Line 01: WHEREAS, The current system of pre-release from Virginia Line 02: prisons allows for a one in four rate of repeat offense with a Line 03: sixty to forty majority in favor of a major felony. Line 04: WHEREAS, The establishment of the Virginia Post Parole Line 05: Committee focused on a five year study with the focus on drafting Line 06: improvement a long term solution for fixing the parole board. The Line 07: committee would work hand in hand with the Council of Parol Advisors Line 08: WHEREAS, While the ongoing study begins the Virginia Department Line 09: of Corrections hereby further referred to as the VDOC will begin Line 10: recruitment, education, and managing an increase of staff to allow for Line 11: five prisoners per officer, and five officers to one managing officer, and Line 12: ten managing officers to one regional officer, and five regional officers Line 13: report to a Council of Parole Advisor. Line 01: Article I: Due to many peninsulas, including Malaysia, being Line 02: predicted to sink before 2050, acts that are seen as Line 03: unnecessary and harmful to the Earth, and/or are predicted Line 04: to increase the rate of global warming, will be abated or Line 05: ceased as quickly as possible.

Line 07: Article II: Many countries alike Malaysia that are islands or Line 08: peninsulas will be the first to sink due to the climate crisis. Line 09: Even though Malaysia is not included in this list, it is Line 10: important to note that there are 30+ countries included in Line 11: the group called the Small Island Developing States Line 12: (S.I.D.S) that, alike Malaysia, have distinct biodiversity. Line 01: ARTICLE I: This legislation will increase the amount of Line 02: education provided for inmates to further along Line 03: rehabilitation and ease the path back into society.

Line 05: ARTICLE II: Line 06: a. Curriculum will be set to have inmates first graduate Line 07: high school if need be. Otherwise, opportunities for Line 08: technical education and work skills will be provided Line 09: for a specific career. Line 10: b. Workplace education will be focused on specific Line 11: careers, in order to gear inmates towards successful Line 12: careers, which will aid in rehabilitation. Line 13: c. Budget will be set aside to pay for quality textbooks Line 14: and resources for new inmate students. Funding shall Line 15: also be set aside to pay for teachers and tutors.

Be it enacted,

Line 01: Article I: 9.2% of Americas fall under the poverty line. That Line 02: is 3 million Americans as of 2021. In response, minimum Line 03: wage should be raised to $15.00/hour in all 50 states in Line 04: order to promote financial stability throughout the country.

Line 06: Article II: Minimum wage is defined as “the lowest wage Line 07: permitted by law or by a special agreement (such as one Lind 08: with a labor union).” Whereas poverty is defined as “the Line 09: state of being extremely poor.” Line 10: Minimum wage levels are currently too low to support a Line 11: family without severely limiting budgets. Line 12: Wages should be raised in order to get the average 3.14 Line 13: (4) person household above the poverty line. Line 14: It is infeasible to properly plan and save for retirement Line 15: while making the current minimum wage. Line 16: Not having a retirement plan raises the national Line 17: retirement age and causes you to lose all flexibility in how Line 18: you’ll spend your final years.

Line 20: Article III: The U.S. The Department of Labor will oversee Line 21: the enforcement and funding of this legislation.

The United States applies economic pressure through the threat of 2. sanctions, and the eventual implementation of sanctions, should Germany not disband 3. the Alternative for Germany Party (AFD). 4. SECTION 2. Tariff: a tax or duty to be paid on a particular class of imports or exports. 5. AFD: a German nationalist and right-wing populist political party, known for 6. its opposition to the European Union and immigration. 7. SECTION 3. United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will oversee the 8. implementation of tariffs if necessary. 9.
