The street has small shops selling hand-crafted religious objects and on Sundays, it becomes the venue for rumba shows, popular with locals and tourists alike. Still in construction, it is possible to see here a school of arts sponsored by Cuban naïve painter Salvador Gonzalez. After this visit, the tour continues to an Art Gallery located in the heart of former aristocratic neighbourhood: El Vedado.
