3 (i) The operator to ensure a member of staff is present at the stand between 0930 and 1600 hours to ensure orderly queuing, boarding and alighting arrangements and to keep the standing area generally tidy. (ii) On-street ticket sales are not permitted (iii) Maximum layover time prior to each scheduled departure: 15 minutes. (iv) No more than one bus to stand at any one time. (v) No meal relief vehicles or ferry vehicles to use the stand at any time.
