General Manager (Production) Presently, Serving in the Rank Of General Manager (Production) Presently, serving in the rank of Captain in Bangladesh Navy having 26 years of progressively responsible experience of active services in Navy and in other affiliated military organizations. During the various course of duties he gained professional competence and knowledge of theories and concepts relevant to military planning at the strategic and operational level. He is a detail‐oriented, military‐trained leader with both marine and aviation engineering training and have a proven track record for completing projects/assignments on time and within budget. Captain vast supervisory, staff, instructional, visiting and training experiences at both national and multi‐national environment. He has completed Higher Staff Course from Defense Services Command and Staff College, Bangladesh and has served as Directing Staff (Instructor/Trainer) in Naval Junior Staff College. Besides his Higher Staff Course, he has completed number of highly specialized and professional courses both at home and abroad. Some mentionable training includes Ground Supply Officers Course by US Marine Corps (Basic Course for USMC Supply Officers), ISO Awareness & Internal Audit Course in Bangladesh, Marine Engineering Specialization Course in Bangladesh, Air Engineering Specialization Course by Naval Institute of Aeronautical Technology (NIAT) of India (an MSc Equivalent Course), AW109E (AgustaWest Land Helicopter) Type Training (both Theoretical and Practical) from Italy etc. My academic qualification includes BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Master in Defense Studies etc. Captain has vast travelling experience which includes countries like USA, India, Singapore, Italy, China and Ivory Coast etc. This has made him enriched with the experience of multinational culture, vast diversity, knowledge and widened his vision that are very useful to work in any national/ international environment. So far, he has served in all range of ships and establishments of Bangladesh Navy. This is his first assignment in Dockyard/ Shipyard. He is determined to exhale here to the fullest.
