Definitions used in Act In this Act, the following definitions are used: 1) island rural municipality– rural municipality which administers a permanently inhabited small island or an archipelago as a whole; [RT I 2007, 25, 133 - entry into force 01.01.2008] 2) rural municipality which includes small islands – rural municipality which comprises permanently inhabited small islands, but is not constituting part of island rural municipalities; 3) permanently inhabited small islands (hereinafter small islands) – Abruka, Kihnu, Kessulaid, Kõinastu, Manija, Osmussaar, Piirissaar, Prangli, Ruhnu, Vilsandi and Vormsi; [RT I 2007, 25, 133 - entry into force 01.01.2008] 4) large islands – Saaremaa, Hiiumaa and Muhu. 5) permanent inhabitation – permanent and predominant residing on a small island; [RT I 2007, 25, 133 - entry into force 01.01.2008] 6) permanent inhabitant – a person who permanently and predominantly resides on a small island and data on whose residence are entered in the population register to the accuracy of a settlement unit located on a small island.

  • Uus Kergliiklusteede Võrgustik Võru Linnas
    VLÕRU INNA L EHT November 10 (128) 2017 Uus kergliiklusteede võrgustik Võru linnas Kaardil on näidatud Võru linnas asuvate kergliiklusteede ja tänavate lõikude pikkused, mis võimaldavad liikumisharrastajal komplekteerida endale sobiva pikkusega terviseringe. Terviseringi näide 1, pikkus 9 km: Kreutzwaldi/Petseri rist – raudteeülesõit – Kose tee – Taara tn ots – Kubija rollerirada – Kubija suusabaas – Männiku tn – Kubija tee – raudteeülesõit – Kreutzwaldi/Petseri rist. Selle marsruudi läbimisele kõndides kulub 1,5-2 h sõltuvalt kõnnikiirusest. Selline ajaline koormus on liikumisharrastajale kõndimise puhul igati paras. Terviseringi näide 2, pikkus 6,7 km: (Võrumaa Mängude päevak) Spordihall – Koreli kaldaala kergliiklustee Tartu tänavani – Tartu tn – Jüri tn – Räpina mnt – Koreli sild – Koreli kaldaala kergliiklustee Luha tänavani – Luha tn – Pikk tn – Räpina mnt – spordihall. Selle marsruudi kõndides läbimisele kulub 1h 15 min – 1h 30 min sõltuvalt kõnnikiirusest. Terviseringi näide 3, pikkus 4,4 km: (Võrumaa Mängude päevak) Spordihall – Koreli kaldaala kergliiklustee Tartu tänavani – Tartu tn – Jüri tn – Luha tänav – Koreli tn – Räpina mnt – spordihall. Selle marsruudi kõndides läbimisele kulub mudilasel 1h – 1h 15 min sõltuvalt kõnnikiirusest. Sportides ära unusta liiklusohutust! Pimedal ajal kasuta alati helkureid ja helkuritega riideid. Ole ettevaatlik hoovidest väljasõidukohtades – veendu, et sealt ei tule sõidukit! Võrumaa Mängude liikumispäevakud märkejaama ja nutikoodiga Võru spordihalli juures kolmapäeviti kell 8-22.
