1. Notice is hereby given that elections are to be held for ONE COUNTY COUNCILLOR for each of the Electoral Areas listed below.

2. Nomination papers may be obtained from THE ELECTORAL SERVICES OFFICE, OAKLANDS, OAKLANDS ROAD, HAYWARDS HEATH RH16 1SS

3. Nomination papers must be delivered to THE ELECTORAL SERVICES OFFICE, OAKLANDS, OAKLANDS ROAD, HAYWARDS HEATH RH16 1SS, on any day from the date of this notice, but not later than 4pm on 7 May 2009.

4. If an election is contested, the poll will take place on the THURSDAY, 4 JUNE 2009.

5. All new applications to be included on the electoral register for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at OAKLANDS, OAKLANDS ROAD, HAYWARDS HEATH RH16 1SS on 19 May 2009

6. All new applications and amendments in respect of postal voting must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at OAKLANDS, OAKLANDS ROAD, HAYWARDS HEATH, by 5pm on 19 May 2009, if they are to be effective for this election. All new applications in respect of proxy voting must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at OAKLANDS, OAKLANDS ROAD, HAYWARDS HEATH, by 5pm on 27 May 2009, if they are to be effective for this election. Applications for an emergency proxy vote on the grounds of an unforeseen medical condition must be received by 5pm on 4 June 2009.
