Daramalan College News Alumni Newsletter ALUMNI NEWSLETTER - FEBRUARY 2020 Welcome to the first newsletter for 2020, and the start of another school year. (Which means another year since you left Dara.) In this edition we have all the “Dara News”, “Who’s been doing what”; “Sporting News” and more. The cover page includes a photo of Michael Arblaster left and Ben Mitchell Right who both gained selection in the NSW country team, Michael went on to make the Australian merit team selected after the championships. Success this year by the Bradman cup team and opens who were both defeated in the finals. Left is a phot of the captains before the toss. There are many to thank for their assistance in running this volunteer sport in our Zone. The key people on the committee as chairman, Rodney Cavalier, Gary Mortimer, Phill Newlyn, Boyd Brennan and George Dickie registrar. Rodney in his first year as chairman dedication and enthusiasm during difficult times was much appreciated. Paul Brockley, Liz Macpherson and Matthew Paton our shared regional cricket managers, Graham Smith and Luke Ryan our coaching directors, Scott Moran the Zone coaching administrator in his second year, special mention to all of the coaches who assisted during the off season programs.
