It is composed by the buildings and gardens of the San Francisco de Assis Church (Igrejinha da Pampulha), the Casino (current Pampulha Art Museum), the Casa do Baile (now Reference Center in Urbanism, Architecture and Design of Belo Horizonte) and the Yacht Golf Club (now Yacht Tennis Club), built almost simultaneously between 1942 and 1943, besides the water mirror and the edge of the Lagoon. The region has established itself as a center of development and practice of sports and pole of entertainment and gastronomy. It is a stage for sports, cultural and leisure events. In 2010, the historic buildings of the Secretaries of State became part of the Circuito Liberdade, around Liberty Square, considered the largest cultural circuit in Brazil. Plural venue, connects people and promotes interaction with historical and artistic collections, museums, cultural centers, library, planetarium, spaces for workshops, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The potential application of the Historic-BIM is creating a digital twin of the asset. This paper deals with the concept of a virtual environment for the consolidation and dissemination of heritage information. Here we show the process of creating interactive virtual environments for the Pampulha Modern Ensemble designed by Oscar Niemeyer in the 1940s, and the workflow to their dissemination in an AR visualization APP.
