O conteúdo deste catálogo é fruto de pesquisas realizadas em oficinas, montadoras, distribuidores, autorizadas e no mercado, podendo assim, apresentar variações e submeter-se a alterações sem aviso prévio. Nosso objetivo é fornecer o maior número de informações, buscando sempre a melhor forma de apresentação. Quantidade de peças por veículo / Cantidad de piezas por vehículo Observação / Observaciones Observações / Observaciones I RECOMENDAÇÕES / RECOMENDACIONES Os rolamentos são protegidos contra ferrugem e podem ser armazenados em suas embalagens originais por longo tempo (aproximadamente 3 anos a partir da data de embalagem). Recomendamos a armazenagem em local adequado, com temperatura ambiente constante, e umidade relativa de no máximo 60%. Os rolamentos somente devem ser retirados de suas embalagens originais no ato da montagem no veículo ou equipamento a que se destinam, evitando contaminação que possa comprometer o desempenho e a vida útil. A montagem deve ser efetuada com ferramentas adequadas existentes no mercado, observando se o estado das contrapeças (eixos e alojamentos) ainda atendem às especificações dimensionais e de acabamento. A lubrificação deve ser efetuada com graxas e óleos de qualidade que atendam às especificações para cada aplicação, conforme recomendações dos catálogos de rolamentos e/ou do fabricante do veículo ou equipamento. Rolamentos vedados estão lubrificados para a vida útil, porém não devem ser estocados por mais de 2 anos. A graxa após este período pode se tornar muito consistente com a perda de qualidade. Los rodamientos están protegidos contra herrumbre y pueden ser almacenados en sus embalajes originales por largo tiempo (aproximadamente 3 años a partir de la fecha de empaque). Recomendamos el almacenamiento en lugar adecuado, a temperatura ambiente constante y humedad relativa de, como máximo, 60%. Los rodamientos solamente deben ser retirados de sus embalajes originales en el acto del montaje en el vehículo o equipamiento al que está destinado, evitando contaminación que pueda comprometer el desempeño y la vida útil. El montaje debe ser efectuado con herramientas adecuadas existentes en el mercado, observando si el estado de las contrapiezas (ejes y alojamientos) todavía atienden las especificaciones dimensionales y de acabado. Para lubricación, son recomendados aceites y grasas de calidad que atiendan las especificaciones para cada aplicación, conforme a las recomendaciones de los catálogos de rodamientos y/o del fabricante del vehículo o equipamiento. Los rodamientos obturados están lubricados para toda la vida útil, sin embargo, no deben ser almacenados por más de 2 años. La grasa, después de ese período, se puede tornar muy consistente, teniendo como resultado la pérdida de calidad. Production The Volkswagen Polo and the Volkswagen T-Cross are manufactured at Pamplona. 320,523 vehicles were produced at the plant in 2019: 177,672 Polo, 142,851 T-Cross. Management Emilio Sáenz is plant manager at Pamplona and General Manager of Volkswagen Navarra, S.A . Sáenz joined the Volkswagen Group in 1989 and started his career as a technical management assistant at SEAT. After various positions within the Group he became assembly manager at Volkswagen Autoeuropa in 2000. In 2007 he became General Manager of Volkswagen Navarra S.A. and assumed responsibility for the plant management of the Pamplona location. From November 2011, Sáenz was Chairman of the Executive Board of Volkswagen Argentina, before being appointed General Manager and Plant Manager of Volkswagen Navarra again in April 2014.
