Pg. 4 PLEASE NOTE: Our Prayers for the Living and Military Prayer lists have been temporarily removed this week so that we could print this very important letter that was sent from our Pastoral Council to Bishop Calvo. Please continue to keep these people in your daily prayers. - Fr. Bill Nadeau December 2018 Dear Bishop Calvo, I write to you on behalf of the Saint Francis of Assisi, Incline Village, Parish Council to express our concerns pertaining to the current revelations of immoral behavior and sexual abuse by members of the clergy and what appears as the less than candid attitude displayed by some members of our Catholic leadership. We realize what a difficult time this has been for you personally and share your frustration and anguish. While we fully support your recent efforts and eagerly await the report from the Diocesan Review Board of its findings and recommendations, we must all recognize the need for a seismic shift in the attitudes of our church leaders.
