L 194/22 EN Offi cial Jour nal of the European Union 2.6.2021 COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2021/883 of 1 June 2021 amending Regulation (EC) No 474/2006 as regards the list of air carriers banned from operating or subject to operational restrictions within the Union (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2005 on the establishment of a Community list of air carriers subject to an operating ban within the Community and on informing air transport passengers of the identity of the operating carrier, and repealing Article 9 of Directive 2004/36/CE (1), and in particular Article 4(2) thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Regulation (EC) No 474/2006 (2) establishes the list of air carriers, which are subject to an operating ban within the Union. (2) Certain Member States and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (‘the Agency’) communicated to the Commission, pursuant to Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005, information that is relevant for updating that list. Third countries and international organisations also provided relevant information. The information provided contributes to the determination that the list should be updated. (3) The Commission informed all air carriers concerned, either directly or through the authorities responsible for their regulatory oversight, about the essential facts and considerations which would form the basis of a decision to impose an operating ban on them within the Union or to modify the conditions of an operating ban imposed on an air carrier, which is included in the list in Annex A or B to Regulation (EC) No 474/2006. -

L 194/22 CS Úřední věstník Evropsk é unie 2.6.2021 PROVÁDĚCÍ NAŘÍZENÍ KOMISE (EU) 2021/883 ze dne 1. června 2021, kterým se mění nařízení (ES) č. 474/2006, pokud jde o seznam uvádějící letecké dopravce, kteří podléhají zákazu provozování letecké dopravy nebo provozním omezením v Unii (Text s významem pro EHP) EVROPSKÁ KOMISE, s ohledem na Smlouvu o fungování Evropské unie, s ohledem na nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (ES) č. 2111/2005 ze dne 14. prosince 2005 o vytvoření seznamu Společenství uvádějícího letecké dopravce, kteří podléhají zákazu provozování letecké dopravy ve Společenství, o informování cestujících v letecké dopravě o totožnosti provozujícího leteckého dopravce a o zrušení článku 9 směrnice 2004/36/ES (1), a zejména na čl. 4 odst. 2 uvedeného nařízení, vzhledem k těmto důvodům: (1) Nařízení Komise (ES) č. 474/2006 (2) vytváří seznam uvádějící letecké dopravce, kteří podléhají zákazu provozování letecké dopravy v Unii. (2) Podle čl. 4 odst. 3 nařízení (ES) č. 2111/2005 sdělily některé členské státy a Agentura Evropské unie pro bezpečnost letectví (dále jen „agentura“) Komisi informace, které jsou podstatné pro aktualizaci uvedeného seznamu. Podstatné informace poskytly i třetí země a mezinárodní organizace. Poskytnuté informace přispívají k závěru, že seznam by měl být aktualizován. (3) Komise informovala všechny dotčené letecké dopravce buď přímo, nebo prostřednictvím orgánů odpovědných za regulační dohled nad nimi o podstatných skutečnostech a úvahách, které budou základem pro rozhodnutí o uložení zákazu provozování letecké dopravy v Unii těmto dopravcům nebo o změně podmínek zákazu provozování letecké dopravy, který byl uložen jednomu leteckému dopravci uvedenému na seznamu v příloze A nebo B nařízení (ES) č. -

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE Effective as of 24.07.2021 CONTENT: 1. Definitions; 2. Applicability of General Conditions of Carriage; 3. Tickets; 4. Tariffs, charges and other expenses; 5. Behavior on board of the aircraft; 12. Carrier’s arrangements for additional services; 13. Administrative formalities; 14. Liability for baggage damages; 15. Time limitations on claims and actions; 16. Interpretation; 17. Choice of law and jurisdiction. 1. DEFINITIONS Agreed Stopping Places means those places, except the place of departure and the place of destination, set out in the ticket or shown in the Carrier's timetables, as scheduled stopping places on the passenger's route. Airline Designator Code means two characters which identify air carriers. Authorized Agent means a passenger sales agent who was appointed by the Carrier to act on the behalf of the Carrier in the sales of air passenger transportation. Baggage means personal possessions packed in cases for travel. Unless otherwise specified, it includes checked and unchecked baggage. Baggage Check means those portions of the ticket, that are related to the carriage of the passenger's checked baggage. Baggage Identification Tag means a document issued exclusively for the identification of the Checked Baggage. Booking code is the number code made of several figures, which the passenger or the authorized agent obtained upon the completion of the operation of booking/sale of the electronic ticket. Such code shall only be valid for passenger’s identification in the booking system for the requested flight.
