License No. Color 12 Mile & Telegraph Rd. when he observed a Ford F150 vehicle matching the description of vehicle in Maroon or Burgundy recent B&E’s The vehicle was occupied by three Vehicle Year 1998 subjects. Body Style State The vehicle was S/B on Telegraph Rd. when it Ohio License Year quickly turned into business in the 29000 Block of 2020 Description Telegraph Rd. Officers continued past the 1998 Ford F150 driveway and turned into the business just to the south of that address. From this location Officers observed the vehicle come to a sudden stop. The driver quickly got out of the vehicle and went to the passenger side rear seat of the vehicle. A female exited the right rear seat and jumped into the driver seat of the vehicle. Officers contacted the occupants of the vehicle. It was discovered that the male and female that switched seats were both run-aways and neither had a driver’s license. The third subject in the vehicle was a ride along and was clear. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle belonged to the Grandmother of the male that was driving the vehicle and he was listed as the suspect. The two juveniles were taken into custody and were both admitted into Children’s Village. Originating jurisdiction was in the state of Ohio. They were notified of the recovery & arrest. Several items were taken from the vehicle. No suspect information. Status 10/09/2019 20000 Westover Ave S - Stolen Victim states at 8:30pm he parked his bike along 9:15pm Description the side of his house and went inside. He came Gray and Green Road Master Mountain Bike back outside 9:15pm to lock his bike up for the night when he noticed the bike had been stolen. No suspect information. S - Stolen R/P states sometime between 6:00pm and the 6:00pm ( Residential - Senior Living) Description following morning at 8:30am someone cut off Catalytic Converter was taken To: 10/10/2019 from 2001 Ford Econoline Van. the catalytic converter from the complexes 2001 8:30am Ford Econoline Van. No suspect information. Status 10/11/2019 21000 Winchester St. S – Stolen Victim states at approx. 2:40pm she observed an 2:40pm Description unknown white sedan stop in front of her 3 Sets of Woman’s Wood Earrings mailbox. After approx. 2 minutes an older white female with a ponytail, wearing a pink short sleeve shirt exited the vehicle. The female then went to victim’s mailbox and removed several pieces of mail and threw them into her vehicle before driving away. Victim states that an Amazon package containing earrings and her regular mail was taken. Suspect: Last Name SUSPECT First Name UNKNOWN DOB (Age) Sex F Race WHITE Attire Short Sleeve Pink Shirt and Ponytail Status 10/12/2019 17000 Westland Ave S - Stolen On 10/12/2019, at 9:02am, Officer was 9:02am Manufacturer dispatched to the 17000 Block of Westland Ave., Handgun Color for a report of a burglary. BLK - Black Description Victim states sometime in the last 6 months Handgun with magazine. someone stole his Handgun that was in a holster in his bedroom. Victim was in the hospital for the last 6 months and several persons have had access to his residence including family members and care takers. Status 10/13/2019 16000 W Nine Mile Rd. S - Stolen Victim believes items were stolen out of her 12:08pm (Residential- Apartments) Description apartment on Monday October 7, 2019 when she Cash, Miscellaneous Jewelry, Purse with Contents: Social went to the store and the laundry room in the Security & Credit Cards, basement of her apartment building. Blue & Red Designer Backpack, Michael Kors Wallet. Victim states she locked her apartment before she left @7:00pm. Upon returning @7:30pm she discovered her door unlocked and several items missing. No signs of damage or forced entry. No suspect information. Tips: ❖ Ensure your vehicle is locked at all times and valuables are out of sight. ❖ Thieves wait for the right time and will move quickly ❖ Even if playing sports at a park ensure your vehicle is locked Armed Robbery: Date/Time Address (block range) Item Taken Details Status 10/08/2019 29000 Northwestern Description Employee (cashier) for Pharmacy stated the 9:45pm (Commercial- Pharmacy) Halloween "skull" mask suspect walked up to her wearing a Halloween Mask from the store and stated, "give me the cash in the drawer". The employee attempted to open the cash drawer, however, accidentally pressed the button signaling for the manager. When the manager approached the two of them she asked what was wrong. R/P told the manager she was "trying to do something" and tried to signal to the manager something was wrong. The male then left the store. Once the suspect left the store, R/P told the manager about the robbery. The suspect didn’t get any money, but he left the store with the mask that belonged to the store. Video Surveillance: Video shows an unknown male enter pharmacy at 9:41pm. The male was wearing a gray puffy jacket, dark pants and black shoes. The male had slicked back, black hair, no facial hair and appeared to be between 5'06"-5'09". The male appeared to either be a white male or a light skinned Hispanic male.
