Glenn will be responsible for Mondelēz International’s businesses in the UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark, where Mondelēz manufactures and sells some of Europe’s best- loved snacks brands, such as Freia, Marabou, Oreo, Ritz and belVita. Glenn joined Mondelēz International in August 2013 as Director for the Chocolate Category in the UK and Ireland. In his current role as Vice President for Chocolate, Northern Europe, he has delivered strong growth across the region for leading brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk in the UK and Ireland; Freia Chocolate in Norway and Marabou Chocolate in Sweden. Prior to joining Mondelēz International, Glenn held a number of senior roles across diverse industries, including Managing Director, Direct Wines UK and Managing Director, Hiscox UK Direct to Consumer Insurance, as well as a several commercial roles across the UK and Europe with Procter & Gamble. Glenn replaces Mary Barnard, who takes on the position of Category President, Chocolate, Mondelēz Europe.
