Stations included in the report are: Rosslyn, Court House, Clarendon, Virginia Square and Ballston comprising the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, and Pentagon City and Crystal City comprising the Jefferson Davis Corridor. This report does not include development information located outside the MSAs, but a future version of the report will include Shirlington and Columbia Pike. For each of the above seven MSAs, this reports includes a map showing the location of projects completed by decades with a reference number followed by a detail table. This detail tables include a project number which corresponds to the reference number on the map, project name, address, GLUP designation, zoning district, approval and completion dates, site plan numbers, site area, of- fi ce and retail square footage, number of residential and hotel units and information about building heights and parking. Projects that have been approved by the County Board, but are not yet complet- ed (or under construction) are also included. The data for this report is as of the end of March 2011 (1st Quarter 2011). This report was a cooperative effort between Research and Analysis Team, Graphics, Comprehensive and Current Planning Sections of the Department of Community Planning, Housing and Develop- ment. The intention of this report is to provide information for reference purposes only. Every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
