Uzun illər ərzində kitabxanaçılar, biblioqraflar və ən müxtəlif tələbatçı qrupları tərəfindən geniş istifadə edilirdi. Həmin vəsaitə nəinki respublikamızda, həm də onun hüdudlarından kənarda böyük tələbat var idi.
