Minnesanteckningar Från Sur Öl Till Finöl ! Minnesanteckningar Från sur öl till finöl ! Årets första provning inleddes på Jakob Hansens hus, i vår mysiga vinkällare. Det kom denna kväll 11 triggade och sugna medlemmar som efter vår förra provning hade en lite sur smak kvar på gommen men kunde se fram emot att få läska sig med fin öl, som utlovats. Välkomstölen var en frisk Oude Geuze som bestod av en blandning av en ett, två och treårig Lambic som lagrats på ekfat som jag tror de flesta tyckte var god. Som första provning serverades alla fem ölsorterna samtidigt vilket verkade uppskattas av de flesta. Kvällens frågor var svåra och utmanande, man kunde få lite hjälp om man tittade i programmet som tyvärr var lite svårläst i vår skumma lokal. Detta till trots var det många som hade svarat rätt på många av frågorna och ölen. Det börjar se ut som en vana, men kvällens vinnare var som vanligt Per Nordström. Bryggerierna är alla utrustade med högkvalitativa bryggningsanläggningar som garanterar kvaliteten på Trappist®-ölet. Vi känner säkert alla till att Trappistöl kommer från bland annat Belgien, Frankrike och Nederländerna. Men i hur många länder produceras det Trappistöl? Orval - Orval Trappist®, produced by Orval abbey En trappist-produkt behöver inte vara öl även om det är detta vi tänker på i första hand. Den kan också vara ost, choklad, bröd, jäst, likör, tvål. Vad krävs för att kunna använda etiketten på en Trappist®-produkt? 1 Alla produkter köps in från andra kloster om dessa inte tillverkas inom den egna omgivningen. Produktionen måste utföras av eremiter eller anakoreter. Vinst från produktionen delas mellan kloster som ingår i International Trappist Association (ITA) X Alla produkter måste göras inom klostrets omedelbara omgivning. Produktionen måste utföras under munkar eller nunnor. Vinster ska vara avsedda för de egna behovet, eller för utvecklingsprojekt och välgörenhetsarbeten. 2 Alla produkter eller ingredienser köps in av den lokala näringen i området. Produkterna skall vara närodlade Abboten eller Abbedissan är den som avgör vem som får tillverka Trappist- produkter och delar ut etiketten Verksamheten skall inte generera någon vinst Belgisk öl är ofta förknippad med Ale. Den Belgiska alestilen är indelade i följande klasser: Belgisk mörk ale, Abt och Kvadrupel, Dubbel, Bière de garde, Trippel, Belgisk ljus ale Det saknas en sort som hör hemma med ovanstående. Vilken efterfrågas? 1. Lambic X. Saison 2. Witbier På bryggeriet De Halve Maan i Brygge bryggs Straffe Hendrik. Här produceras fyra olika sorters öl En trippel, en vildjäst trippel, en qaudrupel och Heritage. Heritage kan lagras i mer än tio år. Ale som är gjord i belgisk stil brukar generellt utvecklas med lagring. De har vanligtvis ganska hög alkohol (över 7 procent) och ofta en del sötma. Det är bra komponenter som påverkar lagringsdugligheten Men vilka belgiska ölsorter går att lagra? 1 Dubbel, Belgisk mörk ale, "Trappist" (ingen egen stil men ofta lagringståliga.) X Trippel, Lambic, Saison 2 Biére de garde, quadrupel, Belgisk ljus ale Alkoholstyrka på öl Sverige har i dag tre skatteklasser för öl: Lättöl - där den maximala alkoholstyrkan är? volymprocent. Folköl - vars maximala alkoholinnehåll ligger på? Lätt- och folköl säljs i dagligvaruhandeln. Starköl -All öl med högre alkoholhalt än? volymprocent. Mellanöl är i dag ingen egen skatteklass utan räknas som starköl. Traditionellt innehöll mellanöl klass IIB 3,6 viktprocent, vilket motsvarar 4,5 volymprocent alkohol. Vilka procentsatser är Lättöl, Folköl och Starköl? 1: 1,8%, 2,5%, 3,5% X: 2%, 2,8%, 4,5% 2: 2,25%, 3,5%, 3,5% .

([email protected]) Abstract In the paradigm of post-production, food tourism is developing as a phenomenon of rural restructuring in some areas, especially in Western countries. The framework of food tourism is an expanded version of conventional rural tourism, which includes not only local food and gastronomy but also the culture and traditions of that area. In the last two decades, food tourism has attracted attention in various fields, including geography and tourism, as a form of sustainable tourism, making use of local resources. This paper uses a case study of tourism in Watou, a rural village in West Flanders, Belgium, to explore the relation between a traditional brewing culture and sustainable rural tourism. The research method consisted of gathering data through fieldwork, which included investigations of the distribution of tourist attractions and land use, and analysing the data from a geographical perspective. Through analysis and discussion, we found that in Watou there is a multiplex of food tourism, which consists of rural tourism, agritourism, slow food tourism and gastronomic tourism, and that tourists consume tourism resources, which are themed to the traditional brewing culture in each kind of tourism. The results show that food tourism in Watou, which connects these subareas with one another, leads to the preservation of rurality and to the sustainability and the revitalisation of the village.
