Tangazo La Kuitwa La Kwenye Usaili Kada Ya Customs Officer Ii Tra JAMHURI YA MUUNGANO WA TANZANIA OFISI YA RAIS SEKRETARIETI YA AJIRA KATIKA UTUMISHI WA UMMA Kumb.Na.JA.9/259/01/13/C 28 Julai, 2021 TANGAZO LA KUITWA KWENYE USAILI Katibu wa Sekretarieti ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma kwa niaba ya Mamlaka ya Mapato Tanzania (TRA) anapenda kuwataarifu waombaji kazi wote walioomba kazi kuwa usaili unatarajiwa kuendeshwa kuanzia tarehe 07 - 26 Agosti, 2021 na hatimaye kuwapangia vituo vya kazi waombaji kazi watakaofaulu usaili. Wasailiwa wanaoitwa kwenye usaili wanapaswa kuzingatia maelekezo yafuatayo:- i. Usaili utafanyika tarehe 07, 23, 25 na 26 Agosti, 2021 kama ilivyooneshwa kwenye tangazo hili; muda na sehemu ambapo usaili utafanyika umeainishwa kwa kila Kada; ii. Usaili wa Mchujo (kuandika) kwa kada zote utafanyika tarehe 07 Agosti, 2021; Usaili wa Vitendo kwa kada ya Katibu Mahsusi utafanyika tarehe 23 Agosti, 2021 na usaili wa Mahojiano ya ana kwa ana utafanyika tarehe 25 na 26 Agosti, 2021. iii. Kila msailiwa anatakiwa kufika kwenye eneo la usaili akiwa amevaa Barakoa, kunawa na sabuni kwa maji tiririka, kutakasa mikono na pia Page 1 of 439 inashauriwa kuvaa mavazi mazito kutokana na hali ya hewa ya ubaridi kwa kipindi hicho jijini Dodoma. iv. Kila Msailiwa anapaswa kuwa na kitambulisho kwa ajili ya utambuzi; v. Vitambulisho vinavyokubalika ni pamoja na:- Kitambulisho cha Mkazi, Kitambulisho cha Mpiga kura, Kitambulisho cha kazi, Kitambulisho cha Uraia au Hati ya kusafiria; vi. Wasailiwa wanatakiwa kufika na VYETI VYAO HALISI, kuanzia cheti cha kuzaliwa, kidato cha IV, VI, Stashahada, Stashahada ya Juu, Shahada na kuendelea kutegemeana na sifa za Mwombaji; vii. Wasailiwa watakaowasilisha“Testimonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, hatiza matokeo za kidato cha IV na VI (form V and form VI results slips) HAVITAKUBALIWA NA HAWATARUHUSIWA KUENDELEA NA USAILI; viii. Kila msailiwa atajigharamia kwa Chakula, Usafiri na Malazi; ix. Kila Msailiwa azingatie tarehe, muda na mahali alipopangiwa kufanyia usaili; x. Kwa waombaji waliosoma nje ya Tanzania wahakikishe Vyeti vyao vimehakikiwa na kuidhinishwa na Mamlaka husika (kama TCU, NACTE au NECTA); xi. Waombaji kazi ambao majina yao hayakuonekana katika tangazo hili watambue kuwa hawakukidhi vigezo. Hivyo, wasisite kuomba tena pindi nafasi za kazi zitakapotangazwa na kuzingatia mahitaji ya tangazo husika. xii. Kwa kada ambazo wanatakiwa kusajiliwa na Bodi zao za Kitaaluma wanapaswa kuja na vyeti vyao Halisi vya Usajili pamoja na Leseni za kufanyia kazi. xiii. Wasailiwa wote walioitwa kwenye usaili wahakikishe wanaingia kwenye akaunti zao na kunakili namba ya mtihani kwa kuwa namba hizo hazitatolewa siku ya usaili.
