Implementation Status Overview Progress towards achieving the Project Development Objective (PDO) remains “Moderately Unsatisfactory (MU)” in view of accumulated delays over the life of the project. However, implementation progress is upgraded from “Unsatisfactory (U)” to “Moderately Unsatisfactory (MU)” on account of progress made towards advancing the tender process for the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). The PDO rating remains unchanged in view of delays accumulated under the project since it became effective in October 2010. To date, only US
