Cascade Aids Project: CAP is a non-profit offering full-spectrum services to test for HIV and assist those living with it. Momentum Alliance: A space for young people to be themselves, in all our identities. We are undocumented, immigrant, indigenous, LGBTQ, gang-affected, HIV- and STI-positive and low-income youth, youth of color, youth with disabilities, youth who are transitioning from foster care, homelessness and incarceration, youth who have experienced war, domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse, teen parents and allies. Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA): The Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) serves self- identified American Indian youth and their families in the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area. Outside In: Health care and social services for youth experiencing homelessness and other marginalized people in downtown Portland and the surrounding community. Outside in has an lgbtq affirming medical clinic, transgender ID project to assist folks changing names and documentation, housing assistance, Queer Zone group at Outside In, and community drop in center.

Teen Council (Planned Parenthood): Teen Council is a peer education and leadership program for high school students. Teens learn medically accurate, sexual health information and teach this information to their peers through classroom presentations, and serve as sexual health advocates by organizing events in their schools and communities to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, teen pregnancy and LGBTQ issues. www.plannedparethood.org

TransActive Gender Project: Provides a holistic range of services and expertise to empower transgender and gender expansive children, youth, and their families.
