The meeting opened at 3.05 pm on Monday, 22 April 2002, with Marie-Hélène Gillig, 1st Vice-Chair, in the chair.
1. Adoption of draft agenda PE 316.338

The following items were postponed to 23 April: - Insolvency (report Bouwman) - EU-SILC (report Bouwman)
The following items were postponed to a later committee meeting: - Vote on opinion on Road transport (Andersson) - Community strategy on health and safety (Hughes) - Fundamental rights (Voggenhuber)
Changes in the order of the agenda: - It was decided to take the vote on corporate social responsibility (report Howitt) as the first point on 23 April.
The draft agenda was adopted in the form shown in these minutes.
