Welcome to Reed! You may not be aware that our residence hall rooms contain uniquely sized, extra-long mattresses. While we hope that this will increase your overall comfort, regular sized sheets, mattress pads, and comforters will not fit our mattresses correctly.

To help you avoid the frustration of purchasing linens that don’t fit and finding yourself literally “short-sheeted,” the Reed College Bookstore is partnering with OCM to provide linens that are guaranteed to fit Reed College’s extra-long mattresses. Not only is the fit guaranteed, but the linens are also high quality and affordable. Best of all, they are conveniently available for pick up when you arrive on campus for Orientation. We have worked with OCM for several years and have the highest regard for their service and product line.

The enclosed brochure describes the bed linens, comforters, and towels as well as other products designed to complete your room. The sheets, towels, mattress pads, and pillows can be machine washed and tumble dried. We are confident that you’ll be pleased with your new linens. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, your money will be promptly refunded.

Orders placed by July 23, 2021 are guaranteed to be waiting for you at the Reed Bookstore by Orientation. You can still place orders after July 23, but your linens may arrive after the start of Orientation. If you don’t want your linens shipped to the Reed Bookstore, please choose the home delivery option and order early to be sure to receive the linens before you depart for campus. Residence Hall and Room Number are not required to place your order. These can be left blank to proceed with checkout. If you have questions regarding your linen order, please call 1-800-957-4338.
