Description This 78.46 acre block of land was the centre and focal point for the Newlands Estate which was sold by Simmons & Sons in 1947. The land is undulating park land which originally surrounded the Manor House, known as Newlands, which unfortunately burnt down and had to be demolished in the 1970’s.
