Carriers which apply Overlength at shorter lengths are more likely to refuse any overlength freight at pickup then carriers whose Overlength charges begin at the 20' length Our cubic capacity calculator is set to turn red (trigger) with the standard 750 cubic feet with a density of 4 lbs or less.

Definitions: Pallet Spot Is a standard 48x48 floor space with a maximum height of 50 inches. (ex. if you have 1 pallet at 48x48x60 it would be considered 2 pallet spots.) Linear Foot Is the number of trailer feet used when all pallets are less than 48 inches wide and 50 inches tall. When a pallet width is greater than 48 inches or greater than 50 inches tall contact us for calculation. Overlength Is the length in feet of the longest single piece. In our portal choose the lowest full foot threshold. (ex. if your piece is 11ft 6in, you would choose the overlength of 11 feet.)
