Re: Royal Exchange – Application for a Non-Material Amendment to planning permission reference 18/12217/FUL

Planning Portal Reference: PP-09344183

The application seeks to submit a Non-Material Amendment (NMA) to the original planning condition (12-Landscape) of application ref 18/12217/FUL. We are looking to supersede drawings to reflect the design change in the Piazza area with later revisions of the same titled drawings as listed below. Triangular shaped soft landscaping has been introduced in lieu of a single tree and circular seating design as per approved Condition 12.

The application seeks approval for a non-material amendment to planning consented application. The proposed amendment is not considered to deviate materially from the planning permission. Accordingly, it is considered that this application for a non-material amendment should be acceptable.
