Status 10/13/2019 Telegraph Rd. & RS – Recovered Stolen On 10/13/2019, Officer was on routine patrol at Manufacturer Model Serial No. 2:24am W Twelve Mile Rd. License No. Color 12 Mile & Telegraph Rd. when he observed a Ford F150 vehicle matching the description of vehicle in Maroon or Burgundy recent B&E’s The vehicle was occupied by three Vehicle Year 1998 subjects. Body Style State The vehicle was S/B on Telegraph Rd. when it Ohio License Year quickly turned into business in the 29000 Block of 2020 Description Telegraph Rd. Officers continued past the 1998 Ford F150 driveway and turned into the business just to the south of that address. From this location Officers observed the vehicle come to a sudden stop. The driver quickly got out of the vehicle and went to the passenger side rear seat of the vehicle. A female exited the right rear seat and jumped into the driver seat of the vehicle. Officers contacted the occupants of the vehicle. It was discovered that the male and female that switched seats were both run-aways and neither had a driver’s license. The third subject in the vehicle was a ride along and was clear. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle belonged to the Grandmother of the male that was driving the vehicle and he was listed as the suspect. The two juveniles were taken into custody and were both admitted into Children’s Village. Originating jurisdiction was in the state of Ohio. They were notified of the recovery & arrest. He came Gray and Green Road Master Mountain Bike back outside 9:15pm to lock his bike up for the night when he noticed the bike had been stolen.

Status 10/11/2019 21000 Winchester St. S – Stolen Victim states at approx. 2:40pm she observed an 2:40pm Description unknown white sedan stop in front of her 3 Sets of Woman’s Wood Earrings mailbox. After approx. 2 minutes an older white female with a ponytail, wearing a pink short sleeve shirt exited the vehicle. The female then went to victim’s mailbox and removed several pieces of mail and threw them into her vehicle before driving away. Victim states that an Amazon package containing earrings and her regular mail was taken. BLK - Black Description Victim states sometime in the last 6 months Handgun with magazine. someone stole his Handgun that was in a holster in his bedroom. Victim was in the hospital for the last 6 months and several persons have had access to his residence including family members and care takers.

Purse with Contents: Social went to the store and the laundry room in the Security & Credit Cards, basement of her apartment building. Blue & Red Designer Backpack, Michael Kors Wallet. Victim states she locked her apartment before she left @7:00pm. Upon returning @7:30pm she discovered her door unlocked and several items missing. No signs of damage or forced entry. No suspect information.

Armed Robbery: Date/Time Address (block range) Item Taken Details Status 10/08/2019 29000 Northwestern Description Employee (cashier) for Pharmacy stated the 9:45pm (Commercial- Pharmacy) Halloween "skull" mask suspect walked up to her wearing a Halloween Mask from the store and stated, "give me the cash in the drawer". The employee attempted to open the cash drawer, however, accidentally pressed the button signaling for the manager. When the manager approached the two of them she asked what was wrong. R/P told the manager she was "trying to do something" and tried to signal to the manager something was wrong. The male then left the store. Once the suspect left the store, R/P told the manager about . The suspect didn’t get any money, but he left the store with the mask that belonged to the store. Video Surveillance: Video shows an unknown male enter pharmacy at 9:41pm. The male was wearing a gray puffy jacket, dark pants and black shoes. The male had slicked back, black hair, no facial hair and appeared to be between 5'06"-5'09". The male appeared to either be a white male or a light skinned Hispanic male. At 9:43pm the male is seen walking behind the register while the employee, had her back turned to him. The male is wearing the white skull mask at this time. The male can be seen having one hand under his jacket implying he had a weapon. At 9:44pm the suspect is seen leaving the store. The suspect casually walks out of the store and turns left (South) out of the building and throws away the mask in the trash can. The male can be seen continuing South through the parking lot towards the 26000 Block of 12 Mile Rd. A Southfield Police K-9 Unit did a track which led to west side of business where it stalled out. A Southfield Police Evidence Technician located and recovered the mask in the trash can. Follow Up Investigation: 10/09/2019 3:55pm Officer’s responded to Pharmacy to view the in- store video of the Attempt Armed Robbery that occurred on 10/8/2019 at 9:45pm. Officer’s viewed the video and obtained a clear image of the suspect. Officer’s obtained information from the original report that the K-9 tracked east bound from the location and lost the track in the 26000 Block of 12 Mile Rd. Officer’s checked the area of the Pine Aire Apartment Complex and observed a male matching the exact description from the video. He was wearing the exact same clothes that were seen in the video footage. Officers approached the suspect and immediately without hesitation identified the male as the suspect that attempted to rob the Pharmacy. The suspect was taken into custody without incident for Armed Robbery. Great job by Officers. Detectives interviewed suspect after he was processed in the jail. The suspect made admissions to the Robbery. Detectives secured complaint and warrant for R/A.

10/10/2019 21000 Colony Park Cir. Stolen: Officer was dispatched to an Armed Robbery in 8:15pm (Residential- Apartments) 1- Brown Box with 700 on the 21000 Block of Colony Park Circle. top, contained (Apartments Complex)

SR - Both Stolen and Recovered On 10/13/2019 @ 2:00am Officers were (Residential- Apartments) Manufacturer dispatched to the 21000 Block of Rampart Cir. 2:00am CHRYSLER Model (Apartment Complex) reference an assault that 300 Color occurred and the victim was carjacked. Vehicle Year 2007 The victim was assaulted by 2 known suspects Body Style State MI and 3 unknown suspects in the parking lot of the Recovered Date/Time Apartment Complex. 10/13/2019 7:30pm The victim was jumped in the parking lot of the complex with one subject grabbing him around his neck while 2 other subjects assaulted him striking him numerous times with a closed fist to his head. The subjects also went thru his pockets grabbing his car keys and leaving the location in his White 2007 Chrysler 300. R/P (victim#1) states he and his friend (victim#2) were at one of his friend’s (suspect) parent’s house helping his father move some items inside his home. Victims left to go get pizza for everyone. When they arrived back, the friend (suspect) and his father accused the two of them of stealing some medication from his father. The father told them all to leave. They left. The Assault & Car Jacking occurred when Victim #1 returned to the father’s residence to plead his case with the accusers. Victim states his shoes, clothes, wallet w/cash, and his friend’s wallet w/ cash were in his car when it was taken. CCW/CPL= Carrying Concealed Weapon After the vehicle was stopped the driver identified NOLOP= No Operator License on Person himself as a Sovereign Citizen and produced an R/A= Robbery Armed identification card that had an alias name. RNA= Robbery Not Armed Officers, later identified the subject after finding his PWID= Possession with Intent to Deliver driver’s license on his person. This subject is a PPO= Personal Protection Order suspect in the Fleeing & Eluding. That investigation is PBT= Preliminary Breath Test still on-going. scene at hospital to stand guard with prisoner until she was cleared

medically.

Special Attention: It’s that time of year again. Larceny of Snow Blower: 09/07/2019 1:11pm 21000 Block of Hollywood St. Victim states at 1:00pm he heard loud noises coming from his garage. Victim went to the window and observed two (2) B/M's in a Light Blue Chrysler Town and Country begin to exit his driveway. He stated that the Town & Country was possibly a 1997 and had some rust near the bottom. He observed them drive North on Hollywood St. and turn East on Cornell St. Victim went out to his garage which was previously open before the crime, and noticed his Red Toro Snow Blower was missing. R/P stated the driver was approx. 6'-1", medium build, wearing a dirty white shirt. The passenger was already in the car and was wearing a white shirt with a green reflective vest.

Dispatch advised that a woman, half dressed and covered in blood, was knocking on the front door. The woman was asking the home owner to call the police because her husband attacked her. Officers arrived on scene, located victim and observed her clothes saturated in blood and a laceration on her right wrist. Victim was holding her left hand on the laceration to stop the bleeding. Southfield Fire was dispatched to treat the injuries. Victim told Officers that her husband was extremely intoxicated and started to yell at her. He assaulted her numerous times & threw her into the mirrored closet door. The closet door came off the track & fell onto victim causing the mirrored glass to break and cut her wrist. Victim fled the residence and ran to a neighbor to have them call the police. The husband was located and taken into custody for Domestic Aggravated Felonious Assault. A Southfield Police Evidence Technician was on scene and took photos of victim’s injuries, & the suspects and child’s injuries. He also took photos of damages and overturned furniture throughout the residence.
