Hudson Valley apples are harvested, pressed, and fermented before the cider is column-distilled into a vodka. The difference is obvious - no artificial flavorings for a true apple-based spirit. Half Moon Gin This citrus-forward gin starts with a base of wheat and apple vodka before being infused with eight botanicals for a uniquely complex character.
