Please support those that support us wherever you can. A range of social activities have been well supported by our members and others during the year. A move of the Commodore’s Barbecue to Clifton Gardens proved successful, and the multi-talented Breakfast Club continues to supply the best value breakfasts in Sydney. We welcomed our new CEO Mark Woolf in September 2004. Mark came to us from a travel and hospitality background, and his appointment was made to underpin a higher degree of focus on the consistent delivery of high quality benefits to our members. The Club was indeed fortunate to secure his services, and we have already seen improvements in our food and beverage operations under his guidance. The CYCA is popular both with its members and with the corporate community for its function facilities, and management and the Member Services Committee work hard to identify the correct balance between the facilities being available for members, and usage of them by non-members.
