Jänner 2020 3 Vorwort Die pfarrliche Matrikenführung in den katholischen Ländern begründet ihren kirchenrechtlichen Ursprung vor allem im Konzilsdekret vom 11. November 1563. Das Konzil von Trient (1545-1563) ordnete in seiner 24. Session mit dem Dekret „Tametsi” allen Pfarren die Einführung von Tauf- und Trauungsbüchern in folgender Art und Weise an: „Der Pfarrer soll ein Buch führen, in welchem die Namen der die Ehe schließenden Personen und der Zeugen, auch Tag und Ort der Eheschließung einzutragen sind, und dieses Buch habe er sorgfältig bei sich aufzubewahren.” Die Bestimmung des Konzils von Trient bezüglich der Taufmatriken lautet: „Desgleichen soll er ein Buch führen, in welchem die Namen der getauften Kinder und ihre Taufpaten zu verzeichnen sind.” Mit 17. Juni 1614 erließ Papst Paul V. ein „Rituale Romanum” mit eingehenden Bestimmungen zur pfarrlichen Matrikenführung. Zusätzlich zu den Tauf- und Trauungsbüchern wurde nun auch die Führung von Firmungs- und Sterbe- bzw. Beerdigungsbüchern genauer angeordnet. Die allgemeine Hauptregel zu den Bestimmungen besagt, dass der Pfarrer im Tauf-, Trauungs- und Beerdigungsbuch nicht bloß die Namen der betreffenden Person/en einzutragen, sondern auch die Familie der/des Getauften, der/des Getrauten, der/des Verstorbenen anzumerken habe. Im großen Überblick erfolgte die Umsetzung dieser Verordnungen in der Obersteiermark und im Wirkungskreis der alten Stifte früher als in den Pfarren der Ost- und Südsteiermark.     JUDENBURG DISTRICT HEATING GRID BASED Best Practice Factsheet ON WASTE HEAT FROM ###9#999 PULP &PAPER MILL Judenburg, Austria District heating grid based on waste heat from pulp&paper mill Zellstoff Pöls AG DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTION The Zellstoff Pöls AG annually processes approximately 2 million cubic meters of thinning wood and sawn timber into both pulp and paper. Together with the know-how partner "Bioenergie Wärmeservice Gmbh” from Köflach, an expert for district heating and waste heat recovery systems, a joint venture was formed into the company “Biowärme Aichfeld Gmbh”. The objective was to use the waste heat sensibly, in combination with an existing biomass heating plant and a storage solution with large-district- pressure reservoirs. The result allows for a sustainable, environmentally friendly and regional heat supply for more than 15,000 households in the greater Aichfeld area. For this purpose, the joint venture partners invested € 18 million and laid over 18 km of piping for the district heating project. This is a heat grid infrastructure project, to connect the cities, business and industrials parks in the region. The cities, business and industrial parks are served by ESCOS, which take over the heat from the infrastructure heat grid, and distribute the heat to the customers. Project supported by the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programme and funded under the European Regional Development Fund.     Blätter für Heimatkunde 42 (1968) Aus der Geschichte des Marktes Pischelsdorf Von Fritz Posch Wenn der Name Pischelsdorf fällt, denkt heute kaum jemand daran, daß der Ort so nach dem Erzbischof von Salzburg benannt ist. Kaum jemand weiß, daß dieser Ort eine bemerkenswerte Geschichte hat, ja daß man vielleicht sagen kann, daß es der einzige Ort der Steiermark ist, der eine gewisse Kontinuität seit der Antike aufzuweisen hat, und daß es überhaupt der älteste urkundlich genannte Ort der Oststeiermark ist. Wenn heute Pischelsdorf auch ein kleiner Markt ist, so verdichtet sich hier trotzdem geschichtliches Leben in einer besonderen und einmaligen Weise, so daß es der Mühe wert ist, dem Faden der geschichtlichen Ent­ wicklung dieses Ortes nachzuwandern. Als der Ort im Jahre 1043 zum erstenmal urkundlich genannt wird, heißt er Ramarsstetin, also Römerstätte. Es ist also anzunehmen, daß damals noch Romanen hier ansässig waren oder daß damals noch Bau­ werke vorhanden waren, die so deutliche Kennzeichen ihrer Herkunft trugen, daß man sie mit den Römern in Verbindung brachte. In Pischels­ dorf gibt es ja noch heute einen Römerstein, und es wäre denkbar, daß die vier Römersteine und 15 Reliefsteine der Kirche St. Johann bei Herberstein von hier dorthin verbracht wurden. Auf die Römer weisen auch Flur- und Siedlungsnamen der unmittelbaren Umgebung, etwa der Römerbach oder die Flur Roma, ferner Wallnerberg, Wallgraben und Welschland, Namen, die von den Walchen kommen, wie man die Roma­ nen in Bayern genannt hat. Über das antike Pischelsdorf ging auch die Straßenverbindung von der Mur bei Graz über die Ries, die dann über Hartberg nach Savaria-Steinamanger weiterführte, so daß wir annehmen dürfen, daß ein etwa dem heutigen Pischelsdorf entsprechender Ort in der Antike hier bestanden haben dürfte, dessen Namen wir allerdings nicht kennen.
