Based on availability, passes will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Leawood Residents who were not pass holders for the 2020 season may submit applications beginning February 15, 2021. Based on availability, passes will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications for new passes and/or those who were not pass holders for the 2020 season can be submitted March 1st, 2021.

Terms and Conditions

 The Triple Crown program is effectively an annual pass program that allows for frequent play at a discounted rate. As such, the Triple Crown Program is not a Membership Program in any way. The Triple Crown Pass does not provide any ownership or control over the Club in any manner. No additional rights, privileges, nor benefits should be inferred or expected except for those expressly stated herein.

 Annual Passes are not transferable.

 Annual Passes are valid 3/1/21 through 2/28/22.

 Annual Passes can be paid in full at time of purchase.

 If desired, two payments can be made for the pass: One half due at the time of purchase. Second half due no later than June 1st, 2021. Changing or providing inaccurate credit card information, disputing charges relating to the annual pass, or any other action taken which impedes the collection of annual pass payment will result in the immediate termination of the pass and suspension of access to any golf facilities, including the range, until any and all damages have been recouped.

 Annual Pass fees are non-refundable. In the event of a medical emergency or relocation out of the area, exceptions may be made by the GM on a case-by-case basis.

 Acts of God or other developments out of the control of Troon Management or the City of Leawood will not constitute a pro-rated or full refund.

 To be eligible for the Annual Pass renewal window and pricing, a person must have maintained a pass for the 2020-21 program year. Current pass holders wishing to renew their pass for the 2021-2022 program year will have a protected window of time through February 14, 2021. Based on availability, remaining passes will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Beginning February 15, 2021, Leawood Residents who were not pass holders for the 2020 Program Year will have the first opportunity to submit applications. Starting March 1, 2021, any remaining passes will be sold on a first-come, first served-basis. Leawood Residency will be verified via means other than a current Driver’s License.

 Dependent eligibility is limited to immediate family members, or a registered domestic partner, residing in the same home.

 To qualify as a Junior Dependent, a person must be no older than 18 years of age by the start of the program year, March 1, 2021.

 To qualify for the Senior Triple Crown pass, a person must at least 60 years of age by the start of the program year, March 1, 2021.

 All annual pass holders are required to register in the Golf Shop prior to teeing off.

 As the IRONHORSE Golf Club is a daily-fee course, there will be dates in which tournament groups will take up the course. In this regard, there will be some dates where tee times will not be available to annual pass holders.

 Fivesomes will not be allowed on the golf course at any time.

 Triple Crown pass holders are eligible to receive up to one large basket of practice balls daily at no charge. These daily practice balls may not be accumulated in any way and or removed from the range. Additional practice balls must be purchased at normal rates.

 Daily receipts must be shown to the starter in order for staff to properly track rounds of golf.

 Senior Triple Crown passes are valid Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Weekend and holiday green fees will be $58 before 12 PM and $22 after 12 PM.

 Guests of Triple Crown pass holders receive an 18-hole discounted rate of $48 Monday-Thursday, $58 Friday-Sunday only when accompanied by a valid Triple Crown Club Pass Holder. Discount valid for up to three guests.

 Guest greens fee discounts do not apply to contracted group activity.

 Troon Rewards will be awarded for your Triple Crown Annual Pass. Any rounds earned through this program may only be used for yourself at other Troon Facilities.

 In accordance with State and Local Laws, outside alcohol may not be brought on nor consumed on the premise, including the parking lot. Any such items that are found will be confiscated and may result in the immediate termination of the annual pass.

 Ironhorse Golf Club represents and warrants that it follows all applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws, Ordinances, and Executive Orders. As such, all patrons are also expected to comply and follow such regulations. Any instance of willful and/or repeated disregard for such regulations, and/or other socially unacceptable behavior, may result in the immediate termination of the annual pass without refund of payment and permanent ban from the facility.

 Ironhorse Golf Club reserves the right to modify this program at any time without advanced notice.

 Ironhorse Golf Club reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time without advanced notice, but would honor the timeframe remaining on any outstanding Annual Passes.

 Ironhorse Golf Club reserves the right to terminate the annual pass for violation of the terms and conditions.
