fellow members are currently detained and enduring hardships, all of us at Grace Road Church truly understand and confess that we were all in the presence of God as spiritual beings before time began, and that the Word became flesh on the Universal Seventh Day, the Day of the LORD, the Day of the Son of Man, and the Day of Judgment. We acknowledge and confess that we have come to this earth as the sons of God.

As the sons of God, we will run full-speed ahead in fulfilling the word of God on earth with obedience and subjection to the word of God only. We promise to call the people of God, who were chosen before time began, from all over the world; to remove all evil and prepare the way for our Lord Jesus Christ to come; to build heaven on earth where only God is God [Rev 11:15]; and to become eternal servants, and kingdom and priests, so that only Father God is praised, worshipped, and glorified forevermore.

I cannot list every reason why Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church is remarkably exceptional, but the essential particulars are as below. It is uncommon to find a church that understands points 1, 2, and 3 below. The only exceptional minister who satisfi es points 1-9 that I know of is Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church alone, and no other church in the world can compare to Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church as of yet.

1. Grace Road Church is against the World Council of Churches (WCC) which sides with idolaters.

The churches that support, participate, and affiliate with WCC—which joined with idol worshipping religious organisations—are the churches of false prophets. The famous Pastor Yong■■ Cho, Pastor Jang■■ Kim, Pastor Sam■■ Kim, and many other pastors have disregarded the Bible and took the lead in hosting WCC in Korea, and many religious entities have committed the preposterous act of joining WCC.

A grave sin was inherited to humanity from Adam and Eve, the ancestors of humans, due to consuming the fruit of good and evil. The mark of the beast is akin to the second fruit of good and evil. Therefore, it is very important to know exactly what it is. At present, Christianity is divided into two sides: one side believing that the mark of the beast is a symbol, and another side believing that it is not a symbol. The church that believes that the mark of the beast is not a mere symbol is the true church. Those who assert that the mark of the beast is merely a symbol by disregarding the scriptural evidences of the mark of the beast, especially the word "buy or sell" which is clearly written in the Scripture, shall have to understand just how many people they have been sending to hell (themselves included), and repent for it.

3. Grace Road Church accurately and biblically understands that the Rapture will be at the end of the Seven- Year Tribulation, and takes measures according to it.

Study on Reverend Esther of Grace Road Church 89 The matter of whether a church knows the time of the Rapture correctly can be used as a reasonable measure of whether the church knows the entire Scripture correctly by deduction. Many churches believe in Rapture before Tribulation or Rapture in the middle of Tribulation, which are both wrong beliefs. Some absurd churches even believe in the notion of Amillennialism. However, the Rapture will be at the end of the Seven-Year Tribulation. I shall update the article about the scriptural evidences of the Rapture being at the end of the Tribulation at another time. Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church has accurately understood the time of the Rapture with explanation. Those who believe wrongly shall have to understand correctly and repent.

4. Grace Road Church is the fi rst in the world to accurately solve the mysteries of the Bible from the Scripture itself.

Grace Road Church may be the only church in the world that sings the new song and declares the new prophecy written in the Scripture. The parables in the Scripture are there to be solved. Otherwise, why would God give us words that should not be solved, and what do our souls profi t if we do not solve them? Do you understand? Christianity at present regards all who even attempt to solve the parables as heresy. Of course, one must take caution as there are indeed churches like Shincheonji, which solves the parables in unreasonable ways. At any rate, the attitude of unconditionally regarding any church that solves the parables as heresy, even though the word of parables were given to be solved and understood in the fi rst place, is in itself wrong.

5. Grace Road Church understands and walks in the fact that the Old Testament has gospel and the Holy Spirit.

The notion that the Old Testament is the law and the New Testament is the gospel is a fallacy and it is wrong. The reader who could not understand the gospel from the Old Testament will not be able to understand this article.

6. Grace Road Church explains the Scripture in accordance with the Scripture in the majority of its service hours.

So many churches waste time by reading a few lines of the Scripture and fi lling the rest of the time with worldly stories, and private, humanistic, and traditional interpretations of the elders. As a result, a high number of people retain no knowledge of the Scripture even after attending church for ten, twenty, thirty years and more. Does the reader not agree? This is the reason why so many “normal” churches cannot fight off the wrong churches like Shincheonji when they challenge them to a public debate. Is this acceptable? The people who identify themselves as “normal” church pastors should be rightfully ashamed of themselves. She accurately explains according to the Bible that now is the very central Seventh Day that is spoken of in the Scripture, the reason behind it, and the things to come.

If the church organisations are blameless, they have no reason to avoid Grace Road Church’s proposal for a public debate for such a long time. They are unable to even state the reason for avoiding it.

Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church has explained, “God has revealed His will in each age through His prophets, but the Bible’s ultimate perfect message is the message addressed to the sons of God, to the bride of God, and that they are the main characters.” There are many other impressive points apart from these.

1. Grace Road Church Reverend Esther Shin’s comprehension of the Bible in its breadth and length and height and depth are unimaginably superb and great.

However, it is highly regrettable that this Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church has been arrested and detained by the police in Incheon International Airport while entering Korea on 24 July 2018 which has become widespread knowledge through the news. In my humble view, the people of the world denounced Reverend Esther Shin because they did not recognise the word of God proclaimed by her; and they mistook Reverend Esther Shin of having committed violence, because they did not understand the threshing fl oor that is written in the Scripture. I shall prove why the word of God proclaimed by Reverend Esther Shin is the Truth hereafter. In this article, I shall focus on the threshing fl oor that is practised in Grace Road Church.

1. Each man must examine if his own judgment was based on the Scripture.

Anyone who denounced Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church should humbly consider the possibility that what he or she is doing is the same as those who condemned Jesus in the First Coming, and should abandon all prejudice, and examine her by centering on the words of the Scripture. He who rashly condemns Reverend Esther Shin without knowing the Scripture will bring woe to himself. A believer must recall who denounced Jesus as heresy in the First Coming of Jesus, and the reason why they condemned him. Those who took the lead in condemning Jesus were the orthodox authorities at the time in the eyes of worldly people, yet they were false and evil men with shallow knowledge of the Scripture who were blinded by their pursuit of, in today’s term, worldly profit. This is common knowledge that is known all around the world through the Bible which needs no further explanation with the biblical basis.

2. One must take caution as the true church appears in the latter days and few discern this truth.

It is unbiblical and highly dangerous to assume that Reverend Esther Shin is a cult just because many pastors and many people regard her as such. In the First Coming of Jesus, the “orthodox” Pharisees and the scribes who were actually false prophets actively condemned Jesus as a heretic. Countless people of Israel took part in the act as well. Is that incident over with back then?

96 No. Historical truth applies repeatedly, and it is prophesied in the Scripture as well. In Luke 18:8, Jesus said, “When the Son of Man comes, will He fi nd faith on the earth?” It means that many people of the world as well as those who claim to believe will fail to recognise the true church and the true shepherd in the time of the Second Coming of Jesus. The events of the First Coming of Jesus is not over with the First Coming. If they are over with back then, the profit to our souls is so miniscule, and the Scripture is not so shallow as to mean so little. The blind does not know that the normal man has opened his eyes, yet the one with his eyes open can simply see that the other man is blind. It means that the majority of Grace Road Church easily know that those who slander Reverend Esther Shin are blind. Since they are blind, they do not recognise that Grace Road Church is a true church. Thus, those who slander Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church must realise that their rash slandering with their humanistic or moral standards while not knowing the Bible very well is an act against God, and a dangerous act of bringing destruction upon themselves, and they must repent.

3. Grace Road Church is a true church that has appeared in the latter days.

Reverend Esther Shin’s Grace Road Church began in the year 2008, and it is the church that has appeared in the biblical end times. The Bible is explained in the end times. “In the last days you will clearly understand it” (Jeremiah 23:20). Then who would be the ones to have received the word that is being explained in the end times? It is biblical to discern that the true church and the true shepherd is among the churches that the self-proclaimed “orthodox” church organisations denounce as heresy. Therefore, recklessly denouncing as cult could be a highly dangerous act of going against God, as it is biblical to see that only a few can discern

Thus, one must take care not to commit the sin of recklessly regarding Grace Road Church as cult without knowing the Bible. The true church is made to come out on the Seventh Day, the day of the end of evil, the Day of the LORD, the Day of the Son of Man, the last days. One must also consider the fact that Grace Road Church has begun in this time.

4. Discern the times

“But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day” (2 Peter 3:8). Now is the age when 6,000 years are passing since Adam. Now is the Seventh Day that is the Bible’s important end times. Each word in the Bible has an amazingly important meaning. In the Scripture, 2 Peter 3:8 is the only verse to have particularly emphasised by saying, “Do not let this one fact escape your notice,” and urgently addressed “beloved”. Hence, the reader must keep that in mind and understand that now is the end times if he believes just how important this word of God is.

5. Reverend Esther Shin is a remarkably excellent minister

It is written in James 2:9, “if you show partiality, you are committing sin.” The people who place the external appearances highly above others and view Reverend Esther Shin in negative light - for the reason being that Reverend Esther Shin is neither a male pastor or a pastor of a megachurch, and for the reason being that she is doing what the traditionally established churches are not doing - are unbelievers and people who go against the teachings of the Scripture, for that would mean self-acknowledgement of having the same wrong spiritual perspective that those who persecuted Jesus in the First Coming had. I plan to prove logically through another article that Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road

98 Church is the true shepherd and the world’s best minister who has appeared in the latter days prophesied in the Scripture, who understands and delivers the word of God that is opened in the end times. The reader will concede if he is a believer. It would be wise of the reader to listen to Reverend Esther Shin’s videos carefully without prejudice by basing their judgments on the Scripture if he or she is a believer. Those who have no knowledge of the Bible and yet disregard the Bible as if they have knowledge and recklessly denounce Reverend Esther Shin with their humanistic and narrow- minded thoughts will bring woe upon themselves.

3. To those who intend to penalise Reverend Esther Shin’s threshing fl oor

One can be sure that no one wants to repeat Pilate the governor’s wickedness of sentencing Jesus to death about 2,000 years ago. As we are all aware, all law is effective within the boundaries that do not violate the constitution. Likewise, all constitution and laws of a nation are effective within the boundaries that do not violate the heavenly laws (the Scripture) (let those who are to understand, understand).

I concur that the world’s law has to be respected. The Scripture also writes, “Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities For there is no authority except from God” (Romans 13:1). Hence, one is made to respect the world’s laws as long as they do not violate the Scripture’s word if he is a true Christian. Just keeping the world’s laws does not guarantee afterlife or spiritual realm if he does not keep the word of God, for all of humanity is judged by the Bible in the last judgment (Revelation 20:12,13). It is written in Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God created the heavens and

Perspective on the Threshing Floor at Grace Road Church 99 the earth.” It continues on to say that God created the light, the heavens, the stars, the animals, the plants, men and all their hosts with His word (the entire Genesis chapter 1). Is this a believable record in the worldly perspective? One must deliberate on the reason as to why the world does not recklessly denounce the Christians who believe and preach this record that the world cannot believe simply as liars or fraud, and one must also deliberate on the reason as to why so many countries, including Korea, ensures freedom of religion in their constitution.

1) Examination into Reverend Esther Shin’s charges of violence concerning the threshing fl oor

As so many of us are well aware, athletes in various kinds of matches involving violence, such as boxing, taekwondo, MMA, etc. inflict severe violence upon each other. Deaths and injuries arise from time to time from these violent matches. As long as the he has not committed malicious dirty play that violates the rules of the sport, the athlete is not given criminal punishment for any death or injury that may arise. There is an organisation that encourages violent matches; them being the advertisers, and a large audience who watch the violent match. Both athletes certainly assaulted each other, and many people encouraged the violence of both parties. However, almost all countries of the world tolerate this, instead of ruling it as violence. Why? Is it not because the parties involved in the violence agree beforehand, and because the world’s system tolerates this, so that illegality does not stand even if the severely violent act did occur?

2) Is it right to penalise Reverend Esther Shin’s threshing fl oor on the charge of violence?

I have laid out a portion of my observation and research on threshing fl oor as below:

100 a. Reverend Esther Shin and the members at the minimum had mutually implicit consent and agreement on the biblical system called threshing fl oor beforehand. The proofs of that are the videos concerning threshing floor carried out in Grace Road Church. It can be seen from the videos that the threshing fl oor is carried out at the minimum under mutual agreement and consent.

b. Threshing fl oor is written at least 44 times in the Scripture. A lot more comes up on the result upon searching the word ‘thresh’. A certain pastor during a TV interview shamelessly said that it was his first time hearing about threshing floor. Is he not embarrassed to say that it is the fi rst time coming across the word, when it is written at least 44 times in the Scripture? Of course, it would be rare to fi nd a pastor who knows the Scripture fully. Even so, should he not have at least checked the Bible before accepting the interview request if he didn’t know, or keep silent if he could not understand the Truth of threshing fl oor? It is diffi cult to accept that a pastor who shamelessly says in an interview that it was his fi rst time coming across threshing fl oor when it is written at least 44 times in the Scripture as a normal pastor.

c. I have seen a pastor saying on TV, with regards to the case of Reverend Esther Shin, that the ‘threshing floor’ is a record about grain, and that it has nothing to do with people. Is the Bible a book about worldly farming? The Bible is the book of life for the human spirit and fl esh. People with common sense would feel that the people who see the threshing fl oor in the Scripture as mere record about grains are unbelievers and plainly ridiculous (absurd). A believer would normally regard the Bible as the only book in the world that is very profi table to the human soul. It is natural to see the threshing floor in the Bible as a work to separate the people who are grain and the people who are chaff , and a work to cleanse the human soul, which is in line with the nature of the Bible, and it

d. In episode 161 (2018.08.29.) JTBC TV’s program “Spotlight”, the host of the program Lee Gyu-yeon criticized Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church by saying that it is wrong to view the Bible as metaphors. His criticism is an incorrect notion based on lies. The Bible has metaphors throughout. Jesus himself spoke about the mysteries of the Scripture. I include only one excerpt from the Scripture as proof here.

10 And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?” 11 Jesus answered them, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted. - Matthew 13:10~11 *Note: The likes of Lee Gyu-yeon may make the error of thinking that the Bible is not written in metaphors since metaphors and parables are diff erent. However, upon reading Matthew 13:10, 11 in detail, he spoke in parables with the intent of not granting them to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. Hence, he spoke in parables with the intent of hiding from them. Also, in Isaiah 6:10, it is written, “Render the hearts of this people insensitive, Their ears dull, And their eyes dim...” One can see that God has spoken in parables with intent to hide from those who do not fear God and not merely for the sake of parables. Hence, one must conclude that it is written in metaphors, all the more so, since God has kept the mysteries of the Bible a mystery that would not be opened until the last days (Jeremiah 20:23).

e. It is a deceptive act for someone who has no knowledge of the Bible to dare to lay out his opinions about the Scripture as if he is knowledgeable. The word “threshing fl oor” is written at least 44 times in the Scripture. I include a portion of the words concerning threshing fl oor in the Scripture as below. The mental state of those

102 who simple-mindedly perceive the threshing floor written in the Bible as mere reference to grains is questionable.

17 “His winnowing fork is in His hand to thoroughly clear His threshing floor, and to gather the wheat into His barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fi re.” - Luke 3:17 12 “But they do not know the thoughts of the LORD, And they do not understand His purpose; For He has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing fl oor. - Micah 4:12 3 Therefore they will be like the morning cloud And like dew which soon disappears, Like chaff which is blown away from the threshing fl oor And like smoke from a chimney. - Hosea 13:3 10 O my threshed people, and my affl icted of the threshing fl oor! What I have heard from the LORD of hosts, The God of Israel, I make known to you. - Isaiah 21:10 33 For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: “The daughter of Babylon is like a threshing fl oor At the time it is stamped fi rm; Yet in a little while the time of harvest will come for her.” - Jeremiah 51:33

f. When one threshes as per the urging of Reverend Esther Shin, he or she has no intent to cause harm to the one receiving the threshing. There was no intent of malicious violence upon the one receiving the threshing; the act was purely out of good will to bring him to repentance biblically and to purify his soul.

4. Criticism on SBC TV’s “Unanswered Questions (2018.08.25. Saturday)”

1) A religion cannot be judged by the standards of worldly morals, as is widely known by even the common sense of the world. In regards to Christianity, which is built on the Bible that continues to be the world’s number one best seller in the history of

However, it is a grave issue if this attempt was carried out on TV, the doorway to mass media. The evil that one wrong TV broadcast can impart upon countless citizens is immeasurable.

2) I have viewed the broadcast concerning Reverend Esther Shin of Grace Road Church produced by SBS TV’s “Unanswered Questions (2018. 08. 25. Saturday)”.

It disregards the fact that the threshing fl oor was a matter that should have been biblically explored to a great depth and was instead produced mostly from a humanistic perspective.

3) SBS TV’s “Unanswered Questions (2018. 08. 25. Saturday)” has allotted an interview with a pastor who had critical views against Reverend Esther Shin, yet the interviewee turned out to be a spiritually foolish man who said that it was his fi rst time seeing the word “threshing fl oor” when it appears in the Bible at least 44 times, who also concluded with saying that it only meant grains. Hence, it is considered a fatal mistake on the part of the production by failing to be objective.

4) At the end of SBS TV’s “Unanswered Questions (2018. 08. 25. Saturday)”, the host concluded to the eff ect that Reverend Esther Shin goes against “humanity’s universal values”. Regrettably, his stance came from his attitude of belittling the Bible, which pertains to wickedness according to the Bible. Those who belittle the Bible will not be able to avoid the consequences unless they repent.

5) Jesus has said the following with regards to Peter’s humanistic mindset.

Inquiring into whether the threshing floor carried out in Grace Road Church is truly based on the Scripture is the crucially important key to knowing the truth of the matter. The threshing floor carried out in Grace Road Church is a biblical act of purification done by faith in the word of God (the Bible). Denouncing the threshing floor, which is the biblical act of cleansing the soul, with humanistic standards by basing judgment on the testimonies of those who fell away from the biblical threshing floor and the statements from pastors who have no knowledge of the Scripture is highly unfair, whether by heavenly law (the Bible), by the constitution, or by the existential purpose of the criminal law. The purpose of Grace Road Church’s threshing floor, whether it was done with the intent of violence, as a malicious method of gaining control, or whether it was the biblical threshing fl oor done under mutual consent as an act of purifi cation, can be confi rmed by the following methods:

1) Detailed examination of the Scripture (Public TV debate)

The biblical basis of existence of the threshing floor and its procedure should be confi rmed objectively in detail through public TV debate between Reverend Esther Shin and the pastors who denounce her. This may prove to be cumbersome, but it is the best method to reveal who is real, as well as the truth of threshing fl oor.

2) Confi rmation through lie detector (fair on both parties)

3) Confi rmation through testimonies of the majority of Grace Road Church members

1. Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, paragraph 1: All citizens have freedom of religion. Reverend Esther Shin has carried out the threshing floor which is written in the Scripture. Hence, she cannot be found guilty of assault by criminal law eff ective within the constitution.

2. Reverend Esther Shin’s threshing fl oor is not liable for assault charges (establishment of assault charge is invalid).

3. Reverend Esther Shin deserves a large award for being the fi rst in the world to understand and carry out the teaching of the Scripture called “threshing fl oor,” and one would be wise to heed her words with regards to the Scripture.

7. Proposal of particular attention

1. I hereby propose to SBS TV’s “Unanswered Questions” producer and to all media agencies to hold a public TV debate between Reverend Esther Shin and other pastors, primarily selecting the pastors who publicly denounced Reverend Esther Shin negatively, so that the citizens would be able to know the concrete objective truth of Grace Road Church.

2. I hereby propose to the media agencies to uphold justice by bringing pastors who publicly denounced Reverend Esther Shin first to public TV debate. If the case may arise that they refuse, the media agency shall report the reason for their refusal in-depth, and present to the citizens the concrete truth by investigating the validity of their reason.

However, I will never forget that day when you held me in your arms and told a certain church member to translate the Word to me in Vietnamese. I am always thankful for you, Reverend. Thank you for loving my spirit. Thank you for allowing me to come to the Pleasant Land even though I am poor and do not know a single verse from the Word of God. And thank you for creating the circumstance which could allow me, who has only sinned while living, to pay for my retribution. Thank you for feeding me clean water daily. Thank you for coming as the vessel who delivers the voice of God. Thank you permitting the circumstance that allows me to not sin and cleanse my spirit. You were familiar to me from the very beginning, perhaps because God had sent us to this earth as a family from before time began. I was led by the true word first through YouTube, but I couldn't imagine that the scale of this would be so big. I am deeply sorry that I didn't know God and that I wasn’t helping this great work, either in Korea or in the Pleasant Land. "Talitha kum! Talitha kum!" God was calling to me through the Word, yet I didn't know, because I was in too deep of a slumber. I was so rebellious before the love of God who came all the way to Jeonju for me, even though I was so lowly and sinful.

I didn't know how great a sin it was to be rebellious against him whom God has sent. If I had remained as I was, my soul would have gone to hell. Yet, you gently cared for me, so I was able to come to the Pleasant Land [Fiji]. I cannot fully express my thanks for that with words. For 40 years, I was living with a mask, and God has let me know what sin is, what righteousness is and what judgment is. Now that God has allowed me to take off my mask, I feel so light now. I didn't know God the Creator, so I belonged to myself, and I made all the decisions in my life. So I had a lot of worries...but when I realised that everything was within the administration of God, I am now at ease and am free. I'm just glad that God is letting us know through you that the Bible is the word of the living God, and that it is real to us, and that God is now fulfilling the word exactly and that I am present in this place.

I can feel how concerned you are for us whenever we receive the prophesy again of the word of God that you send us in your confinement. Whenever we listen to the Word that was recorded in Vietnam, I feel like you are speaking from the pulpit, so my eyes keep resting on the pulpit. I feel like you would come out in a moment and stand in front of us, so my eyes keep moving to the pulpit. While you are away, I will pay attention to even the slightest word from our family members nearby and I will follow our president and watch over the affairs of our household more carefully.

It is so clear now why we must not lose focus and doze off when we receive the word of God, so I cannot take my eyes off the screen even when I take a sip of water. I now understand more deeply that we must come to our senses and not waste any more time, because we must receive the word of the Father and fulfill it exactly on earth. I know that my faith has to grow and be even firmer in order to fulfill the purpose behind our Father writing the Bible and in order to fulfill the mission of glorifying our Father, I shall not lose in the fight against my inner self.

All nations of the world will hate us, yet we have love, so we will prevail. We can prevail, because we are a lump of dough and because we are a family forever. They went as far as confining you, and they may interfere with our group's work all they can, yet the battle is God's, so we shall prevail. And actually, we have grown even more.

We who are outside of the fence have so many things we want to say to the church family members inside the fence despite any persecution and hatred. Reverend Esther! Even though we want to visit you as often as possible, we blame our environment for not working and it’s really sad. Reverend, the fact that you’ve been there for a long time is because our rebellion still hasn’t been fixed yet. Although the world is being fulfilled according to the Word, on one hand, I pity the swindlers who left Grace Road Church more than anyone. However, on the other hand, I’m very resentful of them. They were the ones who voluntarily donated their offering but now they are claiming that they were forced to give offering. I thought they knew better than anyone else about the threshing floor and now they are claiming that it is an assault. To my dear Reverend, I very dearly miss you! This is Eun-jung, writing from the Pleasant Land. I more deeply feel how important you are through this incident [wrongful incarceration]; I feel God's love towards us and your love for us every time we receive the word of God through your letters. The words in those letters that fill up the entire pages overflow with the motherly love of wanting to feed us the word of God in whatever way possible. I see you through the word of God every day, but I realised even more just how precious the time of receiving the word of God while seeing you face to face in the pleasant land was. I remember when I was only listening to the word of God through YouTube, and when you saw us and you cried when we first met in person. You truly have a heart that loves the soul.... When you held seminars in Jeonju entitled " On a Cloudy and Gloomy Day, I Will Search and Seek out My Sheep," I had not known at the time that God had come to search for the lost sheep Himself with the word of God through you, and that we were the lost sheep.... It's so vivid how you were beyond happy in fi nding the lost sheep and how you cried. I realised that you valued a soul more than the whole world. This word was the word of hope to me when my life was deprived of hope, and I was just devoid of God and vaguely and foolishly wishing for blessings, even though God was truly living. God had been sending me messages to return to Him through incidents even when I hadn't known the word of God, and yet I couldn't examine myself and I resented instead. But through you, I fi nally looked into the Word and realised my sins through the Word that is delivered as the voice of the Spirit of Truth by interpreting the Bible with the Bible. I did not know that I was spiritually blind and deaf, and I truly did not know that the words in the Bible were

I deceived myself, and I tried to deceive God. The following Scripture came true to me: "When the Spirit of Truth comes, He will disclose to you concerning sin and righteousness and judgment." The questions that I had about why my life turned out like this and why these things happened were answered. My not believing in God is a sin, and God has given me a sick child as a fruit of that sin.... I didn't want to acknowledge the fact, but it was undeniable. As I listened to the word of God, I've come to discover my sins, and I now believe that the word of God is the Truth. My dear Reverend~ I now sincerely thank you. If I had not known this word of God, I would have gone to church all my life, and yet I would have gone to hell, and I would have been resenting my parents while in pain, and resenting God, and living a lonely life. I miss you dearly Revered Esther. After just picking up the pen and not knowing what to write for days, I am fi nally writing to you. Thinking about how cold it must be for you in the cold weather there worries me. I do not know what to say, for you are going through this hardship because of our faults and wrong doings. I have much retribution to receive because I have been going against God all my life; but as time goes by I am grateful and excited that I am able to listen to the precious Word of God and be at the position I am at now by His grace. Our dad once said when we were young, “The time for the coming of Jesus is almost here. Live your life without sin and be righteous.” I took this lightly at fi rst, thinking of when the day will come. But now, knowing that I am preparing for that day is like a dream. I cannot hide my excitement of the fact that I am living by the Word of God and fulfi lling the Word as a people recorded in the Bible. As I am listening to the Word of God, I realized that I have never known a single verse of the Bible. I never knew what age we are living in, nor what the universal seventh day was about. It was said that the Bible is a mystery but I didn’t know how it was solved, nor did I ever expect it to be a mystery of this depth. We know that this incident [of your false incarceration] is a plan of God and we are doing well while listening to the word of the upper fl oor level. Revered Esther, our heart aches knowing that you are going through hardship. As mature children of a mother who takes care of themselves when the mother is sick, we are also doing well and we are taking this opportunity to do better. Paul was left with nothing when he was in prison but right now we are becoming more righteous. I am very ashamed of myself that I couldn’t wake up from my own imagination when I was in Korea and here in the Pleasant Land. When I fi rst came to our church, I was surprised at the Word of God but I was also dumbfounded when you spoke of the Word of God,

Especially, when there is someone who couldn’t understand the Word of God, you would completely change the topic of the message for that particular person, invest your time, and pound your chest and cry for him or her. But I have sinned and did not realize the Truth even though I was knowing all of this. I am very sorry. Seeing you quietly walking the path of loneliness and hardship alone, anyone would give their trust to you naturally but those who turned away from the Word of God are certainly the evil doers. The breath that had been blown into Adam is now being blown into the believers through you, Reverend Esther. Furthermore, that breath is being blown into the martyrs who will also rise again during the Seven Year Great Tribulation. I cannot hide my excitement about meeting this rare incident, when we will be suddenly transfi gured and become the sons of God in the sinless world to come. I was greatly shocked by the fact that the disciples we used to look up to were actually martyred because they did not believe. And Jesus, whom we thought was God the Son was sent to us with God's deepest love but he came as a complete man, was accompanied with the evil spirit and wasn't named a Saint. All this put me into great bewilderment. I know that there are more great mysteries that will be opened and there are answers that I would never have expected, but I am ready to receive the Word. This makes me understand how the world would not have enough room to contain all the doings of Jesus. I am now feeling it with my entire body when you talked about how you had never understood and known the Word of God before. For the believers in the church, we thought that the people in the Bible were our heroes, but we were actually the main characters written of in the Bible. The prophets, disciples and even Jesus were people who were prepared for the time of coming of the Spirit of Truth and are people who were already sent ahead of time for the Sons of God. when Jesus Christ comes but realized that the time of judgment is now. I’m also realizing that when the Spirit of Truth (which is you, Reverend Esther) comes, all the mysteries of the Bible will be opened and will be fulfilled; now I know that when the Spirit of Truth comes, everything, even Jesus Christ, will be nullifi ed. I am very grateful and surprised that everything was for the people yet to be created, who are the Sons of God. Through this incident, God has shown us that He interferes with the smallest things and opened the mystery of the 400 people of the Cave of Adullam. I am grateful and thankful to be part of the 400. I will certainly become an eternal minister by becoming distinct and walking this road. I will do all of my best with great joy and gratitude in being able to become a foundation in changing this world into the world where only God is God. I am very grateful, thankful, and sorry. I have no words to express the joy, and gratitude for being able to listen to the Word of God through you so that I can be reformed and, through God’s Grace, be chosen to nullify my former portion of life when I was a sinner and murderer who believed and preached that everyone can go to heaven by believing in Jesus Christ. I was actually taking myself and the others to hell. I thought that I knew and believed in God. But through many incidents, my actions showed that I was not a believer and that I did not know God at all. I did not understand when I was told that I never believed a single verse of the Bible when I thought I did but now I know. I realized that I wasn’t believing a single verse. However, starting from today onward, I will start again and endure to the end to become a pillar of God’s Promised Land. You told all of us, myself included, to not waste a minute or a second of our lives, but I have been letting time pass. I confess that I am selfish, ignorant, poisonous and evil. I will persevere and believe that God will make it happen. I will prove to those who slander us (especially OOO-Young Jung) that the Word of God is never wrong. I promise that I will never leave from the Word of God. I think I now know a little of the kind of grace I am given and the position I am put in. To make me without spot or blemish, I am very thankful that God never lets even the smallest incident pass and that He interferes with every moment of every second. Greetings. It’s Sungdo Sang-hyun. I apologize for I should have written this letter beforehand but I am writing to you now, after passing a few days without knowing what to write. It has now been three years since I’ve started my life in the Pleasant Land. While spending time as a community aiming to become a holy batch of dough, I was able to look back at myself and come to realize what kind of person I am. During my former portion of my life, I thought I was very capable but after thoroughly investigating myself, I realized that I have a long way to go. From stubbornly staying with my own standards and through the training of getting along with others while plowing my heart, I now understand that rather than my own perspective, our thoughts are more important. I wish to become a large vessel that can understand and accept others. As soon as I arrived in the Pleasant Land, I was part of the civil engineering team until October of last year. After finishing the foundation of civil engineering of the apartments, I am currently the site manager of the follow-up process construction team (roofing, interior, and plastering). I have learned and realized a lot from working on the interior construction which requires more delicacy and precision, while on the other hand, civil engineering required rougher handling. Because I am more of a civil engineering type of guy, it looked very easy for me and I thought it was a good fi t for me. But as I have been working on job finishing, which requires precision, I realized that my life still needs to become more careful and more accurate. I am very grateful for being able to construct something from the foundation all the way to the fi nishing jobs and being in the middle of all this progress, it has been helping me a lot to see my own civil engineering work. Honestly, with no talent and no interest, I decided to become a teacher to feed myself and to have an easy profession. However, as we complete our construction work, being able to learn and always think about how to build an infrastructure strongly, beautifully and with no default is surely a continuously interesting training.

I have been going to church from a very young age but I have never seen any pastors who speak the Word of God so directly like you do. Before I left Grace Road Church when I was in Korea, I can still remember your words very clearly, “Even animals feed their own children.” For nine months during my stay in Gwang-Ju, I wanted to deny the fact that my life motto was of the same level as a beast. Because it was a fact that couldn’t be denied, those words were deeply enclosed into my heart. Now that I have grown past the standard of living through physically eating and living, I am very grateful for my life in the Pleasant Land. I can now live by looking forward to living a spiritually everlasting life and knowing the Truth of the Bible. Despite any and all hardships and situations, I hold on to the Word of Truth. Even though you are in confi nement, your letters are very precious and very meaningful to me. It’s ironic and strange, but I understand the Word of God more than I used to before. Still I wish you would come out quickly so that we could be together in the Pleasant Land. As I look at Eun-Chong, who is cute and lovely, but seeing him throw a tantrum always makes me look back at myself again. Because it is God’s work to make me realize through Eun-Chong, until the day I become the true“Sang-hyun,” I promise I will stand firm and more perfectly in my place where I now stand. Looking at our high school children Kwang-Hyun, Hwan-Hee and Yoo-Kwan at our construction site, I see how different they are from those who are trapped in a cage called “school” and dreaming of a career from simple memorized knowledge. I have very high expectations for our children who, in any environment and given task, progress forward with responsibility, diligence and ownership. Unlike the children of the world who are drowning in the world of games and lewdness of the internet, and becoming spiritually sickened, our children—who are working together, learning knowledge, gaining skills and becoming Sons of God—give me high hopes of how great their futures will be and how bright of a light they will become. Sometimes I scold them of their wrong doings but there are more times when I learn from them and feel ashamed of myself. They are surely great and lovely children.

Our adults too, Yong-Rin, Jong-Chul, and Kwui-Sam Sungdo are also showing their worth at the construction sites and their support is unquestionable. Also our young adults, Bum-Young, Il-Tae, Sung- Jong and more, who lead the way are doing great and following along behind so well. Our president, Jin-Sun Sungdo and Suk-Hyun Sungdo, who are in the middle of all of these projects, have not once shown any confusion but were firmly leading us all with such confidence in the forefront. Who could possibly match their strength? And where in the world could you fi nd such a wonderful community like us with all the individual members? Being united in this community in the beautiful Pleasant Land is not only my life’s, but this whole world’s greatest blessing. Growing up, I thought that my parents are the only people I can trust but after knowing their sins, I learned that there is no one to trust in this world. However, meeting you our Reverend Esther, and listening to the Word of God, I realized that “This thought is wrong. Reverend Esther is someone I can trust and follow.” So that is why I am going to walk this path. I no longer fear your threshing but now know that it is a type of complete love that no one can fi nd in this world. I am thankful for your tears that are so beautiful to me. I wish that we can quickly make known to the whole world, of your tears that you cry for us and the world. Dear Reverend Esther, I thank you and I love you. I thank you and thank you again; I love you and love you again for spiritually guiding me through the Truth. Even today we will joyfully bring a living sacrifi ce here in the Pleasant Land. I will never leave again but forever stay in this Word of God.

Letters to Reverend Esther 123 Written by Sungdo Hae-soon To Our Dear Reverend, Reverend, it must be so hard in this cold winter. We have nothing to say. It’s beyond all words how it breaks my heart to see you suffer this hardship because of our sin. We deeply repent for not being one in faith. I wonder how much longer it will take us to become pure. Attorney Mr. Hwang is demanding money with Seung-ick’s incident again and persists to commit evil. Reverend, you did your best to save our loving family yet it turned out to be like this. But I believe in God who makes things for the better. Through this incident, I will be more convinced with the Word of the Truth and carry it out into action. We will become the witnesses of the Word of God to the extent of being hated by all nations and we will win with the Word of perseverance until the end. Cheer up! Reverend, we will wake up from our spiritual sleep and we will raise up the Kingdom of God as sons of God. We will pray diligently for you to come out soon. We miss you and love you, Reverend.

Dear Reverend Esther,

This is Eun-Jin. Time flies and six months have already passed. Every day I miss you more and more and together with my growing longing to see you again there is a growing curiosity and expectations about everything you said you weren’t able to include in your letter, and what you said you would tell us when you will come out.

Reverend! I'm writing to you again for something I'd love to tell you so much.

Three days ago (January 14) a customer came and ordered some meal for takeaway and was waiting. He said he'd been to our restaurant in Lami and Snowy House since our opening. So as I wanted to thank him for coming I went to greet him while he was waiting for his order. And he asked me if Reverend Esther had to come out of prison yet. What he later told me was something so amazing I really felt grateful and wanted to tell you quickly.

He said that he had listened to the Word proclaimed through you on YouTube and on TV. He was not just like other customers who would tell me they saw our Reverend on TV and that the Word was nice. He was one of those people who used to pray in the name of Jesus, but he told me that he realized the existence of God after listening to your words. So he said that he was so surprised and that it was so true that it was God who put to death and raised Jesus and it was also God who had sent Jesus to the earth. He said that he asked himself, "Why have I been praying only to Jesus, praying only to him in the name of Jesus, and why was I actually not looking for God?"

He also said he knew that what God wanted was not to commit a single sin. I was so grateful and amazed so I told him, "What God wants from man is to live according to God's word without sinning, and if you do so you can live forever without dying." And

he then said that he knew about that as he was receiving the Word. He also mentioned Enoch and Elijah. When he was just listening to the Word he didn’t think much of it but this was all written in the Bible so as he was reading the scripture again he acknowledged that this Word was really true.

When I said, "Everything our Reverend says is based on the Bible, and is not her personal words. You can find everything she speaks in the Bible." He agreed and told me, "I've been to church since I was a child, and I've read the same Bible but how come I didn’t see all this.” He also said that he was surprised that all the words delivered through you were based on the scripture, and everything is written in the Bible. So I explained that God did not want anyone to die, and in order to not die one had to live without sin. So he responded saying he also wished for this.

This is why his wish is to see you one day. He said that he had also imagined coming to Navua when he would meet you one day and that he also wishes to receive the Word with us. When I told him that Fiji is God’s Pleasant Land and a truly blessed country he said, "It's not exactly written as Fiji in the Bible, but if you look for the hidden meaning, it is Fiji." He understood clearly through the Word he had been listening to.

So while I was talking to him, I found myself unconsciously lowering my posture and listening to him with tears in my eyes.

I thought to myself, “This is truly a land that drinks the rain from heaven. Wow, I am in such a precious place when I didn't know anything about it. You are truly truly the ‘Another Helper’ in reality whom God has sent and we are able to hold your hand and receive your hugs. You are delivering the voice of God in reality to us so we are truly blessed. I am really grateful and also ashamed when I look at the local people who come to realize the Word so well.

At first, he heard the Word through our family church members and he also saw the testimonial videos of our church members in English. He said that he also knew Joshua (former church member) who went to the U.S. and even told him to come back to Fiji through his Internet Facebook messenger.

Reverend! Thank you so much, thank you again and again. Reverend, I really respect you. Through the word of God we realize and learn but it is also through all your actions and through the heart you pass on to us that we learn about what God's heart is like. Those who are of God, who thoroughly understood the Truth, learn, feel and realize through their "mother" how they, as the sons of God, should behave, persevere and think. The voice of God through you will surely make the whole world return to the Truth. I can clearly see this coming with my own eyes. Reverend, once again I realize my mission. I will not only take orders and smile while I'm serving the customers in our restaurant, but I will also share the Word with them. I miss you so much. Take heart, Reverend!

I remember the place I was born was a deceptively quiet, old and undeveloped village but full of greens and fruit-bearing trees. I was only a 4-5 year old girl when my village friends and I climbed up high in the mountain; and quite often, had a picnic in the sugar-cane plantation with grandad. Not always but often, we forgot to bring chopsticks along with picnic foods, but that was not a big deal, because the food which we shared was extremely inviting and nearly took me to happiness-overload with the steamed potatoes alone. Two pairs of twigs were enough (substitution for chopsticks). It was not perfect but I’d say that was the highlight of my life. A cool but soft breeze caressed my face as I took each step on the mountain path. In the meantime, what grabbed my attention were the wild berries of nature. Of course, I’d gotten myself a handful of them in my tummy as soon as I saw them. I was overwhelmed by what my eyes focused on. Every little thing that my eyes took in was a whole new world for me. Maybe I was too young and innocent then, but that’s where my memory brings me back to all the time. Holding onto my mum’s hand tight! Walking quietly with a beating heart and shy breath on an icy-cold winter morning, before the sunrise. I was gift-wrapped in a plus-size plastic bag and was on somebody’s back to cross the river that could almost make us a statue. Another one, still a new born, was my sister who was laid on my mother’s back just like how I was being carried on that man’s broad shoulder. But what granted me a curiosity was how we managed to keep ourselves quiet. I myself was not even sure what we were doing. I had no idea at all on where we were heading to or what was really going on. None of us made a noise– no screaming or crying out from hunger. Refl ecting on that moment makes me feel just extraordinarily bewildered. After leaving the country of my hometown, we stayed first in China and lived there for approximately 2 years. Our aim was to reach South Korea as soon as possible, but unfortunately, there was no direct transit to South Korea, and the only option was through Cambodia. For six months, my mum, sister and I had to go through a community life in a

128 Written by Sungdo Kwang-hee 2 private church in Cambodia, run by a South Korean pastor and there were many other North Koreans in the same situation as us. After hopping on the airplane to fi nally reach South Korea, the very first process of entering the Immigration Centre was to go through investigation and do interviews. Perhaps, they needed to investigate chances of spies entering the country. First investigation complete! The next home was with another community life for a couple of months in Hanawon, a government-run service for North Korean refugees. Days were passing by quickly. Personally, I was hoping South Korea was the last place of resettlement but as soon as we got out of National Intelligence Service of Korea, my father (who settled down in South Korea before us) , made an announcement that we were going to the United Kingdom. And on that same day, we made our way to the airport as soon as the announcement was made. We entered the Immigration Centre of the United Kingdom, busy with people of diff erent nationality, ethnicity, age and gender. Each one of us had to be interviewed by the offi cers there in the department. It was so complicated and it took us quite a long time to be citizens though; 10 years of living. I haven’t lived just in one region. For a couple of months, I was in the North of the UK (Scotland) and a few in the East but I lived mostly in the South, New Malden, which people call Korea Town. Sometime later, as I grew older, I was no longer wanting to move from place to place and no more running away! I wanted to stay in one area just like other people around me. My life seemed to be bizarre and complicated. I was only longing for an ordinary life! Dear Reverend Esther, all my family had legally changed our names a long time. My actual birth name is Kwang-Hee Kim. It came from my grandfather, I heard. The name itself sounded far too masculine so I decided to change it but I realized the true reason why I was given that name. It was God’s given name with amazing, hidden meaning behind it. All man-made but beautifully built constructions, full of cement &

concrete roads with busy traffi c, tall, fancy, crystal-clear buildings with gorgeously-dressed people around me somehow made me question, “is this the place where I really belong?” It sounded so vague and so much of a sorrow! I had so much support from people and I had many dreams to fulfi ll with great opportunities. But on the other side of my heart, there was still an emptiness. Ordinary was all I had desired, but I was in an unfi t environment. Yet, I was of asking myself these questions: “Would I be happy if I had fame? Money? …. Will I fi nd satisfaction from it?” and because I was feeling isolated and depressed then, I had this one question which was the biggest question of life “Is there anywhere where there is no SORROW and SIN?" In the Bible, there is a statement written about Jesus’ second coming. “When is it though? He has not descended even in my grandmother’s generation, so perhaps not in my generation either," I thought to myself. I was having trouble with myself because I was walking with the world and following the same culture as other people, with sin. I couldn't stay in the world where I was living in without sinning, and I hated it. But what was keeping me alive was one thing. I really wanted to know God’s reason for bringing me from my birthplace all the way to the United Kingdom. With this question constantly in my heart, day by day the weight of my sin had reached its peak point. So I really could not stop repenting and asking for forgiveness and longing for reformation before God, every night before bed. However, what really bothered me was that no matter how many times I repented at night, I knew there was something wrong with me. I was not free from my sin even if I repented. Every person was raised in a diff erent environment; and I truly admit that not everyone can be the same in any way- everyone is unique and personal! But in my case, even though I was so against my living environment, where I’m standing now at the end of this journey, I look back through God’s word, and can see that this is a new beginning where I am being born again to receive the new and eternal world.

When I look at myself now, this long journey was such a precious experience and life lesson that cannot be exchanged with gold or anything else in the world. All of this was what I certainly needed to experience to shape me into who I am now. Dear, Reverend Esther, honestly! You do not understand how thankful I am that I met you and I know that you are the only true reverend, written and prophesized of in the Bible. There is no other pastor who tells or speaks God’s word written in the Bible accurately. All other pastors preach lies and sin with their own human interpretations; they are sitting in God’s place. I admit, I was senseless about who God is and didn’t understand the meaning behind any single word written in the Bible. Like you have always mentioned, who really knew or thought about this? I did not know about the ‘Pleasant Land?’ I didn’t know what it was and I had never known there was such a word written in the Bible! I was a Christian myself, but I confess, I was totally blind when it comes to the Bible and what God was trying to imply and suggest to His people through the Bible; which was written through men by His inspiration. Who really knew that I was one of the chosen people to be here in God’s Pleasant Land? When I was a little girl, I questioned my mum with so much curiosity. “Mum, why do you work day and night all day? Please, I won’t ask you for much. I only need clothes to wear and enough food to eat to not feel hungry. That’s all I ask for. I am happy with that.” Because whatever I had was enough, I thought. Reverend Esther, here, where I am living now is what I was dreaming of. See? Whatever I told my mother before has been fulfi lled here, in Fiji! I only need to worry about keeping my soul clean and not sin against God and myself. I am so happy. It is true! The papers with a dollar sign? I don’t want or need that in my life! Fame, luxurious life? They are not in any of my resolutions at all! What I had wished for was to be able to live in a world where sin is

completely eradicated and no sadness exists. The world where I was living 20 years ago was complete disaster and devastation. Not one person was able to live without sinning. People blame, harm and even kill each other for money? What is money? Is it worth your life? Realising the cruel reality was a true shock for me which made me think, “How scary the world is in which I am living in!” That’s when I started to hate money. Dear Reverend Esther, it is a little beyond me to protect the people I love, on my own. The person whom I thought was a family for many years left us and denied us. I am weak. But that very same day she left us, I made a resolution to myself: “What she should understand is that one day she will regret it. We, as the sons of God will show you the world fulfi lled with God’s word. God will surely do this! That is when we will see each other again, on opposite sides!” Dear Reverend Esther, I announce to all people, that the reason I was born is for one reason. That is to make the world where God is the only God and fulfi ll it in reality, and to make all of God’s written words in the Bible become true. Going through personal difficulties and issues has given me the opportunities to depend more on God and to refl ect on myself through the word of God. Experience is the only way to learn and realize, not all but on a very small scale, of what love truly means. You often told us you love us one-sidedly with all of our church family members. When you were here, I did not understand and had no clue of what you really meant. But now I fi nally understand this and why you said that. How hard was it for you to love us unconditionally but I was ignorant then. Through so many methods, you were trying to wake us up from a deep spiritual sleep! But again, we were so ignorant. And after realising this I could not stop myself from crying. I remember you also asked us many times “Would you do and act the same if another pastor was here? If you can’t trust me then go ahead, look for other churches and pastors and listen to what they say!!” You were literally crying for us but we were truly ignorant. Now, finally I

I am saying this because even from the 6th day (previous former portion of life), maybe I was trying to ignore it, but somehow I knew my physical body wouldn’t die. When I was living in North Korea, when I was only 4 or 5 years old, I went out to pick up some wild plants for dinner one winter day. The river was frozen hard so I thought it’d be safe to play on it. It was my fault that I was not being careful; the ice was not strong enough to keep me up. It started to break in pieces, and I was almost drowned to death. That was one life threatening event I can never forget. I can confess that “God had saved me”. On the way to South Korea, I got Tuberculosis but I am still here in Fiji, alive! I also had a traffi c accident but again, I am alive! Everything was possible with “God’s grace” but it’s sad that it took me so many years to realise that. Again, I repeat that the absolute reason of my body living is for one reason: to fulfi ll God’s will. I was aware of everything in my head but I was ignoring it and not taking action. I did not believe in God’s word. But not anymore; I make my oath. Now, I have nullified everything in the past and whatever I went through was all discipline for me. Dear Reverend Esther, every time I go online, I see the headlines and articles of the world’s disasters and numerous numbers of people dying each day. However, none of the broadcasts highlight these issues but they keep it a secret from their people. They never share this type of news with them. Reading each article makes me feel as though I’m drowning. I guess the only thing I can do is to do my best in everything I do. I surely will do that, I promise. But, without you, without knowing all the hidden treasures in the Bible, without you feeding us the spiritual food, we can’t keep our loved people from dying. We are a holy batch of dough. Please, return back to us. I know I have already vowed and told

I will reform my rebelliousness and this is something I need to work on quickly. When you return back to us, I will run to you and hug you tight. I could’ve asked for a hug earlier when you were here! I could not ask because I just could not bring myself to. I felt like “Who am I to ask something of you…?” With all my heart, I’d like to send you my gratitude and I believe that you came for me. Now, God is using you to disclose all the mysteries hidden in the Bible, so that all the Christians in the world will return back to God and fulfi ll His will. Furthermore, I will stand firm with honesty, sincerity and diligence before God and men. I will no longer make the demons a master of my physical body but God alone. A fool is one who does not chase after righteousness. That is true indeed. I always wanted to call you ‘mother.’ I was hesitant and felt embarrassed to write a letter to you because I was the one who was always giving you a hard time and making you worry about me. So it was difficult to find the right words and I didn’t know what to write down. I feel ashamed because I’m the one causing trouble to you. Nowadays, the Pleasant Land is truly abundant. As we entered the rainy season from the dry season, all the fruits such as pineapple, papaya, and cassava which were planted diligently last year are overflowing. And God measures and gives us rain, late at night, at dawn and at noon, etc., exactly the amount we need. In the evenings the spiritual food is overflowing and during the daytime our physical food is overflowing in abundance. The letters you give us on Sundays are especially so surprising and astonishing. I was shocked at the Secret of Noah, and I am amazed every week. I now realize more and more what the Word in John 21:25 actually means in reality. And the words “This is only the tip of the iceberg” were so true. I am learning a little bit about the heart of the mother who is thinking of her children who are far away, and how she wants to feed them at least one more spoonful. I am now caring for our young calves on the ranch. While you have been confined, Mother, there were 103 calves born until today. As we are entering the rainy season, the cows give birth so well. On 3 December there were ten calves newly born. Two days later another twelve calves were born. How sweet the young calves are; they are like deer and roes. Sometimes locals come to buy a bull. Grandparents, parents, relatives, and grandchildren, the whole family would come and pick a calf and negotiate the price. This has become one of my joyful tasks here at the Dairy farm. After a baby female calf grows three-months old it becomes a young cow and then graduates out of the stall. They are released to the fields of the

Every time I see how beautifully a calf grows, it just puts a smile on my face. I hope to also grow so beautifully and well. On October 10th, we transferred four female calves up to the young cows. Their numbers are #18-700, #18-701, #18- 702, and #18-703. That day was the ‘Day of Pregnant Woman’ in Korea and ‘Fiji Day’ in Fiji. It made me think of Gibbeum (Joy), Pyungkhang (Peace), Saebyul (New Star), and Geunghyul (Mercy). I realized, “Aha! This is why they are named Joy, Peace, New Star and Mercy….” Us, the “Silver 400” in the Pleasant Land all have hope… And we get to know our mother in labor little by little more and more. It's the mother who just looks at her children and can read her children’s mind. Little by little, I am getting to know our God who takes care of even the tiniest things of my every move. And just like a child is born and gets to know his or her mother little by little as he or she grows, You, Reverend Esther, feel like a Mother to me now. I like you, Mother, even though the darkness inside me sometimes makes me scared and nervous. Even though I'm still a concern to you right now, I will be a good daughter in the future. Hello Reverend, this is Sungdo In-sook. Thank you again and again for sending us your letter today on Sunday, January 27, 2019. I am thankful for this incarceration case. I cannot help but cry for the grace and compassion of God, who chose us to fulfill the Scripture and let us be born again. I want to take this time to confess my sins for not believing in the word of God.

I did not know how much of a rebellious sinner I was. Without knowing anything, I attended church and blindly believed in the lies differing from the Bible; I thought as long as I attended church and believed in Jesus that I would go to heaven. Thus, I believed, volunteered faithfully, and established a small church thinking that more blessings would come by doing so. I evangelized, acted as if I was happy and had the good faith of one who showed much love when really, this was all done irrationally as a means of living. I used God to pray for the things I needed and wanted. My husband, children, and I myself, became my idols. We were the foreigners with no sense, and I understood this through the word of God proclaimed through you. In early 2011, I did not try to listen to the word of Truth, and instead read the false comments on In-Gyu Lee’s blog and wondered if Grace Road church was a cult, without looking more into it. However, through my husband Hak-Gu Lee, who was a former pastor, I was able to listen to the word of God proclaimed through you and understand this was from the Scripture (this was at the time when you were having only pastor’s seminars). As I was receiving the word of God proclaimed through you live, I began to realize and believe, “Ah! My thoughts about this word is wrong! Our Reverend, who is being led by the spirit of Truth, interprets the Bible with the Bible which is truly the Truth.”

The time when I had first received the words proclaimed through you live (July 2013) was the day when I started to understand

and believe the things I could not understand in former churches: prophesy, speaking in tongues, laying of hands, gift of healing, and more. That was also the day when you had mentioned how beamingly I smiled; when I reminiscence about that time, tears begin to fall from thankfulness. Afterwards, I was able to move to Grace Road Church at Dong-baek, and because of how grateful I was to receive the Word, I cried and repented before God.

Reverend, because I did not know God’s plan or His love and sinned immensely, I was in a deep spiritual slumber and was in a delusion of thinking that I believed. I confess that as I received the word of Truth, I realized little by little just how much I was in an imagination, through countless times in which I received grace by realizing the word of Truth. Last year in July, I was not able to express how thankful I was to you and our Grace Road Group’s president for the love you have shown to Ha-Bin. I am sincerely sorry to everyone. And I also truly realized that Grace Road Church was my family from the very beginning of time. The love of God that loves and sought after my daughter even more than me… how heart-breaking.

After I had received the word about the identity of the demons, I realized just how much of a vile demon I was, how truly sorry I was because of my two daughters, and how keenly I felt of how much of an unspeakable sinner I was.

I remembered the sins I indiscreetly committed. As I listened to the word, I thought, “Reverend, your words are so true! I really did that!” and I was truly shocked at myself. There was a time in the Pleasant Land when you called Lami Noodle Story because of Ha-Bin and I answered the call in English. You told me, “Later, be a cashier” and I responded with “Yes, Reverend.” Now, I truly am a cashier, Reverend! It is through God’s grace.

Even before, you did not speak a single word without any reason; everything you have spoken has been fulfilled, and through

Through the Spirit of Truth that guides into all Truth, that is, the word of Truth spoken through you, I am experiencing this word of righteousness becoming a reality every day. As I am receiving the love and grace of God, which interferes and examines every second of my life, I am sincerely thankful for the true and real living word of God that is becoming reality. I will stand as an eternal servant who will glorify the Father God!

Reverend! This June, it will be four years since I have been in the Pleasant Land. I realized that the threshing floor, the incidences, and spiritual battles were all precious and thankful times to me, all of which was God’s love and His voice to wake me up, which I believe is according to the word of God.

Up until now, I have not been able to keep my promise to you, but I will surely fix and change my rebelliousness of not believing in the Word. I will see, hear, believe, and act by the Bible.

From Korea, you have truly told us that as long as we have enough to eat and live by, instead of making money, we should build our spiritual temple and purify our spirit by filling ourselves with the word. Thank you and thank you again for God’s grace and the abundant love of compassion by revealing the hidden mystery before time began and for allowing us to understand and believe that we are the chosen Sons of God before time began. We were sent on this earth as the people yet to be created and we are the most blessed ones of all who are planted in Fiji, the Pleasant Land! I cannot express my gratitude in any other words.

Reverend, I could never exchange this word of Truth even if the whole world was given to me. I will truly overcome and live as the sons of God who will not sin and have nothing to do with sin, but will only please Him. I will recompense for all of my great sins, receive my retributions, and be the joy of God as the sons of God. I realized once again just how precious the time was when you

A letter written to Reverend in tears: Nowadays, all I have is the desire for time to just quickly pass by. I miss you, Reverend. All I wish is for you to be here in your place. I so greatly feel your absence. Whenever I look at the empty pulpit, I think “Reverend Esther should be there.” Whenever I long for you standing at the pulpit, I begin to shed tears. When I ride the car to work, lay down to sleep, or even when I am eating, whenever I think of the times your breathing became diffi cult as you pleaded and cried, I would tear up and cry so much that my nose would get stuff ed up to the point that I’d have to sit up. The more I think about it, the more upset I become. You had wept just for us. How diffi cult was your breath that you would cry like that… I keep recalling the image and my tears fl ow even more. I thought it was so fortunate that you were given a whole room all to yourself with help from the detention center, but soon the temperature dropped and your blood circulation is not very good… when you said that they disregarded the cold weather and left the door open, that you had to come to the hearing with your face frozen, that at times you were so cold that you would wake up from your sleep, I became solemn and had no words to say. Reverend, because of the sins of the holy lump of dough… the only thing we can still be is sorry. The weather is gradually getting colder and you are suff ering in such a cold place. I felt sorry to have you even see me in my coat at the hearing, so I took it off and carried it inside. Reverend, even at this moment I long for you and am shedding tears. I long so much for the days when I saw you face-to-face while you stood at the pulpit. Reverend! When I see the empty vacant pulpit, I long for you who at times smiled brightly and at times admonished through the Word and delivered the Word from there. You did not express it and smiled while speaking, but it was heartbreaking thinking how hard it was for you. I give you infi nite thanks for sending us the Word to feed us food even while you are in poor conditions. This is the word of Truth for which my spirit thirsted for and for what I have searched and searched years for. For me, my spirit had been thirsting for some years now, and I questioned at that time as to why the pastors preached of the Jesus who came 2,000 years ago but did not preach of the Jesus who will come again? I searched and searched for somewhere that would deliver the Word about the End Times. I thought that faith is individual and salvation is individual. I searched and searched as though I was a thirsty man digging for a well. With a vague conviction that it would be close to home… I was sick and tired of the church leaders telling their own stories. I couldn't understand why they told their own personal stories and read jokes to us on an instant messenger instead of delivering the word of God. Sometimes I was disappointed at how the church service didn't feel like worship at all. I felt so sad that I even cried during service, and I just read the Bible instead. Then one day, in the summer of 2016, I heard the news that my kids had arrived home from a summer camp, so I was rushing to get there. Then I hit a glass door and hurt a nerve in my face. When I was being treated, I was deeply moved by the word in the Bible commanding people to leave Babylon, so I felt strongly about leaving the church that I was attending. After about six months of making up my mind, I left the church that I had been attending for so long. Yet, I had nowhere else to go, so I wandered around. I thought I should go to one of the churches on TV that read the Scripture at least, so I went there, but that place was only picking out verses about the End Times and nothing else. I was going to an obscure church in Yeongdeungpo District of Seoul and searching for the word of God when I discovered a video of you on YouTube, Reverend. For your information, I was the kind of person who never watched YouTube, since I didn't think that there wasn't anything useful on YouTube other than searching for praise songs.

I felt like my soul's thirst was being relieved through the Word. I didn't prefer female pastors, but I've never felt anything bad about you from the beginning, and the word of God was clearer to me because of your husky voice. The enemies confi ned you and the other members, and they're trying to break up our church, but God will keep us, and we shall keep His word as well. That is the only way to live, and that is God's will, so we shall walk on the straight path. Don't worry about us. We will fi ght to the end and be the remnant. We will be born again as the sons and glorify God. I believe that God will help us to do that. I've been seeking out God for decades, and I've just found the right path; I won’t be sidetracked and go off the path. The pain of labor must really feel like the kind of pain where your breathing stops. Just as a child is born when you use up whatever strength that you have left to the end, I will be born healthy and well-nourished with the word of God and I will give joy to God and to you. Just hang in there a bit more. You have us who believe and follow the word of God. When I went to Grace Road Church, and when I shared the gospel at home with the word of God, my husband told me to go to Fiji fi rst, and that he will come afterwards. Then after the first broadcast of 'Unanswered Questions,' he told me to leave this church because it's wrong. My little one joined with him and told me to go to another church because Grace Road Church has controversies. So we battled. Both of them told me to not go to that church, and then they'll come to church with me if I pick a diff erent church. I battled against them and told them, "After all that I went through to fi nd the Word of Truth, I can't leave this church; I will never leave our church, even if I have to leave home; just wait and see if you don't know anything." And after the second broadcast, they've been keeping quiet without saying a word. Some time ago, OOO-jae Lee called the church office that I used to

He asked for my husband's phone number telling them it was because that church is wrong. So they asked him who he was, but he didn't answer, or so they told me. The church informed me that there was such a phone call. So I asked them to record the phone conversation if there was another call. (As a note, that church never discloses any personal information.) Then my husband received a phone call a few days ago from someone with a restricted number, who said that I was driving a Mercedes Benz to Grace Road Church, and that the car was always parked at that church. So my husband asked him who was calling, and why he was hiding his phone number. He also said that the caller should make the phone number visible and state his name if he's honest. Apparently, he hung up after that, or so my husband told me. My husband told me to just go to church quietly and not actively take part in the church work.... So I told him that the man who called was out of his mind. It wasn't as if I was driving a stolen car, or a rental car; I was driving my own car, and what business is it of his as to where I park my car. I told my husband to not waste time listening to that mindless man, and to just keep quiet and not say such meaningless things, and I ended my phone conversation with my husband. I always had the habit of sleeping late at night so I would often sleep in very late in the morning, but when my young friends heard about me attending Grace Road Church without missing even a single day, they would say that I wouldn’t be changing my habits without a reason, and that there must me something that is changing me. I brought one of my very close friends who attended a cathedral for a very brief moment, to our church for six months. I told her about my church but didn’t mention to her anything about the documentary; however, she said that she had watched the documentary about our church. She stated that the documentary was very biased and extremely one-sided. She also said that out of all the people she knew, I was the only person who truly believes in God and that I was a real believer. She then stated how Reverend Esther is truly a magnificent

Dear Reverend Esther, when you had to be prosecuted again even though the day of your release was so near, I was heartbroken and I lost the will to eat. My tears wouldn’t stop and I was devastated. But I still had to push forward because our ship had to go forth in this storm. I met our lawyer yesterday and when he said that this situation isn’t always a disadvantage to our side, I once again realized that God’s thoughts and man’s thoughts are diff erent. I would cry in gratefulness every morning, praying and listening to the Word of God. From this opportunity, by becoming strong soldiers with the Word of God, and by certainly finding victory in this battle; I wish for us all to walk the path as Sons of God. I have been writing this letter since last year November and I was able to continue writing when I had the time. While writing this letter, urgent matters kept coming up as I tried to put out the urgent fi res, so I apologize for the lateness of this letter. This is Sungdo Do-hee. I don’t even know where and how to begin, there is so much in my heart that I want to tell you, but when I took pen to paper to write the letter to you, I ended up erasing what I wrote so many times, wondering what I should tell you first.

Reverend, through this incident [of wrongful incarceration], I also sincerely experienced and realised that our work is truly the complete work of God’s plan. While seeing them [former GRG members who left our church] revile us, their appearance showed that they truly could not understand the word of God and that they are the dogs that return to their vomit. I truly confess that through them spreading these lies, we the sons of God, are rather more confirmed in the word of God, and all of this has become more convincing evidence for us.

When I think and look back upon what grace I have received to be in this place and how you always asked and confirmed with us if we knew what place we were in and what kind of grace we had received, I can now truly understand in my heart that Word. How and with what words shall I express this thankfulness and happiness? Truly only tears come.

I am so ashamed, sorry, and thankful, now that I think I know what your words really mean; not one of us can be prideful and not one of us has righteousness. After receiving the previous Word again and also receiving your letters again, even though I listen again and again, I am surprised and thankful God has told us everything in advance through you.

Reverend, even when my physical father passed away, I could not realize this until now. Even though you always tell us we should know how important the time is while the body is alive, it breaks my heart that I could not do my best while I was with him.

However, up to that point it was truly God’s permitted time and plan for Yong-seung Sungdo’s physical life from before time began. I am truly thankful now for God’s love, and that by God’s grace, we have received the Word in the Pleasant Land of Fiji and have happily lived here until he was prepared and taken away by God. And, I will keep what happened to my physical father in my heart and I will do my best to look after my family next to me now, as well as keep my soul. We will glorify only the Father as the sons of God by definitely becoming the light of the world and forever obey Father God’s will.

Today, I went to Nadi to do some administrative work. A government official I have not met in a while told me they thought I must have gone to Korea and asked me if the false media in Korea and previous members still harass us. I asked him how he knew that those people were harassing us. He said, “If you see GRG members (our church family), how can that be true? If you meet our GRG members at the restaurants and construction sites, you will know that they are lying.” While seeing that Fijian official, who instead asked me, “Don’t most of the people in Fiji who have seen you all know this?”, I thought about whether this would change the heart of the Korean judge if he heard this story.

We have 400 sons of God as witnesses here in the Pleasant Land of Fiji and there all these people in this nation who stand behind us together as witnesses. Of course I know and acknowledge that all this is within God’s will and I know that this is a battle in which we know the outcome. But thinking about the Korean police and department of justice really makes my heart upset. I now truly understand in my heart why you emphasised so much that we shouldn’t stay at the level of men, how important the threshing floor is to us, and the meaning of the Word which states that all creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. I truly profess that we are the main characters of this Word, we are the eternal priests and ministers, we all fulfill this

word in reality. Through those who are reviling us, the Sons are realising all these incidences have been God’s greatest love through the adversity that you are now going through.

Reverend, I truly thank you. I am truly thankful to you and God that we are gathered again to the Pleasant Land here in Fiji, where we can live and carry out the word of God proclaimed through you as the voice of God. Now truly we will surely rise as the sons and as an army of God according to the Word and win this battle through our actions. And as the sons of God we will surely testify of God’s conduct and behaviour that all our works were the good deeds that accomplished God’s will.

After this incident, our President told all the members that this hardship is perhaps only the beginning; however, since we believe in the Word and we know the final outcome, we will go this path until the end and we will only look forward as we truly rise as an army. All members replied with “Amen” with tears in their eyes. Our President, Sungdo Grace, and all of us are even stronger through this incident, and we are really caring more for our families. We, the sons of God, and all of our true families will become one and we will only move forward. We will never retreat.

To our Reverend whom I love forever ... First of all, we are those who have received the greatest love and grace that no words can express. I cannot say how sorry I feel that you have to go through this suffering and painful labor all by yourself in order to fulfi ll the word “400 silver pieces” and give birth to us - the sons of God - despite all those false accusations, taunting and hatred of the enemies. You are the reverend who truly fulfi lls all this Word in reality and you are the ‘Another Helper’ who guides us into all Truth by proclaiming the Voice of God, you are the women clothed in the sun, the excellent wife and You are going through all this actual pain and suff ering in order to exactly fulfi ll the Word of giving birth to us, the sons of God. And I’m only feeling more and more speechless when I think of you having to bear all this suff ering because of us. As I am listening to the Word you proclaimed in Vietnam, I was so astonished by the fact that the Word that was proclaimed through you at that time was already speaking about all the things that are happening today. And after all this time now I get a glimpse at what the words you tearfully said to Sung-ryoung mean: "I have to go this way, but for you it is best that you are in the Pleasant Land.” Countless times have you cried out all these words but when I read the words we receive in your letter every week, I am astonished as if that was the first time I’ve heard these words. You have spoken so many times about the purpose of the Bible's record before but it is now that I realize that this is actually our story in reality, and that all the events and characters in the Bible have been just foreshadows… I feel so ashamed that it had to come to this circumstance that you speak from such a distance in order for us to wake up. And as we receive the words, I realize more and more in whose presence we are in and where we are. I was in for not waking up from the illusions and how rebellious I was against God. So there is nothing I can say. Since I didn’t drink alcohol in my former portion of life I thought I didn’t commit the sin of being drunk. Yet, I didn’t even know that I was already committing sin by looking at the Bible by only the outer appearance, which is the literal text. When you proclaimed the Word of ‘the Mystery of Noah’s Wine’ I realized how drunk I actually was, and that it was actually me, who by God’s Grace, was plucked out from Babylon, the home of demons and it was me who committed all these sins and yet by His full Grace has been guided all the way here. So there is nothing else but gratitude. I thought I had somewhat understood and acknowledged the Word already before when you were delivering the Word. However, it is now that I truly experience the Word of righteousness every day, which makes me understand more and more in reality what this path in which we call “Grace Road” really means. We couldn’t live without His Grace. Dear Reverend! The Word that says the purpose for writing the whole Bible is for the people yet to be created, and the Word about Enoch and Elijah, that they were actually the models of us… all these words left me astonished and speechless. If it wasn’t through you, Reverend, that we would hear the voice of the Spirit of Truth, how could we possibly have understood this profound mystery? Being born in this age where all the riddles are being solved through you, what would have happened if we hadn’t received the voice of God proclaimed through you that guides us into all Truth? It’s horrifi c even to imagine. Without knowing the Truth, being a slave to sin, unable to escape death, thinking that I believed in God… but the fi nal outcome would

Indeed, through the real Truth, which is delivered through your mouth through the Holy Spirit, through Jesus Christ, freedom from sin, freedom from death, freedom from all worries of life, freedom from demons, freedom from decay, freedom from status, political freedom, spiritual freedom ...How can we not be grateful that we are embracing all this freedom both physically and spiritually? We didn’t even know that we were enslaved to so many things and it is so true that we lived like unreasoning animals. But I cannot put into words all of my gratitude for the grace I have received. It is entirely God’s grace, who brought me to be born in this time, as a Korean of the Shem tribe, to meet a reverend who speaks the voice of the Spirit of Truth in this age, and to be guided into all Truth for ever and ever so that I could actually fulfill the words, “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" [John 8:32]. I'm currently translating [from Korean into English] for Mi-ran Sungdo every Sunday. When I was told about the dew, I couldn't translate without tears. Not only within the dew, but within all of these words, how could our story be hidden so much? who should be called ‘Lord’ is you, Reverend Esther. This is just like apostle John and the other ancestors of faith who fell down before an angel who was a man (a fellow servant) and called him “Lord”. But it is you, Reverend Esther, who came as the 'Another Helper' in this age, perfectly fulfilling the complete Trinity within you and You are the woman clothed with the sun; and the moon under her feet. And when I read the words that God Himself testifi es about us, the sons of God, I couldn't be more astonished as I could have never even imagined those words. In this age where the perfect trinity is being fulfi lled, you are guiding us into all Truth and finally restoring our one husband Jesus Christ’s position in order for us to be able to meet our father God so that we can become spotless and blameless. And we are the ones who have received the greatest blessings which is to forever walk with God. However, how can those enemies who went out from us say that this is not the Truth after hearing this Word of Truth? And how is it possible that they have been with us receiving the same grace and love yet are now reviling us with all those disgraceful lies… Although I believe that this is also part of fulfi lling the Word exactly in reality, it hurts so much to see that you have to bear this shame and suff er this all by yourself. Reverend, How can we receive this endless love, sitting down so comfortably and taking in this precious Word in such a safe, warm place without winter? Since I have met you all the questions I had when I was young were answered and the hope I had was fulfi lled as well. But now through You it has become so clear that the plan for us has been within God's will since before time began, and that the bible is the book of life, and that our names and the stories about us, have already been recorded in the Bible from the book of Genesis. I could not help but be amazed at the fact that the purpose of the Bible itself was written for the people yet to be created, meaning for us, the sons of God, and that all these records were actually models of you and of us. Of course, all of this is just the tip of the iceberg, but with this little glimpse of a realization that I have at my level, I am just so grateful to have all these questions answered!! There was one hope that my husband and I had for our lives when we got married: We told each other that when we reached the age of 40, we wanted to quit working just for ourselves out of the necessity of making a living, but we only wanted to do God’s work only. We talked about it all the time but at that moment, we had no idea how to actually realize this long-cherished hope. However, when we came to the Pleasant Land this wish had been already fulfi lled. The surprising fact is that Jiwon Sungdo (my husband) came to the Pleasant Land in the year he turned 40; even in the month of December of that year it was his 40th birthday. In that year he gave up his former portion of life and fi nally stopped doing his own work. If we had realized the Truth and realized that one day in the Pleasant Land was more important than a thousand years elsewhere, we should have left everything behind and just run to the Pleasant Land right away instead of waiting till we were 40 years old. Now that we look back we are really ashamed to not have realized the Truth earlier. In my former portion of life without knowing what God's will was, I was always wondering what it meant to truly do God's work. I had never been sure if going to the U.S to get another license and trying to open our own dental offi ce after graduation was really God’s will and if opening a dental office actually had anything to do with saving the souls. Now that we look back on our life we are just amazed at how great God's grace has been, which has prevented us from opening a dental offi ce in the U.S., and there is nothing left but gratefulness to God and His grace for having us come to this day. I was overjoyed as I understood a little bit of the meaning when you said, "I'm not doing my job. I'm not preaching.” A little while ago we opened the world's greatest Grace Dentistry, Sundgo Jiwon is now looking at patients again, but this is no longer his job for whatever we do is the work of God. How happy and freeing it is to know that we are doing the work of God now no matter what we do! All the little things we do are all God’s work and not our work. Being truly free of all the worries of life, free from the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, free from sin and free from death, we are no longer working to make a living but whatever we do is God's work!! All our heavy burdens of life have been taken off and we are just thankful every day. When I was little I heard that only the holy ones who are closest to God will enter the new Jerusalem and I thought those were only the martyrs. So on one hand, I had always wanted to be close to the Lord, but on the other hand, the thought of having to be cruelly martyred and killed was an unimaginable dilemma for me. This dilemma was such a heavy burden on me. How could I be holy in the eyes of God and what does it mean to become holy? What great faith you must have in order to die a martyr! When I saw myself, I felt ashamed and sorry because honestly I was not confi dent of martyrdom. But it wasn't until I came to Grace Road Church that I realized how much of an illusion I was in and how wrong my thoughts were because I didn't know the Truth at all.

How grateful we are about the fact that our feet are already standing here laying the foundation of Zion, the land that will become the New Jerusalem, the eternal capital. We have already met God through you and now walk with Him. Thinking of all this and that we will always live as one family with you forever makes me want to dance with joy!! The dilemma is all gone, and through you, we have been granted this clear straight path that leads us into all Truth. I will call myself the most blessed person on earth as I will go this path with you forever!!! And as the sons of God I will make all the enemies in the whole world submit to the Word of God and make a world where God alone is God, a world where all sin and evil disappears. And we will testify about you, Reverend Esther. I will do my best to establish a broadcasting station as quick as possible so that the gospel can spread around the world. The voice of the living God is becoming clearer and clearer through you but how can they say no to this Word after receiving the Word for so many years? How dare they say we are a heresy, and how dare they hurt your heart so much. It is so outrageous that it is most infuriating, but I acknowledge that this is also a fulfillment of the Word. And the fact that they are being used as common vessels makes me all the more listen to your Word with fear and trembling. Every day we experience the living God who speaks and performs all the written words that are proclaimed one by one through your mouth. Through all these incidents and works, I have experienced in reality that all the words you have spoken are the voice of the living God, and I am receiving the voice of God with more fear and trembling. God’s will here on earth. It is true that the happiest and most blessed person on earth is the one who can live with you as a family and fulfi ll God’s will on this earth every day. And we are seeing the day, our ancestors of faith in the Old Testament, and all the prophets longed to see but couldn’t see. And we have seen the Lord, as the Word of ‘he who has seen the son has seen the Father’ has become reality to us. We have met the Father. We who have received this endless love will surely stand up and only move forward, and will become the light to those who are still unaware of the Truth in the dark so that they can hear the voice of the Holy Spirit through you and return into all the Truth! Reverend, I can't wait to see you.... All the children miss you and want to see you soon.. Jooyoung, Danbi, Sohee and Pyounghwa, Hyekwang, Siwoo, Taesan, Onew and Hyunwu are all reading your letters closer together during the week. When we were reading about the "Another Helper” in your letter, the children were listening with more glistening eyes and realizing that the recorded words are about you. Our little ones Gibbeum, Pyungkhang, Saebyul, Geunghyul, Bahnseok and Eunchong are chanting our Motto “Honesty, Sincerity, Diligence before God and Men” in Korean, English, and now also in Chinese, and engrave it in their hearts that they will live honestly and sincerely in front of God and men. And recently Onew asked me why the people in Fiji don’t receive the Word everyday but only go to church once a week. I will fully acknowledge that everything was God’s grace and that he has done everything in his full authority, and I will only give thanks to Him and grow up to be a child of God who has no marks or blemishes. I will stand up and become a soldier, and I will see, hear, believe and obey by acting according to the voice of the living God proclaimed through you until all the enemies have become a footstool for His feet. I will refl ect upon myself through the Word more and more, and we will take care of each other as a family and as a holy lump of dough to make sure that the world will become a world where only God alone is God.
