However, implementation progress is upgraded from “Unsatisfactory (U)” to “Moderately Unsatisfactory (MU)” on account of progress made towards advancing the tender process for the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). The PDO rating remains unchanged in view of delays accumulated under the project since it became effective in October 2010. To date, only US Public Disclosure Copy $1.5 million has been disbursed, equivalent to 3.5 percent of the total loan amount. Disbursement will accelerate following contract signing for the MRF. The ratings will be revisited at that time.
