1.1 THE AGREEMENT, CLAUSE 1.1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Framework Agreement covers the procurement, delivery and maintenance of AutoPASS charging point equipment for toll projects within Vegfinans. The agreement is for AutoPASS charging point equipment both for new road projects and replacement of AutoPASS charging point equipment in existing projects.Call of order under the Framework Agreement will usually be performed 6-12 months before start fee collection.
The equipment delivered and the maintenance of the equipment in call-of orders shall be according to the requirements described in SSA-T and SSA-V draft contract with appendices. For a detailed description of the scope of the Framework Agreement and requirements to the equipment and services to be provided hereunder, reference is made Appendix 3 (appended agreement terms and conditions with completed appendices).
