FINAL REPORT on THE ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION OF US BANGLA AIRLINES, BOMBARDIER (UBG-211), DHC-8-402, S2-AGU, AT TRIBHUVAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KATHMANDU, NEPAL ON 12 MARCH 2018 SUBMITTED BY: ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION COMMISSION (DHC-8-402; S2-AGU) 2018 TO: THE GOVERNMENT OF NEPAL MINISTRY OF CULTURE, TOURISM AND CIVIL AVIATION FINAL REPORT ON THE ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION OF US BANGLA AIRLINES (UBG-211), BOMBARDIER DHC-8-402, S2-AGU, AT 2019 TRIBHUVAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KATHMANDU, NEPAL ON 12th MARCH 2018 FOREWORD On 12th March 2018, US Bangla Airlines' scheduled flight DHC-8-402, S2-AGU, BS- 211 from Dhaka to Kathmandu crashed at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu while the aircraft was on landing phase. After the accident, the Government of Nepal constituted an Aircraft Accident Investigation Commission on 12th March 2018, as per the provision of the Civil Aviation (Accident Investigation) Regulation, 2014 (2071 BS), to determine the cause and the circumstances of the accident. The Commission conducted the investigation based on the principles of ICAO Annex 13. This Final Report on the accident has been prepared by the Aircraft Accident Investigation Commission in accordance with Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and Civil Aviation (Accident Investigation) Regulation, 2014 (2071 BS) to identify the probable cause of the accident and suggest remedial measures so as to prevent the recurrence of such accidents in future. The commission was also assisted by Accredited Representative Capt Salahuddin M Rahmatullah from Bangladesh, as a state of operator and Registration and Nora Valle from Canada, as a state of Design and Manufacturer. -

The destination criteria are reviewed and selected by the questionnaires distributed to group of aviation experts. The expert opinion is the primary source of data on this research that is also validated with secondary data. AHP is implemented for generation of pairwise matrix of criteria with respect to criteria and alternative with respect to alternative. The Comparative result obtained from pairwise matrix gives the rank of the best destination between the currently operated destinations of Nepal Airlines Corporation. The research has identified Delhi is the top of the best destination based on all the criteria or variables. Delhi has best passenger traffic, marketing approach, profitability that shows Delhi should have more scheduled flights or Delhi destination has to set on higher priorities for destination planning. Delhi destination is followed by Kuala Lumpur and then by Doha, Bangkok and Hong Kong respectively. This destination priority can provide the planning framework for destination planning while implementation it can generate more market share and profit for Nepal Airlines Corporation. -

L 194/22 FR Jour nal officiel de l’Union européenne 2.6.2021 RÈGLEMENT D’EXÉCUTION (UE) 2021/883 DE LA COMMISSION du 1er juin 2021 modifiant le règlement (CE) no 474/2006 en ce qui concerne la liste des transporteurs aériens qui font l’objet d’une interdiction d’exploitation ou de restrictions d’exploitation au sein de l’Union (Texte présentant de l’intérêt pour l’EEE) LA COMMISSION EUROPÉENNE, vu le traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne, vu le règlement (CE) no 2111/2005 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 14 décembre 2005 concernant l’établissement d’une liste communautaire des transporteurs aériens qui font l’objet d’une interdiction d’exploitation dans la Communauté et l’information des passagers du transport aérien sur l’identité du transporteur aérien effectif, et abrogeant l’article 9 de la directive 2004/36/CE (1), et notamment son article 4, paragraphe 2, considérant ce qui suit: (1) Le règlement (CE) no 474/2006 de la Commission (2) établit la liste des transporteurs aériens qui font l’objet d’une interdiction d’exploitation dans l’Union. (2) Certains États membres et l’Agence de l’Union européenne pour la sécurité aérienne (l’«Agence») ont communiqué à la Commission, conformément à l’article 4, paragraphe 3, du règlement (CE) no 2111/2005, des informations pertinentes pour la mise à jour de cette liste. Soon after Armenia's independence in September 1991, 864 collective and state farms were privatized and about 321,000 private farms created.1 By 2006 the number of private farms had increased to about 340,000, as more public land was privatized by open tender. Farms are not only small in size (the average is about 1.4 ha), they are also fragmented, with about 1,200,000 parcels of land shared among the 340,000 farms. The size varies considerably from 0.62 ha in the irrigated Ararat Marz to 3.8 ha in the extensive crop and livestock raising Syunik Marz. If agriculture is to develop further, farms and holdings will need to be consolidated in order to achieve economies of scale. A major impediment to consolidation and a functioning land market was poor registration of land parcels and the issuance of titles. During the review period, a project sponsored by the World Bank and supported by other donors has greatly improved this situation, and most land parcels have now been surveyed and registered, and titles have been issued.2 2. Agriculture contributed an average of 18.8% to Armenia's GDP during 2004-08, and made up about 46% of employment (Chapter I(1)). However, in addition to the problems associated with farm structure, the growth and competitiveness of the sector is restricted by various topographic and climatic factors; for example, most of the land is at an altitude of over 1,000 metres; and over two thirds is on slopes of 6º or more. -
