Country Travel Restrictions and/or Special Conditions Afghanistan International • All international air traffic remains suspended until further notice. • Land borders with China, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are shut, although cargo and other essential traffic is exempt.

Domestic • Domestic flights are currently operating on a very limited basis. • All movement between Kabul and the other provinces is suspended, although the movement of essential goods and medical professionals are exempt.

Special Conditions • No more than four people are authorised to travel in vehicles. Police officers are issuing fines to those that do not adhere to the measures.

Åland Islands N/A Albania International • Albania has closed all sea, air, and land borders except for cargo and government organised repatriation flights. Albanian citizens and residents who are returning are required to quarantine in a government-authorized site for 14 days.

• A state of emergency is in effect until 23 June, public transportation is suspended, and travelling between some cities is banned, excluding taxis.

Special Conditions • Most gatherings have been suspended and strict measures are in place restricting internal movement to only essential workers and residents engaged in essential activities. • Permission to shop for essential goods will be granted to one person per household for a maximum of 2 hours with authorisation by the Albanian Police. • A curfew is in effect from 21:00 to 05:00 local time, with locations deemed ‘red areas’ facing extended curfew hours. • Restrictions specific to red or green areas are also in place regarding traveling to and from work as well as passengers allowed in vehicles. There are also restrictions on movement specific at the weekend.

Algeria International • Algeria has suspended non-cargo international flights and closed its land borders. • Ferry services are suspended until further notice.

Domestic • Domestic flights and public transit have also been cancelled. • A national curfew is in effect from 19:00-07:00 local time in most of Algeria’s prefectures, while nine other prefectures, including Algiers and Oran, have imposed a curfew from 17:00-07:00 local time. • Blida province is under a curfew from 14:00-07:00.

Special Conditions • Schools, mosques, public transportation, and restaurants are closed. • Gatherings of more than two individuals are prohibited. • Face masks are mandatory in all public places. • These domestic restrictions will last until at least 13 June.

American Samoa International • All international flights are suspended until further notice. • All entry has been suspended except for permanent residents. • All travelers must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test. • A mandatory 14-day quarantine will be imposed on all arrivals.

Domestic • A state of emergency is in effect until 1 June. Inter-island travel is suspended until further notice. • Public gatherings of more than 10 people are banned. • Non-essential businesses are closed and those that are open may operate from 06:00 to 18:00.

Special Conditions • Anyone over the age of 60 must remain home unless in the case of an emergency. • Schools are closed indefinitely.

Andorra International • The border with France is believed to remain open for departing French citizens and residents. • Restrictions are in effect at the Spanish border.

Domestic • Public transport in Andorra is operating at a reduced capacity.

Special Conditions • Most shops, except those selling food, medicine and fuel are closed. • The majority of schools and training centres are shut. • Staying at home as much as possible is being advised. • Wearing a face mask is mandatory in public. People are encouraged to stay four metres apart from each other.

Angola International • Angola has closed all land and sea borders other than for cargo traffic, humanitarian aid, and the transportation of ill travelers. • Authorities have suspended all international flights to and from the country and have stated that any arriving travelers that have been to China, France, Iran, South Korea, Portugal, or Spain, or had contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19 must quarantine for 14 days. This does not apply to citizens or residents.

Domestic • The government has relaxed a ban on commercial transit between provinces, but movement for leisure purposes is still suspended.

Special Conditions • A state of emergency is in place until at least 9 June and most large events and any gatherings over 50 people have been banned. • All non-essential shops are closed, and businesses must apply and provide reasoning justifying why they must continue work. • Essential services are only operating from 08:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday, with markets and vendors allowed to operate from 06:00-13:00, Tuesday through Saturday. • Schools are closed and access to and from the capital has been banned. • Residents are being asked to remain indoors other than to acquire food and other essential goods or services.

Anguilla International • All air and seaports are closed until 30 June but are subject for extension. • All travellers incoming from non-Caribbean countries will be subject to a 14-day quarantine upon arrival. • There are no restrictions on those wishing to leave the country, however, options are limited.

Domestic • The Public Health (Temporary Restrictions on Public Gatherings) Regulations, 2020, has expired. • Non-essential businesses have reopened as long as patrons and personnel adhere to social distancing. • Violation of social distancing measures can result in fines.

Antigua and International Barbuda • All flights to Antigua and Barbuda have been suspended until 4 June, exempting flights with special approval. • As of 1 June, V.C. Bird has reopened. • Regional carrier LIAT (Leeward Islands Air Transport) has suspended flight operations until 30 June. • Upon arrival, all passengers must wear face masks, complete a health declaration form, may be subject to health screenings, must present a negative COVID-19 test from within past 48 hours, and are required to enter a 14-day quarantine period. • Passengers arriving from the Dominican Republic must undergo a 14-day quarantine before departure, and a 14-day quarantine upon arrival in Antigua and Barbuda. • Furthermore, any non-Antigua and Barbuda national who has visited Canada, China, Europe, Japan, Singapore, South Korea or the United Stated in the past 28 days is not permitted to enter.

Domestic • A stage of emergency is still in place until 31 July.

Special Conditions • A nationwide curfew order is in effect daily between 21:00 and 05:00 local time. Movement during these hours is only permitted if seeking urgent medical attention. • The wearing of face masks is mandatory whilst in public places, especially when entering supermarkets and shops. • Some non-essential businesses such as retailers and hardware shops have reopened, but bars and nightclubs remain closed until further notice. • Hotels are being reopened provided they follow strict health protocols.4 • People may undertake exercise in open fields and on beaches. • All social gatherings are prohibited until further notice. • Failure to comply with any of the state of emergency regulations will result in either a fine of 5,000 East Caribbean dollars or six months imprisonment

Argentina International • All inbound international flights are suspended until 1 September and outbound flights are very limited. Argentine nationals are able to enter via land borders, however, they must self-isolate for 14 days.

Domestic • Domestic flights are suspended until 1 September.

• A nationwide mandatory quarantine is in effect until 7 June and it may be extended. Any restrictions on movement may vary by province or local area. • The availability and reopening of public transport are being assessed provincially.

Special Conditions • At this time only essential businesses are operating under strict restrictions. • Multiple cities including Cordoba attempted to ease lockdown restrictions but have since re-established quarantine measures after a surge in confirmed cases. • It is required in most parts of the country to cover your nose and mouth with a face mask or other garment whenever in public.

Armenia International • Most foreign travellers are prohibited from entering Armenia. • Land borders with Georgia and Iran are closed, although cargo movement is exempt. • Travellers arriving into Armenia must undergo medical screening and may be subject to isolation at a medical facility.

Domestic • A state of emergency is in place until at least 13 June. • Several COVID-19 restrictions have been eased. • Public transport has resumed operations provided social distancing measures are followed.

Special Conditions • Most businesses have been reopened. • A ban on public gatherings remains in effect. • It is mandatory to use face masks in public until further notice.

Aruba International • Government announced a tentative re-opening for inbound travel schedule to be between 15 June and 1 July. Subject to change. • An entry ban is in place, which prohibits all travellers, including residents, from entering Aruba until 31 May. • Those exempt from the ban include legal residents who have prior authorisation to enter, non-residents granted permission in special circumstances (e.g. medical personnel), and humanitarian flights and transfer flights with prior approval from the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA).

Domestic • A nationwide curfew ended on 28 May and ban on gatherings is lifted.

Special Conditions • Some businesses, including non-essential shops have reopened. • The number of people permitted entry in businesses must not exceed 15 people, including staff. • Businesses that are operating are required to close each day by 22:00 local time.

Australia International

• All Australian residents are banned from travelling overseas and all non-resident travellers are banned from entering Australia, apart from exceptional circumstances. • Travellers arriving to Australia are required to quarantine for 14 days in a designated facility.

Domestic • Internal flights in Australia are limited. • Travel between most states and territories is restricted to essential travel only. • Anybody moving across internal borders are advised to self-isolate for 14 days.

Special Conditions • Social distancing measures are in effect at places such as shops, cafes and restaurants. • All members of the public are urged to keep at least 1.5 metres distance from others. Restrictions are also in place on public transport at peak hours. • Gatherings of up to ten people are allowed, provided that social distancing measures are maintained. • Clubs, nightclubs, cinemas, casinos and indoor gyms have been closed.

Austria International • Austria has relaxed border restrictions with Germany, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein, but their borders with Slovenia and Italy remain closed. • Land borders with Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic have reopened. • Arrival by air is prohibited to non-Schengen/EU nationals coming from non- Schengen countries, except for essential workers. • Those arriving from Schengen countries and via opened land borders must produce a medical certificate no more than four days old proving a negative COVID-19 test result. • Citizens and residents are required to self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival or produce a medical certificate. • is expected to resume limited international flight schedules on 15 June.

Domestic • Face masks are compulsory on public transport.

Special Conditions • All events and gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited. • The government has allowed all shops to reopen as well as restaurants, given that new hygiene measures are practiced. • Face masks are compulsory in all shops. • As of 29 May, accommodations, tourist sites, pools, and other leisure spaces reopened.

Azerbaijan International • Restrictions on travelling to and out of Azerbaijan by air or land are in force until 15 June, except for cargo and charter flights. • Borders are closed with Iran until 15 June. • Borders are closed with Georgia until 15 June. anvilgroup.com Page 6 of 103

Domestic • A state of emergency is in place until at least 22:00 local time on 22 June in Nagorno-Karabakh. Most travellers will be denied entry into the region during this period. • Azerbaijan has extended special quarantine regime until 15 June while relaxing some of the lockdown rules o Restrictions in connection with the number of employees of state structures in Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Lankaran and Absheron district have been abolished. o The activity of large shopping centres and malls on the territory of the country is resumed (except for children's and entertainment centers, cinemas, public catering facilities). o Sports competitions can be held in the open air without spectator participation. o Restaurants, cafes, tea houses and all public catering facilities in Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Lankaran and Absheron district are serviced on site from 08:00 to 22:00 local time (except for hookah use and organisation of mass festivals with participation of more than 10 people in all public catering facilities of the country). • Violation of the rules entails administrative and criminal liability as provided by law. • The ban on transportation of passengers by buses and rail from Baku to other regions of the country remains in force.

Special Conditions • It is mandatory to wear a face mask and carry identity papers when in public.

Bahamas International • All ports of entry have been closed until further notice. • Citizens of the Bahamas must test negative for COVID-19 and present proof before returning. • Private charters are still able to operate under restrictions at the discretion of Bahamian officials. • There are no restrictions on those seeking to leave the country; however, options are limited.

Domestic • A state of emergency is in effect until 29 June. • The government is establishing a five-phase reopening plan which will outline a gradual easing of restrictions. o The country is currently in Phase 3. • All Family Islands, with the exception of New Providence, Grand Bahama and Bimini, may now resume normal commercial activity, effective Tuesday 2 June. • The 24-hour weekday curfew will be lifted for all islands, and reduced to 21:00 to 05:00 Monday to Friday, starting Tuesday following the Whit Monday holiday. Exercise will be permitted Monday to Friday 5am – 9pm beyond one’s immediate neighbourhood (all times local). • Weekend lockdowns will remain in effect from Fridays 21:00 to Mondays 05:00. • New Providence, Grand Bahama and Bimini may now hold worship services in the sanctuary starting Saturday 6 June following strict protocols. • Also, effective Tuesday, 2 June, commencement and graduation ceremonies, funerals, and weddings, in groups of no more than thirty may take place with the approval of the competent authority. • All non-essential storefront businesses may operate in-store hours Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00, effective 2 June, on New Providence, Grand Bahama and Bimini. This includes, furniture stores, clothing, cosmetic, jewelry and other miscellaneous retail. • Restaurants (except for curbside and deliveries), bars, gyms, hair salons and barbershops, movie theaters, cultural facilities and entertainment facilities remain closed on New Providence, Grand Bahama and Bimini. • Gaming House operators may operate with physical distancing and sanitisation protocols, 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, effective 2 June. • During the Whit Monday and Labour Day holidays, weekend lockdown measures will be in effect; however, food stores will be permitted to open 06:00-19:00, and food takeaways and drive-thrus and restaurants providing takeaway and delivery and curbside services may operate 06:00 to 19:30. • A number of professional services may now operate with extended hours, including law firms, justices of the peace and real estate agencies until 17:00. Financial services businesses, including accounting services, may also operate 09:00-17:00 with physical distancing and sanitisation protocols.

Special Conditions • Inter-island travel is being restricted and is possible by obtaining a COVID-19 Travel Card from health officials.

Bahrain International • Entry to Bahrain is limited only to citizens and foreigners holding residence permits, with some exceptions. • Visa upon arrival services have been suspended until further notice. • All arriving passengers are being tested for COVID-19 and are required to self- quarantine for 14-days regardless of the test result. • The land border with Saudi Arabia via the King Fahd Causeway remains closed.

Domestic N/A Special Conditions • Non-essential shops are closed, as are schools and universities. • Gatherings of more than five people are prohibited. • Masks are mandatory in public spaces.

Bangladesh International • The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh has extended a ban on scheduled passenger flights with all countries, except China, until at least 15 June. • International rail services with India are suspended. • All travellers arriving in Bangladesh are required to undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine, regardless of nationality and traveller type.

• Furthermore, all foreigners arriving in Bangladesh must submit a health certificate obtained within 72 hours prior to their arrival indicating that they are COVID-19 free, in addition to a valid visa.

Domestic • Lockdown measures have largely been eased. • Flight operations on domestic routes are being re-introduced since 1 June. o Flights will resume on all routes within a week if all the airports are ready.

Special Conditions • Only educational institutions remain closed.

Barbados International • Barbados has closed Grantley Adams International Airport and commercial traffic is suspended until 30 June. Exceptions are being made for medical evacuations and other authorised flights. • All arrivals are required to submit to a 14-day quarantine at a government facility, while citizens and residents may quarantine at home.

Domestic • A state of public emergency is in place until 30 June. • Curfew hours have been amended to the following o From Monday to Thursday the shutdown hour for Barbados will be 22:00- 05:00 (local time). o From Friday through Sunday the shutdown hours are 20:00-05:00. • Restrictions on beach access will be lifted from 2 June. The public will be permitted to visit between 05:00-18:30 daily. o Persons will be expected to comply with physical distancing protocols.

Special Conditions • All retail operators have been given approval to reopen their doors with effect from 1 June. However, these are not unconditional re-openings.

Belarus International • International travel to and from is still permitted, but all arrivals from countries affected by COVID-19 have to self-isolate for 14 days, excluding passengers in transit. • Borders are open but delays are likely due to enhanced screening. • Neighbouring countries have closed their borders with Belarus.

Special Conditions • Airlines is requiring travelers to wear facemasks on flights and while going through check-in and security screening at National Airport. • All businesses are allowed to operate as long as they adhere to social distancing measures.

Belgium International • Belgium has closed its borders to non-essential movements until at least 8 June. This is being enforced by entry and exit checks conducted at all border points. • Citizens and permanent residents arriving in the country must self-quarantine for 14 days.

Domestic • Only essential travel is permitted until at least 7 June. • Masks are required on public transit and in other public locations where social distancing cannot be practiced.

Special Conditions • Public gatherings are banned, and public events are suspended until at least 31 August. • Gatherings in religious places are also prohibited. • Markets have reopened and some school classes have resumed.

Belize International • All borders are closed, and international flights are suspended to Philip Goldon International Airport in Belize. • Exceptions have been made for citizens, residents, and diplomats who are allowed to cross the land border at Santa Elena. • All travelers arriving in the country are required to quarantine for 14 days.

Domestic • Belize is in a limited lockdown and has extended the state of emergency until 30 June. • Domestic air, land, and sea travel is permitted for essential purposes, and Philip Goldon International Airport is currently offering limited domestic flights. • A curfew is in effect from 20:00 to 05:00 local time, and the all-day Sunday curfew has been lifted. • Cross-district travel is now permitted

Special Conditions • Hotels, open-air restaurants, and some other businesses have reopened as long as they adhere to social distancing and other safety measures. • Face masks are required in public.

Benin International • Borders are closed to all non-essential travel and there are limited flight options to the country with almost no options out of Benin. • Arrivals are required to submit to a COVID-19 test and will be quarantined in a government-selected hotel for 14 days, all at the traveler’s expense.

Domestic • Public transportation is suspended, but most locations are allowing inter-city travel in private vehicles. • Movement between more vulnerable communities has been restricted.

Special Conditions • Most non-essential businesses are closed and gatherings of over 10 people are prohibited. Gatherings at religious venues are prohibited. • Social distancing and face masks are required in public.

Bermuda International • A travel ban is in place for all commercial flights and seaports are suspended until further notice. • Those exempt from the ban include legal residents, crew member of a cargo or commercial aircraft or cargo shift, or has written permission of the Quarantine Authority of Bermuda to enter • All person entering Bermuda will be subject to a 14-day quarantine.

Domestic • Phase two “expansion of services” is in effect which allows the gradual reopening of non-essential businesses. A curfew is in effect from 22:00 and 06:00. • Limited ferry and bus public transportation is operational.

Special Conditions • Face masks are required to be worn in public. Some non-essential businesses are able to operate on alphabetical shopping days. • Physical distancing and gatherings limited to no more than ten people.

Bhutan International • All borders with neighboring countries have been closed and travel is suspended until further notice with the exception for Bhutanese nationals. • Visas on Arrival are temporarily suspended. • All travelers entering the country are subject to a 21-day quarantine.

Domestic • There are no travel restrictions to travel within the country. • Increased security and prevention measures have been set up in Sarpang and Samtse districts.

Bolivia International • Bolivia has closed all land borders and suspended commercial flights.

Domestic • A ‘dynamic quarantine’ is in place through 30 June where towns and cities are being classified as either high, medium, or moderate risk based on data that is reassessed every 7 days. • Cities classified as ‘high’ risk are not allowing private or public transportation, have strict restrictions in place regarding when people can leave home and who is permitted to leave, and face an almost 24/7 curfew. • Cities classified as ‘medium’ risk have suspended public transportation, are allowing private vehicles to travel at limited times with government authorization and have a anvilgroup.com Page 11 of 103

curfew in place from 17:00 to 05:00 local time. These cities also have restrictions on movement for leisure. • Cities classified as ‘moderate’ risk are allowing some private and public transport, have implemented a 19:00 to 05:00 curfew, and have more relaxed restrictions regarding movement for leisure and work.

Special Conditions • Religious sites, social areas, and sporting areas are allowed to operate at limited capacity. • Departmental and municipal governments can determine what commercial activity and other services and activities to allow if not governed by the national decree and may impose additional restrictions as well. • Schools are closed and public events and gatherings have been cancelled. • Individuals must adhere to social distancing measures and facemasks are required in indoor and outdoor public places.

Bonaire, Sint International Eustatius and Saba Bonaire • Entry to Bonaire is restricted to all travellers, except for legal residents of Bonaire. • Bonaire has announced a tentative opening of the Flamingo International Airport for some time after 15 June. Saba • Residents of Saba who are returning to the island can return home but will have to go into self-quarantine for 14 days. • Cargo boats are still able to travel to Saba, as well as the ferries and airlines, although their schedules may change because of the decrease in passenger travel. • Saba’s borders remain closed and the 14-day quarantine period is still in effect for persons returning to the island. Sint Eustatius • Flights from the United States of America, Europe, and other locations with risk of COVID-19 have been suspended. • Passengers travelling from locations with widespread sustained transmission of COVID-19 must ensure they isolate themselves (in self-quarantine) for 14 days upon arrival.

Domestic Bonaire • No lockdown has been implemented and COVID-19 restrictions are being eased. • Social distancing is still enforced. • Gatherings with more than 50 people are still prohibited. Saba • Most services have reopened but strict hygiene and social distancing measures are in effect. Sint Eustatius • The emergency ordinance in effect for the island expired on 15 May.

• Swimming, religious services, restaurants, bars and the casino are allowed again providing people obey social distancing guidelines, and not allow more than 50 people on the premises.

Bosnia and International Herzegovina • The country’s four international airports are gradually resuming operations from 1 June on. • Land borders with Croatia, Serbia, and Montenegro have also reopened on 1 June. • Entry is restricted for foreign nationals except residents, diplomats, EUFOR/NATO staff and other essential workers. Residents from Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia are being permitted entry. • Those arriving in Bosnia and Herzegovina are required to self-isolate for 14 days. Citizens are exempt from this order.

Domestic • Domestic public transport is partially operating.

Special Conditions • Most public venues have reopened on the condition that only one person is in ten square metres of space. • It is compulsory to wear a face mask when outside in public spaces.

Botswana International • All of Botswana's borders are closed, except for residents and citizens. • There are currently no commercial flights in to or out of the country. • Nationals and residents of Botswana will be quarantined for 14 days. • Travellers can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.

Domestic • The country is still divided into nine geographical zones, and movement between zones requires an essential travel permit. • Those travelling within their zone of residence do not require movement permits; however, this can change depending on threat level.

Special Conditions • All businesses have been allowed to reopen, subject to government guidelines, including temperature screening, admittance of no more than 10 people, cleaning and disinfecting two to three times per day, hand sanitising upon entry and throughout the establishment, and a register of all who enter. • Wearing of face masks is mandatory. • The Government announced the end of extreme social distancing measures as of 21 May.

Brazil International • Brazilian authorities have banned the entry of foreigners via land or air into Brazil regardless of their nationality. • These restrictions are in place until 22 June. • Specific exceptions are made for cargo transportation workers, diplomats, and immediate family members of Brazilian citizens. anvilgroup.com Page 13 of 103

Domestic • Domestic travel varies depending on state guidelines and is subject to change.

Special Conditions • Many “essential” businesses remain open including restaurants, gyms, and hair salons.

British Virgin Islands International • Border entry points are closed to all travelers including nationals until 06:00 on 2 June, except for cargo vessels. • Border entry will open to approved returning residents on 2 June through Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport only. Returning residents will be required to self- quarantine for 14 days. • Non-resident visitors are not expected to be permitted to visit until 1 September.

Domestic • A curfew is in effect from 19:00 to 06:00 until Sunday, 7 June. Some non-essential businesses have been allowed to reopen with permission from the government. • Internal travel between the four main islands of Anegada, Tortola, Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke is allowed.

Special conditions • Face masks are required to be worn in public and social distancing is to be observed until further notice.

Brunei International • All travelers, including transit passengers are not allowed entrance into the country. Citizens, nationals, and those with approval by the immigration department are permitted, though must undergo a 14-day self-isolation at a monitoring centre, paying the government the cost of their stay in the facility. • All visa exemptions and Visas on Arrival are temporarily suspended. • Royal Brunei Airlines is operating flights to Kuala Lampur twice per week in June. Limited service also remains to Singapore, Melbourne, Hong Kong, and Manila; however, these countries have enacted polices barring most foreign citizens entering or transiting via their airports.

Domestic • All mass gatherings are banned including religious gatherings, weddings, and sporting events. • Citizens and foreign residents are not allowed to leave the country with exemptions for medical care, court hearings, or studies abroad. Permission for travel must be approved by the Prime Minister’s Office.

Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, or Slovenia. • Bulgarian citizens and their families are also permitted to enter. • Passengers who hold a Bulgarian permanent or long-term residence permit, and their families, will be allowed to enter and passengers will be permitted to travel to a third country via Bulgaria. • All travellers arriving in Bulgaria will be required to undergo a 14-day quarantine.

Special Conditions • From 3 June, businesses will begin to reopen at reduced capacity and with social distancing in place. Shopping centers and public transport will also resume operation from this date.

DR Congo International • All international commercial flights are suspended, although cargo and other emergency services are still operating. • Land and maritime borders are closed but cargo and other emergency services are exempt. • Travellers that are permitted entry into the country are subjected to screening upon arrival, present a completed Health Sanitary Card and enter into a mandatory 14- day quarantine.

Domestic • A state of emergency is in place until 6 June. • Self-isolation for people at risk including those over 60 years old is mandatory. • Only essential services are operational. Most public venues including restaurants, schools and universities are closed. • On 20 May, Goma city entered a 14-day confinement, which prohibits travel into or out of the city and implements a curfew from 20:00 to 05:00. • Curfews are in place in North Kivu and Lualaba province.

Egypt International • International commercial flights have been suspended indefinitely. • Flights exempted include humanitarian flights, medevac, repatriation flights, technical landings and United Nations flights. • All returning citizens are required to agree to go through a mandatory quarantine before being allowed to board flights home through a 14-day quarantine in a location determined by the Health Ministry.

Domestic • Domestic and cargo flights are allowed to operate. • From 30 May, a curfew is running from 20:00 to 06:00 indefinitely. • The governorates of North Sinai and al-Arish have curfews from 19:00 to 06:00 and 01:00 to 06:00 respectively.

Qualification criteria is set by the Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department; the expanded quarantine exemption will expire 7 June. • All inbound travellers from all flights to Hong Kong are required to take a shuttle bus from Hong Kong International Airport immediately to the temporary specimen collection centre at AsiaWorld-Expo to collect deep throat saliva samples and submit the samples at the venue for conducting COVID-19 test.

Domestic • Social distancing restrictions (1.5 metres) have been extended through until 4 June.

Special Conditions • In line with some easing, those in Hong Kong can again attend some restaurants, cafes, gyms, cinemas, bathhouses, party rooms, karaoke bars, and nightclubs, and beauty parlours, as long as social distancing is adhered to. • The ban on public gatherings has increased from four to eight. • Owing to several new local transmission clusters, officials are elevating testing as a control mechanism. • As restrictions related to coronavirus (COVID-19) are lifted, pro-democracy demonstrations have restarted, with clashes between demonstrators and police. Hungary International • Passengers arriving at ’s Liszt Ferenc International Airport (except business travellers from Czech Republic, Poland, South Korea, Germany, Austria and Slovakia) will undergo a compulsory medical test upon arrival. Depending on the test’s result, they may be taken to hospital quarantine or ordered to stay in home quarantine for 14 days. • Nationals of the following six countries can enter Hungary for business purposes: Czech Republic, Poland, South Korea, Germany, Austria and Slovakia. • The measure also applies to Hungarian citizens who have made business trips to the six countries listed if they are employees of domestic firms or of Czech, Polish,

Israel International • Israel has closed its land borders with Egypt and Jordan and has suspended crossings with Gaza. • Passengers are not allowed to enter Israel unless they are a citizen, resident, or have their lives based in the country until at least 15 June. • All international arrivals are required to quarantine in a government facility for 14- days, with case-by-case exceptions being made for those who wish to quarantine at home and have applied for permission beforehand.

Domestic • Tel Aviv airport is closed. • Malls, markets, gyms, restaurants, hotels, and some shops have been permitted to reopen with some social distancing restrictions in place. • The number of people who will be allowed to ride a public bus has increased, 75% capacity, up to 46 passengers. • Trains have not started running again. • Schools remain open.

Italy International • Partial border closures remain in effect until 4 June at all ports of entry. • Exceptions are being made for Italian nationals returning from travel abroad, individuals with justifiable business in Italy, and those transiting Italy to reach their country of residence. For the latter, the trip must last no longer than 24 hours, though this can be extended by 12 hours in certain circumstances. • On entry to the country, Italy has imposed a 14-day self-quarantine in a home or hotel. • Business travelers visiting the country for justifiable work purposes can postpone their quarantine for 72 hours and are able to extend the postponement for an additional 48 hours under certain circumstances.

They would, however, be subject to health status screening (including temperature checks and symptom observation). • Everyone is required to go through a sensitisation programme with a public-health official using flyers and audio-visuals.

Domestic • During the period 1-14 June a curfew will be imposed from 21:00-05:00, daily. • The curfew hours are to be relaxed from 15 June to 30 June, during which time the measure is to run from 22:00-05:00. o During the curfew hours, operators of licensed public passenger vehicles, whether state or privately operated, are to be allowed to operate one hour after the measure comes into force, to make their way home. o Transport operators are not allowed to transport passengers in their vehicles during the extra hour that they are allotted. o There are no restrictions on businesses other than that they are obliged to abide by the curfew hours. • Social distancing is being enforced and it is mandatory to wear masks in public spaces until 30 June • Groups of more than ten people have been banned until 30 June. • Anyone over the age of 70 is required to stay a home.

Domestic • The nationwide state of emergency has been lifted. • On 1 June, Japan further eased restrictions on social and economic activities in urban areas, paving the way for children to return to school in the Tokyo metropolitan area for the first time in three months with some conditions. • Tokyo and other major cities are beginning to ease restrictions on movement and commerce. • Many tourist spots across Japan have reopened, with precautions in place.

Malaysia International • A Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) has been extended until to 9 June 2020. As part of this Order, all foreigners are banned from entering the country, except for permanent residents, holders of diplomatic and official passports and long-term pass holders working in the country’s essential services sector. • Foreign nationals are permitted to depart the country. • A 14-day mandatory quarantine has been imposed for travellers arriving into the country, including Malaysian citizens, diplomats, diplomatic and consular staff and foreigners, including permanent residents and dependents of Long-Term Pass holders. Martinique International • Anyone entering the territory of Martinique will be placed in quarantine at their choice in their home in a hotel-type establishment for a period of fourteen days from their arrival. • To enter the French Overseas Territories, you will need to complete a travel certificate.

Domestic • France has classified Martinique as 'Green' concerning its COVID-19 assessment matrix, meaning restrictions are being eased. • To travel within or to transit through French Overseas Territories, you should complete an Attestation de déplacement dérogatoire to certify your reason for travel. You can carry a physical copy or an electronic version of this “attestation” (declaration). This declaration should be completed before starting your journey. • Internal transport plans are being formulated. Wearing a mask is compulsory in public transport.

Qatar International • Inbound flights to Qatar are suspended until further notice, although transit and cargo flights are exempt. • Non-Qatari citizens are banned from travelling into the country, apart for exceptional circumstances.

Domestic • Public transport, including the metro and buses, has been suspended. • No more than two people are allowed in a vehicle unless using a taxi or other hired driving service • It is also compulsory to have Qatar’s contact tracing app, Ehteraz, downloaded and working on your smartphone whenever outside.

Réunion International • Only French nationals and residents are currently authorised to enter.

Russia International • International travel restrictions still apply, with some exemptions largely for Russian nationals and diplomats.

Domestic • Anyone arriving from UK designated Category 1 or 2 countries who within 14 days develop symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath should immediately: Stay indoors and avoid contact with other people as you would with the flu /call the Hospital to inform them of your symptoms and recent travel to the country. • Cruise ships are currently not permitted to the island.

Domestic • Domestic flights are suspended. • Authorities in Somaliland have announced that all travelers will undergo enhanced screening measures and will be quarantined for 14 days in a government-designated location.

South Africa International • South Africa has created restrictions on travelers coming from high-risk or medium- risk countries. • High-risk countries are China, France, Iran, Italy, South Korea, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States. • Visas granted to citizens of these countries will be revoked and foreign nationals who have traveled to the aforementioned countries will not be allowed entry. • Travelers coming from medium-risk countries (Hong Kong, Portugal, and Singapore) will be subject to additional screening measures when applying for entry. • Multiple land borders with Botswana, Eswatini, Nambia, Lesotho, and Mozambique have been closed to limit the entry points available.

South Korea International • All international travelers entering South Korea will be required to undergo a 14-day quarantine. • Long-term travelers and residents will be required to quarantine at home, while short-term travelers will be required to quarantine in a government-designated facility at the cost of $100 USD per night. • Exemptions can be made for those traveling on business, humanitarian, academic, or diplomatic purposes, but they must receive prior approval from the South Korean government. • Individuals transiting through Incheon International Airport to other countries will not be required to quarantine but must submit to health screening measures at the airport. • Commercial departures out of South Korea are not being restricted, but availability may be limited

South Sudan International • Juba International Airport has been reopened with both international and domestic flights resuming. • Arriving passengers must quarantine for 14 days and provide a certificate with negative COVID-19 test results. • Ethiopian Airlines has approval to run flights between Addis Ababa and Juba every Thursday in May. These flights do not get confirmed until the last minute, and recent experience suggests they only happen if demand is high enough. • Also, ensure you have a confirmed ticket for an onward flight from Addis Ababa within 72hrs of arrival to avoid an obligatory (14 days) quarantine in Ethiopia.

Domestic • A nationwide curfew is in place from 20:00 to 06:00. • Some public transport is available as long as social distancing measures are followed.

Special Conditions • Nonessential businesses are allowed to operate within the hours permitted by the curfew. • Large gatherings including sporting, religious, and political events are banned.

Spain International • Spain has closed its borders to all travelers other than Spanish citizens, personnel transporting goods, diplomats, health care professionals, and residents from the European Union traveling to their residence. • Those entering the country are required to quarantine for 14-days. • The temporary restriction of non-essential flights from the European Union and associated Schengen countries has been extended until 15 June.

Domestic • The government has implemented stringent restrictions on movement inside the country, with citizens being asked to remain home except to go buy groceries, medicine, essential goods, or for traveling to work. • Spain has announced that they will be looking to relax COVID-19 measures, with borders expecting to reopen by 1 July. • The country will stay under lockdown until at least 7 June. The Prime Minister has asked parliament to extend this order through 21 June, but it has yet to be confirmed.

Sudan International • All commercial flights to Sudan have been cancelled and land borders have been closed. • Exceptions are being made for humanitarian and commercial shipments, and the repatriation of Sudanese nationals.

Domestic • Movement between cities and states in Sudan is currently prohibited. • Several states have blocked their borders, creating ground transportation disruptions.

Special Conditions • A nationwide curfew is in effect between 18:00 and 06:00. An Emergency Order has been signed permitting police and armed forces to fine and imprison people who break curfew. • A 24-hour lockdown is in effect in Khartoum until 2 June, which permits residents to run essential errands in their respective neighborhoods only. • Inflation has topped 100%, making it extremely difficult for millions of people to survive.

Suriname International

Tourists from Norway only will be eligible to visit, without the need to quarantine. • The current ban on non-resident foreigners entering the country has been extended until 20 August. • There are some exceptions and the possibility of the ban being lifted earlier for residents of Nordic countries, but this is yet to be confirmed.

United Kingdom International • There are no current international travel restrictions for inbound passengers, although a 14-day quarantine will be required from 8 June. • The FCO advises British people against all non-essential travel worldwide. This applies for an indefinite period due to unprecedented international border closures and other restrictions.

Domestic • Lockdown restrictions are being eased, with variations between the four nations. Variations in the easing process could lead to domestic travel restrictions; monitor for the latest guidance. • The UK government is operating a five-tier coronavirus alert scale; the country is currently at Level 4 but is gradually moving towards Level 3.

Face coverings are required for those over the age of 12 when in public places. • District of Columbia – Washington DC is under a stay at home order until 8 June. Nonessential businesses are closed. Face coverings must be worn in stores. • Florida - Visitors from virus hotspots including Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Louisiana are encouraged to self-isolate for 14 days after arrival in the state. Patrons and employees at businesses in some cities are required to wear masks. • Georgia - Nonessential businesses and restaurants are allowed to open, as long as social distancing measures are in place. Gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited unless 6-foot distancing can be maintained. • Hawaii - All travelers arriving in Hawaii are required to self-quarantine for 14 days, unless there to perform critical infrastructure or emergency response functions.
