Dr. Abdullah KAYA Haziran, 2013, 145 sayfa Bu çalışma Sarız (Kayseri) yöresinde yetişen makromantarlar üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2010-2012 yılları arasında periyodik olarak gerçekleştirilen arazi çalışmaları sürecinde 364 makromantar örneği toplanmıştır. Laboratuar ortamına taşınan örnekler, kurutularak fungaryum materyali haline getirilmiştir. Gerekli tür tanı işlemleri sonucunda Ascomycota ve Basidiomycota bölümleri içinde yer alan 6 takım, 22 familya ve 45 cinse ait toplam 53 takson teşhis edilmiştir. Tanımlanan taksonlardan 2 tanesi Pezizomycetes (1 Helvellaceae, 1 Morchellaceae) 51 tanesi ise Agaricomycetes (9 Agaricaceae, 7 Psathyrellaceae, 7 Strophariaceae, 4 Polyporaceae, 4 Tricholomataceae, 2 Inocybaceae, 2 Marasmiaceae, 2 Physalacriaceae, 2 Pleurotaceae, 2 Pluteaceae, 1 Bolbitiaceae, 1 Cyphellaceae, 1 Helvellaceae, 1 Hymenochaetaceae, 1 Incertae Cedis, 1 Lyophyllaceae, 1 Meruliaceae, 1 Morchellaceae, 1 Paxillaceae, 1 Russulaceae, 1 Schizophyllaceae, 1 Stereaceae) sınıfları içinde yer almaktadır. Otuz iki tür (%60,4) yenilebilir, 13 tür (%24,5) yenmez, 8 tür (%15,1) ise az ya da çok zehirli niteliktedir. Yedi tanesi (Agaricus campestris, Bovista plumbea, Calvatia gigantea, Lycoperdon molle, Pleurotus eryngii, P. ostreatus ve Stropharia coronilla) yörede toplanmakta ve besin olarak tüketilmektedir. Prof. Dr. Abdullah KAYA June, 2013, 145 pages This study was carried out on the macrofungi growing in Sarız (Kayseri) district. 364 macrofungi samples were collected during pediodical field trips between 2010 and 2012. Transfering the samples to the lab, they were dried and prepared as fungarium materials. As a result of necessary idendification processes, 53 taxa belonging to 6 orders, 22 families and 45 genera, within the divisions of Ascomycota and Basidiomycota, were determined. Two of the determined taxa belong to Pezizomycetes (1 Helvellaceae, 1 Morchellaceae) and 51 to Agaricomycetes (9 Agaricaceae, 7 Psathyrellaceae, 7 Strophariaceae, 4 Polyporaceae, 4 Tricholomataceae, 2 Inocybaceae, 2 Marasmiaceae, 2 Physalacriaceae, 2 Pleurotaceae, 2 Pluteaceae, 1 Bolbitiaceae, 1 Cyphellaceae, 1 Helvellaceae, 1 Hymenochaetaceae, 1 Incertae Cedis, 1 Lyophyllaceae, 1 Meruliaceae, 1 Morchellaceae, 1 Paxillaceae, 1 Russulaceae, 1 Schizophyllaceae, 1 Stereaceae). Thirty two (%60,4) are edible, 13 (%24,5) are inedible and 8 (%15,1) are more or less poisonous. Seven of them (Agaricus campestris, Bovista plumbea, Calvatia gigantea, Lycoperdon molle, Pleurotus eryngii, P. ostreatus ve Stropharia coronilla) are collected and consumed in the region. Keywords: Makrofungus, taxonomy, Sarız, Kayseri iii ÖN SÖZ Günümüzde ayrı bir alem olarak ele alınan mantarlar, dünyanın ikinci kalabalık canlı grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Yenilebilen ve zehirli türleri bulunan mantarlar çok eski devirlerden beri insanlar tarafından tanınmakta, besin kaynağı olarak tüketilmekte ve ilaç yapımında kullanılmaktadır. Türkiye mikotasının belirlenmesine yönelik birçok çalışma yapılmış olmasına rağmen henüz çalışılmamış alanlar bulunmaktadır. Sarız yöresinde gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma ile yörenin makromantar çeşitliliğinin belirlenmesi, yöre insanının bilgilendirilmesi ve ülkemiz makromikotasına katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. This mushroom intoxication is ascribed to 35 amatoxin-containing species belonging to three genera: Amanita, Galerina, and Lepiota. The major amatoxins, the a-, b-, and g-amanitins, are bicyclic octapeptide derivatives that damage the liver and kidney via irreversible binding to RNA polymerase II. Methods: The mycology and clinical syndrome of amatoxin poisoning are reviewed. Clinical data from 2108 hospitalized amatoxin poisoning exposures as reported in the medical literature from North America and Europe over the last 20 years were compiled. Preliminary medical care, supportive measures, specific treatments used singly or in combination, and liver transplantation were characterized. Specific treatments consisted of detoxication procedures (e.g., toxin removal from bile and urine, and extra- corporeal purification) and administration of drugs.

    ECTOMYCORRHIZAL COMMUNITIES ASSOCIATED WITH A PINUS RADIATA PLANTATION IN THE NORTH ISLAND, NEW ZEALAND A thesis submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy at Lincoln University by Katrin Walbert Bioprotection and Ecology Division Lincoln University, Canterbury New Zealand 2008 Abstract of a thesis submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy ECTOMYCORRHIZAL COMMUNITIES ASSOCIATED WITH A PINUS RADIATA PLANTATION IN THE NORTH ISLAND, NEW ZEALAND by Katrin Walbert Aboveground and belowground ectomycorrhizal (ECM) communities associated with different age classes of the exotic plantation species Pinus radiata were investigated over the course of two years in the North Island of New Zealand. ECM species were identified with a combined approach of morphological and molecular (restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and DNA sequencing) analysis. ECM species richness and diversity of a nursery in Rotorua, and stands of different ages (1, 2, 8, 15 and 26 yrs of age at time of final assessment) in Kaingaroa Forest, were assessed above- and belowground; furthermore, the correlation between the above- and belowground ECM communities was assessed. It was found that the overall and stand specific species richness and diversity of ECM fungi associated with the exotic host tree in New Zealand were low compared to similar forests in the Northern Hemisphere but similar to other exotic plantations in the Southern Hemisphere. Over the course of this study, 18 ECM species were observed aboveground and 19 ECM species belowground. With the aid of molecular analysis the identities of Laccaria proxima and Inocybe sindonia were clarified.

Han skriver: “Med hjælp af Blyttia bind 41 hefte 2 (Berg 1983) genfandt jeg i 1995 skogranke Clematis alpina ssp. sibirica i Bårdsengkløften. Over 25 år tidligere havde jeg set planten ovenfor Tretten efter anvisning af købmand Nustad i Tretten og et gensyn med skogranke – og behørig fotografering – stod meget højt på min ønskeliste. På min vej op i kløften var der gode botaniske grunde til talrige hvil, og efter 800 m henad og 300 m opad fandt jeg igen en plads til min rygsækstol. Jeg vendte mig om, satte mig ned og så, at jeg var gået lige forbi en stor og meget flot bevoksning af skogranke.
