The Experimental Traffic (Various Roads) ( and ) Order 1965 The Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that he intends to make ah Order under section 28 of the Road Traffic Act 1962 the effect of which will be, in the Metropolitan Boroughs of Islington and Stoke Newington, to: (1) institute one-way traffic working in the parts of road specified in Schedule 1 hereto ; (2) prohibit the right-hand turn from Mildmay Park into Mildmay Road ; (3) prohibit the left-hand turn from into Albion Road ; (4) prohibit vehicles proceeding in the southern arm of from entering Ferntower Road ; (5) compel the left-hand turn from Mildmay Road into Mildmay Park ; and (6) impose restrictions on waiting by vehicles between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive in the parts of road specified in Schedule 2 hereto including the first 45 feet of all adjoining . side roads except Church Walk, Watson Street and Winston Road. Exemptions will be provided to permit vehicles to wait in order to pick up or set down passengers, to load and unload goods, to carry out essential services or when used by local authorities in pursuance of statutory powers or duties. (NOTE. This scheme of traffic control replaces and extends that which is at present in operation in the area by Regulations made by the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis.)
