On the basis of information furnished by the registrant, the above named pesticide is hereby registered/reregistered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Registration is in no way to be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of this product by the Agency. In order to protect health and the environment, the Administrator, on his motion, may at any time suspend or cancel the registration of a pesticide in accordance with the Act. The acceptance of any name in connection with the registration of a product under this Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to exclusive use of the name or to its use if it has been covered by others. This product is conditionally registered in accordance with FIFRA provided you agree in writing to: 1. Change the signal word from "CAUTION" to "WARNING". Change the Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals statement to "Causes substantial but temporary eye injury. Harmful if inhaled or-absorbed through skin. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.". 3. Add "or rinseate" after "washwaters" on page 6. 4. On page- 10, change "General Weed Management Recommendations" to "General Weed Management Directions". On page 11, change "Management Recommendations" to "Management Directions". On page 15, change "Applications should not be" to "Applications must not be" Application Height section. On page 16, Wind, change "application should be avoided" to "application must be avoided". Temperature Inversions, change "Applications should not occur" to "Applications must not occur". Do the same for the Aerial Spray Drift Management section on page 88 and 89. 5. Throughout the ,label, including page 50, change "rate recommendations" to· "specified rate". 6. To page 93, change "areas such as" to "areas including". On page 1OS, delete "Grower assumes all responsibility for crop losses resulting from misapplication of this product." You will submit one copy of your final printed labeling before you release the product for shipment. If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA section 6(e). A stamped copy of labeling is enclosed for your records. I PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals Harmful if inhaled. Causes moderate eye irritation. A void breathing spray mist. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. FIRST AID IF IN EYES • Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 - 20 minutes. • Remove contact lenses if present after the first 5 minutes then continue rinsing eye. • Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for treatment advice. IIFINHALED • Move person to fresh air. • If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-ta-mouth if possible. • Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for further treatment advice. !iF SWALLOWED • Call a Poison Control Center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. • Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. • Do not induce vomiting unless told to by a Poison Control Center or doctor. • Do not give anything to an unconscious person. !Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Applicators and other handlers must wear: long-sleeved shirt and long pants, shoes plus so'cks, and protective eyewear.
