POINT ZERO CALIBRATION – determines the position of the robot in respect with the station, and shifts the waypoints automatically by a press of a button, with a ±0.1 mm precision. The high accuracy is a result of not using external sensors but the existing encoders on the robotic arm.
OVISO SOFTWARE contains an UR Cap software that modifies the URP software containing the trajectories. It is the only available approach that shifts the waypoints in the program and gets the installation data automatically from the station.
