I submit the following report and recommendation on a proposed credit to the Republic of Indonesia in an amount in various currencies equivalent to US$34 million on standard IDA terms for a second highway project. PART I - HISTORICAL 2. Indonesia has received fourteen IDA credits for a total amount of US$178.4 million. The IDA program for Indonesia reflects the priorities for rehabilitation and development established by the Government and fully supported by the Bank Group. To support the Government's program for increasing food production the Association has made several credits for agriculture, mainly for the rehabilitation of irrigation systems and of rubber and palm oil estates. These account for nearly half of IDA lending for Indonesia, and for close to two-thirds if the Association's share in the PUSRI fertilizer project is included. -

Thamrin Jakarta Email: [email protected] ABSTRAK Persaingan bisnis dalam mengelola media penyiaran radio di era teknologi informasi sangatlah menantang, baik antar media penyiaran radio ataupun dengan jenis media lainya seperti televisi, televisi kabel, internet, MP3,VCD dan DVD. Dalam hal ini, PT RRG sebagai group media penyiaran radio yang membawahi stasiun radio Lite FM 105.8 Mhz, Mustang FM 88.0 Mhz, KIS FM 95.1 Mhz yang berada di wilayah DKI Jakarta harus memiliki strategi pemasaran berupa rencana utama berskala besar dan berorientasi masa depan yang interaktif dengan lingkungan persaingan guna mencapai target perusahaan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif berdasarkan informasi faktor internal dan eksternal dengan menggunakan IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) Matrik, EFE (Ekternal Factor Evaluation) Matrik dan CPM (Competitive Profile Matrix) serta dilanjutkan dengan tahap pencocokan IE (Internal dan Eksternal) Matrik dan TOWS Matriks kemudian melakukan alternatif strategi dengan menggunakan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matriks) sehingga akan dihasilkan analisa strategi yang tepat dalam kegiatan pemasaran.Hasilpenelitian dengan formulasi strategi yang diawali pada tahap masukan dengan memperhatikan indikator faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) dan indikator faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) kemudian -
